    AbstractP2P databases are characterized by high site-failure rates, unpredictable network topology and complex management, due to the complete absence of a centralized controller. These characteristics have introduced novel challenges and research issues to the field. Among the most difficult challenges is the process of locating information among various participants in the network. This paper presents an original contribution by proposing an Optimized Bio-inspired Algorithm to maximize search efficiency in P2P databases (OBAME).     Based on my observation of student in class VIII SMP Budhi Luhur Kota Pekanbaru on atletics, they are not yet have no speed of run 100 metre. Especially in the rarely run 100 metre. This is due to the lack of a systematic workout, especially in strength training and adequate physical endurance. This is a challenge that needs to get attention from various circles, for which efforts need coaching achievements in athletics, especially in the rarely run. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interval training on the speed run 100 metre in class VIII SMP Budi Luhur Pekanbaru. As for who made the entire population in this study the research object, the eighth grade students of SMP Budi Luhur Pekanbaru City numbering 36 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, ie sampling based on certain grounds. In this study the sample to be used is a male student for interval training will be much easier to implement if the sample is homogenous ie the male students only. Thus the number of samples in this study amounted to 11 people. The instruments used to collect data that pre-test and post test run 100 meters. The data obtained was analyzed using t-test. Based on the results of the t test results can be seen that t for 8.74> 1.833 (t-tables) and then the hypothesis is accepted, it means that there is a significant influence on the results of the exercise interval speed to run 100 meters in class VIII SMP Budi Luhur Pekanbar

    PrekotAC as a new filter aids material for fabric filter in air filtration system

    Fabric filter has a short life span due to wear and tear influenced by the operating conditions of the system. Treatment of fabric filter using pre-coating material is one of the simplest technique to overcome this problem where it works as a filtration aids that will coat a layer of inert material onto the surface of the fabric. Pre-coating acts as a barrier to block and remove undesired particles from gas stream but allowing a uniform air flow passing through the filter media. The morphology of dust cake that accumulated on the surface of the filter media depends on several properties of the particles such as shape and size. Hence, study presents the characterization of a newly formulated filtration aids known as PrekotAC consisting of a different combination of pre-coating material PreKot™ and activated carbon. The aim is to determine the best combination of PrekotAC admixtures as a filtration aids suitable for a fabric filtration system. Various characteristics of the formulated admixtures such as its particle size distribution, bulk density, moisture content as well as its morphology were investigated and presented in this paper

Gas alam cair (Liquefied Natural Gas) adalahgas alam yang telah diproses untuk menghilangkan pengotor danhidrokarbon berat kemudian gas alam dikondensasi menjadicairan pada tekanan atmosfer dengan mendinginkannya sekitar 160oPlant Design of Cluster LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) inBukit Tua Well, Gresik Pradnya A. Putri, Shinta S. Hajar, Gede Wibawa dan WinarsihJurusan Teknik Kimia, Fakultas Teknologi Industri, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) 4C dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah pengangkutan karenavolume gas sebelum dan sesudah dicairkan adalah 600:1. Saat inigas alam diolah menjadi Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) danLiquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), sedangkan sisa pencairan gasalam yang berupa condensate juga memiliki nilai ekonomis yangtinggi karena sifatnya yang mirip minyak mentah (crude oil)dengan kualitas yang terbaik. Gas alam tidak berwarna, tidakberbau, tidak korosif, tidak beracun, dan ramah lingkungan. Gasalam juga digunakan sebagai pembangkit listrik PLTG danPLTU. Berdasarkan data Neraca Gas Indonesia pada tahun 2010Indonesia mengalami defisit sebesar 18,57 MTPA (Million TonPer Annum). Pabrik Cluster LNG direncanakan dibangun padatahun 2015 dengan target siap beroperasi pada tahun 2018.Pabrik ini berlokasi di Gresik dengan bahan baku yang diperolehdari sumur Lapangan Bukit Tua, Gresik, Jawa Timur dengancadangan gas alam sebesar 52359,62 MMSCFD. Kapasitaspabrik ini adalah 20 MMSCFD. Pabrik ini akan memenuhikebutuhan konsumen skala kecil hingga menengah atas sepertihalnya pembangkit listrik untuk daerah Bali, Lombok dan JawaTimur. Rangkaian proses pabrik ini adalah unit Dehydration, unitAcid Gas Removal, unit Refrigeration dan unit Liquefaction.Analisa ekonomi dari pabrik ini adalah investasi sebesar 60MUSD, IRR sebesar 39,67%, POT selama 2,38 tahun, BEPsebesar 18% dan NPV 10 tahun sebesar 63,904 MUSD

