    Risk Factors Concerning The Fire Safety Practices of The Fuel Station Operator in Blora; A fuel station is a place having a major fire hazard accident level, in which, if an accident happens, it may cause major loss in both casualties and other material loss; and such accident had ever taken place a fuel station in Blora. This research had an objective to finding out the factors effecting fire safety practices of the fuel station operator in Blora. The used research type was an explanotory research; the used method was a survey with a cross sectional study approach. The samples used in this research were the total population as many as 73 respondents. The research result showed that there were correlation between the fire safety practices and age, sex, educational level, marital status, knowledge, attitude, rules, facilities / amenities, supervision, coworkers. There most dominant variable affecting the fire safety practises, with was attitude, with the significance value of 0.044 and OR value of 5.01

    Randu Padangan village is one of the villages in Gresik Regency which has a population of approximately 4500 inhabitants and many farm fields and plantations. With increasing population led to the need for land for settlement increased and many citizens who sell and buy land for the necessities of life. Related to it Governance in particular village government party in charge of handling and serving information land experiencing difficulties in terms of land information services. It looks at the data search process a very long land until it reaches 2 days and the presentation of data on land that is still difficult to understand especially on imagemap map data blocks with the current data block is still separate. This led to theinformation given to the citizens of less accurate. Based on the problems described previously the village of Randu Padangan requires a land information system that can assist the Government in conducting logging landand provide information that is accurate and speedy land to citizens. The results showed that Randu Padangan Village Land information systems can assistthe Government in conducting land and logging provides information on defense, so the land information service can be quickly solved with accurate and timely

    Cooperatives are considered the most suitable to be developed in Indonesia because of their role in building the national economic order. Currently Sidoarjo District Cooperative Office for Institutional especially tasked to monitor and oversee the development of the cooperative experience problems. The problem of cooperative is, late submission of monthly reports that resulted in the manufacture of quarterly progress reports as a co-operative evaluation is also inhibited. The delay makes data to be processed to work on a progress report becomes inaccurate. Last problems in the progress report results only in the form of tables with figures that chart the development of cooperatives in the previous month are not visible. After analysis and design of monitoring and evaluation systems of cooperative development document can be produced in the form of Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and the Software Architecture Document (SAD).     Currently the Office of Cooperative Sidoarjo regency, especially in the Seksi Bina Usaha Simpan Pinjam experienced a problem that is on the dimension of time is the amount of data that must be processed, the process of health assessment done manually, and there was no warning system regarding Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) or Unit Simpan Pinjam (USP) who have not submitted reports Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT). On the dimension of content is input weighting process aspect, the process of checking the standard tables assessment is done manually. Based on these problems, needs analysis and design application health assessment KSP/USP. Analysis and design are expected to produce a document on which to base the development of software applications health assessment KSP/USP. After the application design was developed to help the Department of Cooperatives Sidoarjo District to provide the required information, and assessing the health of the KSP and USP. After analysis and application design health assessment KSP/USP of this, it can produce documents in the form of Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and Software Architecture and Design (SAD).     Agency Division Logistics which located in East Java is a public company of government which has basic value that are mobilize all units, concentrate employees' performance and total of integrity to achieve the vision and mission of company. The units of human resource and law are responsible for coordinating the employees to do the best performance for company by executing the evaluation process of employee performance. Based on the observation and interview, the units of human resource and law have some problems during the process of evaluation of employees' performance that are less effective and efficiency the procedure of performance so that there are delay of report and less exact of data. Based on two problems, there is an application solution for assessment of employee performance based on their competence. There are some capabilities of the application that are processing of data, calculating the results of assessment, determining the reward based on assessment of employee performance. The concept of the application is competence relation cause and effect so that we would know the competence of employees to determine the reward in the form of a promotion. Expectation of the application is overcome the problem occurred which compatible with user need and it is based on the test of performance assessment which compatible with employees' competence to obtain the reward

    Design of Low Flow Undershot Type Water Turbine

    Many water sources around us which have kinetic energy to run waterwheels are not optimally utilized. This energy can be converted into an energy source that can produce electricity. Therefore this study produced a design of a waterwheel that could be used in low-flow rivers to produce electricity by adding generators. Waterwheel modeling using Ansys is calculated based on flow assumptions. Modeling using this system provides advantages in the form of computational power efficiency, the stability of numerical calculations and the accuracy of the resulting solutions. Numerical analysis of the waterwheel is assumed that the waterwheel is half floating on the surface of the water. As stated in the limitation of the problem that the incoming water flowing at a speed of 5 m/s from the flow moves the wheel. The flow rate of water that hit the blade on the waterwheel causes the waterwheel to rotate which is pressured by the flow of water with a number of 12 blades. With a relatively simple design, the waterwheel produces a wheel rotation I of 91 Rpm and II of 78 Rpm, with a torque of 39.2 N by using some analysis of this design can be applied to river flow with low flow velocity. The relatively simple design makes it easy to be produced and maintenance. River flow used is in the Malang District with a flow velocity of 1 m/s gets a power of 1128 W on waterwheel I while on waterwheel II gets a power of 967 W

    Analysis of Lift and Drag of Mono-foil Hysucat due to Longitudinal Foil-placement Variation

    CFD simulations were conducted to study the effects of a hydrofoil and its relative placement in the longitudinal direction on the total resistance of a mono-foil hysucat (hydrofoil supported catamaran). Three foil positions were considered: (i) precisely below the vessel’s center of gravity, (ii) 3 chord-lengths aft from position 1 and (iii) 6 chord-lengths aft from position 1. At relatively low speed (volumetric Froude number FnV < 1.8), the hydrofoil results in an increase of the total resistance of the hysucat (up to 4.43%). At relatively high speed (FnV > 1.8), the hydrofoil results in a decrease of the total resistance (up to 34.86%). The resistance coefficient first increases, takes a maximum value and then decreases with increasing Froude number. The maximum value is observed at FnV ≈ 1.4 (or Fn ≈ 0.5), consistent with previous observations. The most optimum foil placement is that precisely below the center of gravity of the vessel
