    Analisis Layanan Sistem Informasi Akademik Unisbank Berdasarkan Kepuasan Mahasiswa dengan Pendekatan ServQual

    Academic services have significant development, which showed by the increasing variety of services used in the university. One of the essential services is the academic information system services. A university must be able to manage its academic information systems to support its students. The student's expectations and satisfaction with the university can be seen, one of them with the value of the academic information system service quality. Therefore, university efforts are needed to improve academic information system services to meet student expectations and satisfaction. To understand the academic information service quality, universities can do a measurement the services that have been provided. The reason for the research is to know whether the academic information system service has an effect and meets student expectations and satisfaction or not. Data were collected by questionnaires. The collected data was tested using reliability, validity, and linear regression using the R programming language. The validity and reliability test results inform that all variables were valid and reliable. The linear regression test resulted in the system quality and expectations variables having a simultaneous effect on satisfaction variables. The partial test result was given that only service quality affects the satisfaction variable.Layanan akademik di dunia pendidikan mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan dengan ditandai oleh semakin beragamnya layanan yang diberikan. Salah satunya adalah layanan sistem informasi akademik. Sebuah universitas sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang menghasilkan lulusan, harus mampu mengelola layanan sistem informasi akademik dengan baik. Tujuannya adalah agar layanan tersebut dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada mahasiswa. Untuk memahami kualitas layanan sistem informasi akademik, universitas dapat mengukur layanan yang diberikan dengan memanfaatkan metode uji layanan yang sudah ada. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diuji dengan uji reliabilitas, validitas, dan regresi linier menggunakan bahasa R. Hasil yang didapat dari proses pengujian adalah seluruh variabel dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji regresi linier memberikan hasil bahwa variabel kualitas layanan dan harapan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel kepuasan, sedangkan hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel kualitas layanan yang berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan

    Adanya virus Covid-19 pemerintah Negara Indonesia mengalami masa berat terutama di sektor ekonomi, pada aspek kehidupan dan Pendidikan. Sehingga untuk kegiatan Pendidikan pemerintah memberlakukan sekolah daring untuk sementara waktu. Kuliah yang dilakukan secara daring menyebabkan keresahan bagi mahasiswa terutama dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir. Seperti sulitnya akses jaringan yang tersedia, rasa resah dan cemas yang dialami mahasiswa saat proses menyelesaikan tugas akhir secara daring, kesulitan berkomunikasi dengan dosen dan teman-teman menjadi suatu keresahan yang dialami mahasiswa.     Analysis of Changes in Learning Patterns Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic using Descriptive Statistical Methods

    In early 2020, the world was faced with the Covid-19 pandemic. The biggest impact of the pandemic was felt by the education sector, which prompted the government to develop an online learning program. This online learning will certainly affect student learning patterns. This study aims to determine changes in learning patterns that occurred before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research involved students of Stikubank University Semarang, Faculty of Information Technology and Industry class of 2019. The data obtained was analyzed statistically descriptive quantitatively including calculations of mean, median, standard deviation, validity tests, reliability tests, and graphs using R language. Based on the results of validity tests and reliability test, all indicators are valid and reliable. The results of the descriptive analysis of the indicator tests show that learning patterns decreased between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The indicator for planning learning activities has changed to the sub-indicator bringing reference books. The indicators for participating in learning activities also changed in the sub-indicator present before lectures. The indicators for making schedules and study notes also underwent changes in the sub-indicators for making notes/summaries of material which decreased significantly. The indicator for taking the exam also experienced a change in the sub-indicator for studying with friends. While the learning evaluation indicators also experienced changes in the sub-indicators working on practice questions

    Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is a scientific field that studies human-computer interaction in order to design systems that satisfy user requirements and enhance the user experience (UX). HCI is very important in the development of websites because a good user experience is necessary to improve user satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness. The motivation behind this study is to recognize the qualities and shortcomings of the STMIK AKI site as far as client experience, as the need might have arisen to further develop client UX. From a HCI perspective, SUPR-Q is one way to use a questionnaire to measure user experience. To analyze various UX dimensions, UX testing will use Task Level Satisfaction methods like Single Ease Question (SEQ), Scenario Testing, and System Usability Scale (SUS) in addition to the SUPR-Q method. The SUPR-Q Loyalty variable had a low value, but the SEQ, SUS, and SUPR-Q methods produced results with an average grade of B, supporting the hypothesis that respondents were satisfied with their use of the STMIK AKI website. The worth got was 59.1% with Grade C and the speculation was adequate in utilizing and suggesting the STMIK AKI site page. Furthermore, in the Situation Testing strategy, the typical worth got is 57.5% with Grade C, with the speculation that the respondent or client is very able in finishing jobs or working the STMIK AKI page framework

    Aims: Android system is widely chosen by smartphone users in Indonesia. One of the reasons for its popularity is the large number of free applications supported by Google Play Store. The large number of applications on the Google Play Store provide many choices for the needs of the community. But sometimes, this actually makes people have difficulty in choosing an application they need. This research will create a decision support system (DSS) in choosing the best application, so that it can help the community in choosing the application they need. Methodology: The factors used in choosing include rating, file size, compatibility and others. The method used to determine the best application in this research is the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. This method can be used to support decisions in choosing between several alternatives. The implementation is made web-based with the PHP language to make it easier for the public to access this system. Results: The result of this research is the ranking of educational applications based on the criteria of rating, reviews, size and installs that can be taken into consideration by users in choosing applications. Conclusion: SMART method can be used easily to generate application rankings. The results of data processing may change if the priority or weight of a criterion changes

    The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred to date has made learning activities that are usually carried out face-to-face, switch to networks by utilizing e-learning media. The transfer of learning activities to e-learning media has advantages and disadvantages so that it needs to be evaluated. This evaluation is carried out to see to what extent the service quality of e-learning media is used in learning activities. One way to assess service quality is using the e-service quality method. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of e-learning services. The service quality assessment factors used in this study are tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research method used in this research is quantitative method and the data collection period starts from August 2020 to February 2021. 174 students was participated in this study, with the largest proportion being semester 7 students. The instrument used has good validity with a KMO value of more than 0, 5 and is reliable with a Cronbach's alpha value of more than 0.6. The final results of the study can be concluded that five factors measuring the quality of electronic services can be used to measure the quality of electronic learning services and the most influential factor is the assurance factor
