This research was conducted at the Cooperative MTsN 13 Petukangan Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to describe the Analysis of Financial Statements of Savings and Loans at the MTsN 13 Petukangan Jakarta cooperative based on the Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP). something that was going on at the time the research was conducted. The steps taken to obtain data and information are interviews and documentation. The results in this study indicate that the financial statements compiled by the MTsN 13 Petukangan Jakarta Cooperative have not fully implemented financial accounting standards for entities without public accountability (SAK ETAP) and this is due to the limited knowledge and human resources possessed

Strategi pemasaran tahu sumedang di Desa Aek Garingging Kecamatan Lingga Bayu

Sejak berdiri pada tahun 2011, usaha Tahu Sumedang Ibu Ani mengalami peningkatan pendapatan sejak tahun 2011 hingga tahun 2021. Namun, pada tahun 2018, usaha Tahu Sumedang Ibu Ani mengalami penurunan yang signifikan dibandingkan tahun sebelumya dan sesudahnya. Maka untuk itu, dalam mengetahui penyebab turunnya pendapatan Tahu Sumedang Ibu Ani pada tahun 2018, perlu diketahui tentang strategi pemasaran yang digunakan Ibu Ani dalam pemasan Tahu Sumedang miliknya. Dengan demikian, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran Tahu Sumedang di Desa Aek Garingging Kecamatan Lingga Bayu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis dan pengolahan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengumpulkan data hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi kemudian dikelompokan untuk dianalisis yaitu dilakukan dengan langkah mereduksi data, mendiskripsikan data, dan mengambil kesimpulan serta verifikasi data. Teknik dalam menjamin keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan Ibu Ani dalam peningkatan dan pengembangan usaha Tahu Sumedang miliknya dilakukan dengan marketing mix yaitu pembauran antara penetapan produk, harga, lokasi (tempat), dan promosi. Kemudian, dapat dipahami bahwa Ibu Ani telah menerapkan setiap unsur strategi pemasaran dengan marketing mix kecuali pada penetapan lokasi usaha dikarenakan sudah menjadi tempat tinggalnya kemudian secara tidak sengaja lokasi tersebut sangat mendukung volume penjualan produk usahanya karena berada di tempat yang strategis yaitu di tepi jalan. Penetapan produk dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kualitas bahan baku yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Tahu Sumedang sehingga menghasilkan produk yang enak, renyah dan tahan lama. Penentuan harga dilakukan dengan penyesuaian antara harga bahan baku dan keuntungan yang akan dicapai. Lokasi usaha sangat strategis dalam pengembangan usaha dikarenakan mudah dijangkau dan mudah diketahui konsumen karena berada di pinggiran jalan. Bentuk promosi yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengunjungi warung-warung dan menitipkan hasil produksinya pada warung tersebut untuk di perjualbelikan

Student Discipline Problems and the Role of Counselors and School Principals to Overcoming Them

Violations that often occur in school are disciplinary violations committed by students. Discipline problems are problems which, if not resolved quickly, will have an impact on the smoothness of the learning process in the classroom. Some of the personnel who play a role in overcoming discipline problems in schools are counselors and school principals. This research is a library research, by searching, reading, studying, and analyzing the content of books and supported by various literature related to them. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that school counselors and school principals play an important role in overcoming student discipline problems. Women's Leadership in Tafsir Qur'an Surah an-Nisa: 34 Feminist and Classical Mufassir Perspectives

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة دور المرأة القيادي في القرآن، وتحديدا في سورة النساء الآية ٣٤ في نظرة النسويات والمفسرين المتقدمين. وفقًا للنسوية ، فإن تفسيرات العلماء المتقدمين مليئة بالتحيز الجنساني وكراهية للنساء. لذلك يحاولون تفسير الآيات المتعلقة بالرجال والنساء بطرقهم وأساليبهم الخاصة من خلال تبني منهج تفسير الكتاب المقدس كما تمارسها النسوية المسيحية، أي منهج التأويل (الهرمنيوطيقا)، ويعطون الأولوية للتفسير المعقول من التفسير المأثور، مما ينتج عنه منتجات تفسير مختلفة. إلى المعاني الحقيقية المتضمنة في مشكلة القيادة المرأة. وعلى هذا الأساس، أجرى الباحثة بحثًا حول تفسير سورة النساء الآية ٣٤. هذه المقالة عبارة عن المنهج الوصفي المقارن مع المقربة الكيفية. من خلال دراسة مقارنة بين آراء النسويات والمفسرين  المتقدمين في تفسير القيادة في سورة النساء الآية ٣٤، وجدت الباحثة أن هناك التباسًا في تفسير القرآن والذي فسره النسويون بما في ذلك قضية القيادة المرأة و رفض المفسرين المتقدمين في تفسير كلمة القرآن "القوام " في سورة النساء الآية ٣٤ التي يعتقد أنها تظهر تفوق الرجال على المرأة ويشعرن أن المرأة فقدت مصداقيتها. وحيث أن الإسلام رفع مكانة المرأة بحقوقها وواجباتها الشريفة ، حتى يلتزم الرجل برعايتها.This study aims to discuss women's leadership in the Qur'an surah an-Nisa verse 34 from the perspective of feminists and classical Mufassir. According to the understanding of feminism, the interpretation of classical Mufassir is full of gender bias and is misogynistic. So they try to interpret verses related to men and women included in the issue of women's leadership. On this basis, the authors researched the interpretation of surah an-Nisa verse 34, which is considered discrimination against women by the feminist movement. This study uses a descriptive-comparative method with a qualitative approach. Through a comparative analysis, the researcher found that there was confusion in the interpretation of the Qur'an, which was interpreted by feminists, including in the issue of women's leadership and rejected the classical exegetes in interpreting the word al- qowwam in surah an-Nisa verse 34 which according to him shows the superiority of men over women and feels that women are discredited