    Peningkatan Keterampilan Menyimak Cerita Anak melalui Media Animasi Audio Visual Siswa Kelas VI SD

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan menyimak cerita anak melalui media animasi audio visual siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Oeba 3 Kupang, Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Oeba 3 Kupang. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu keterampilan menyimak cerita anak dan penggunaan media animasi audio visual. Setiap siklus terdapat instrumen yang berwujud tes dan nontes. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian keterampilan menyimak cerita anak pada pratindakan, siklus I, dan siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas. Hal tersebut terlihat pada keaktifan siswa dan keantusiasan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menyimak cerita anak melalui media animasi audio visual

    Characterization of a New Biotype Moringa of Saudi Arabia Using Rapd and Issr Markers

    Moringa peregrina and M. oleifera are the only Moringa species found in Saudi Arabia. Both species are drought resistant and have very high nutritional and medicinal properties. Detection of genetic diversity is of great value for the improvement of nutritional and medicinal value of these plants. The aim of the present study was to characterize a new biotype Moringa observed in Al Bahah Region, Saudi Arabia. We used 11 RAPD and 15 ISSR primers to characterize and compare the new biotype with M. peregrina and M. oleifera. Level of polymorphism generated by each marker was calculated. We also calculate Nei and Li\u27s coefficient to measure the genetic distance between the studied species. Level of polymorphism generated by RAPD and ISSR was 46% and 57%, respectively. RAPD and ISSR primers revealed that the new biotype shared 55 amplicons (45.08%) with both M. peregrina and M. oleifera, 28 amplicons with M. peregrina (22.95%), 21 amplicons (17.21%) with M. oleifera, and displayed 18 unshared amplicons (14.75%). Based on RAPD data, genetic distance between M. oleifera and M. peregrina was 0.32, whereas genetic distance between the new biotype and M. oleifera and M. peregrina was 0.21 and 0.29, respectively. For ISSR data, genetic distance between M. oleifera and M. peregrina was 0.5, whereas genetic distance between the new biotype and M. oleifera and M. peregrina was 0.36 and 0.34, respectively. Based on these results we suggested that the new biotype is a hybrid crossbred between M. peregrina and M. oleifera

    Managing the Adverse Events Associated with the Combination Pembrolizumab and Lenvatinib Therapy in Endometrial Cancer

    Endometrial cancer (EC) is the most common gynecological cancer. The combination of lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab has exhibited efficacy as the second line treatment for advanced EC, with a significant benefit in terms of progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS), but the adverse effects (AE) profile is complex. AEs associated with the treatment may represent a limitation to this combination. Here, we report the case of a 38-year-old lady diagnosed with stage IV EC elsewhere, whose disease progressed after the first line of treatment, and was referred to our center in 2021. We treated her with the combination of lenvatinib and pembrolizumab. During the course of the treatment. she developed hand- foot syndrome (HFS) grade III, and hypothyroidism grade II. The AEs were managed with supportive medications, dose interruptions, dose reductions, and multidisciplinary care, which allowed us to continue the treatment. The patient achieved a good partial response, and an ongoing PFS of more than 12 months. Based on RAPD data, genetic distance between M. oleifera and M. peregrina was 0.59, whereas genetic distance between the new biotype and M. oleifera and M. peregrina was 0.41 and 0.54, respectively. For ISSR data, genetic distance between M. oleifera and M. peregrina was 0.98, whereas genetic distance between the new biotype and M. oleifera and M. peregrina was 0.59 and 0.56, respectively