Efektivitas Kahoot dalam Pembelajaran Daring Mata Kuliah Kanji Terhadap Mahasiswa Bahasa Asing Terapan

Lecturer learning of Applied Foreign Language students by using a learning kahoot application that presents a quiz in it. Explaining the effectiveness of kahoot media in online lectures for Applied Foreign Language students. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. Methods Survey research deals with questions about one's own beliefs and behavior. Based on the descriptions that have been submitted including: a) Students know what a kahoot application is; b) 70% of students consider kahoot important in learning kanji; c) Overall, most of the students are satisfied with the Kahoot application; d) The learning model with kahoot media produces a positive influence on the concept of student understanding. As the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the use of the Kahoot application is quite effective in improving the understanding of kanji courses for Applied Foreign Language students, the application of the Kahoot application is better when learning online in improving the understanding of kanji courses

Video-based health education to support insulin therapy in diabetes mellitus patients

Background: The improper use of insulin usually leads to some unexpected effects, hence, there is a need for right usage. Lack of knowledge and of understanding are key factors leading to the occurrence of medication errors, which could be avoided with proper education. Therefore, an appealing education alternative, such as video, is needed to improve patient’s knowledge and attitudes towards insulin therapy. Design and Methods: One-group pretest and posttest design were conducted on 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were receiving subcutaneous insulin therapy at Internal Medicine Unit in Universitas Airlangga Teaching Hospital. The patients filled the provided questionnaires to measure their knowledge and attitudes, before and after watching the video on insulin therapy education. Then, data obtained were analysed with SPSS using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test Method. Results: Based on the results, there was an increase in the value of the patient’s knowledge, with the value of Z=-8.212 and P<0.05. Similarly, there was an increase in the patient’s attitudes with the value of Z=-8.234 and P<0.05. Conclusions: Insuline therapy video increases the knowledge and improves the attitude of diabetes mellitus patients towards insulin therapy

PROSES PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INOVATIF DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MIND MAPPING DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MENULIS NARASI DI SD

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan model pembelajaran inovatif dengan menggunakan mind mapping yang dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman oleh guru dalam merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas II SD. Model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan disebut dengan model P4K yang berasal dari singkatan sintaksnya (pengkondisian, peralihan, pengumpulan dan pengolahan informasi, pengomunikasian hasil, dan konsolidasi). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada model pengembangan 4-D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan yang meliputi empat tahap, yang terdiri atas tahap (1) pendefinisian, (2) perancangan, (3) pengembangan, dan (4) penyebaran. Akan tetapi penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap pengembangan tanpa melakukan tahap penyebaran karena produk penelitian ini hanya dikhususkan di sekolah uji coba. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SDN Kalijudan I Surabaya. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, check list dan catat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sudah tercapai sesuai target yang diharapkan dari tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inovatif dengan menggunakan mind mapping dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman oleh guru dalam merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran menulis narasi di SD. Technology Acceptance Model in Socrative as a Learning Grammar Software: Higher Education Students’ Perception

Technological advancement that are happening today provide many conveniences, including in the world of education, especially teaching writing. The main objective of this research is to find out how students perceive the use of Socrative to teach English grammar. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Students enrolled in the second semester of the English Education Study Program for the 2022–2023 academic year are the participants. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect data for this investigation. The questionnaire included 20 (twenty) items regarding perceived utility and perceived ease of use, which the  technology acceptance model (TAM) theory has developed to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. The findings of this research indicated that students have a very good evaluation of the use of social constructions in teaching grammar.
