The impact of the red card on the psychological aspects of football players in the 2020 Pro League

This study aimed to identify the effect of the red card on some psychological aspects of football players in the professional league for the year (2020) according to the variables (number of years of playing in the professional league، and age)، and the researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the subject of the study and the study sample consisted of (97) A player registered with the Jordan Football Association. The results of the study indicated that there is a difference between the averages of the effect of the red card on the psychological aspects of the players of the Jordanian Professional Football League (2020) in terms of age and that the differences in the field of anxiety as an aspect of the psychological aspects of the effect of the red card on the players were confined to the younger players (less The age of 22 years) and the older players (more than 30 years)، so that the significance was in favor of the younger players، and the researcher recommends the need to pay attention to the psychological aspect of the players. The Level of Quality of Work Life among Public School Teachers in Jerash Governorate

The study aimed to identify the level of quality of work life among public school teachers in Jerash governorate from the perspective of teachers themselves, and to identify the impact of variables (gender, educational stage and years of experience) in teachers\u27 estimations for their level of quality of work life. The sample of the study consisted of (384) teachers. The descriptive survey methodology was used, and a questionnaire consisted of (30) items was used and distributed on six domains. The results of the study showed that the level of quality of work life among teachers was (high) in all domains of the study and the tool as a whole, and the results showed that there were no significant statistical differences at the level of statistical significance (α =0.05) in teachers\u27 estimations for their level of quality of work life due to the variables (gender, educational stage and years of experience)

The Social Responsibility of Faculty Members in The Universities of Irbid Governorate and Its Relationship to Their Job Performance from The Students\u27 Point of View

The study aimed to identify the social responsibility of faculty members in the universities of Irbid Governorate and its relationship to their job performance from the students\u27 point of view, and the study adopted the relational descriptive approach, and the two researchers developed a questionnaire that included two axes: the first to measure the social responsibility of faculty members in the universities of the Irbid Governorate, and the second To measure their job performance, where the study population consisted of (64450) male and female students, and the study sample consisted of (687) male and female students, who were chosen in the available method, and the results of the study showed that the degree of social responsibility among faculty members in the universities of Irbid Governorate from the students\u27 point of view It has a grade (high); The results revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the scale of social responsibility due to the variable (university type), in favor of (private) universities, and the results showed that the degree of job performance of faculty members from the students\u27 point of view was (high), and the presence of statistically significant differences In the job performance measure attributed to the variable (university type), in favor of (private universities), and it showed a positive statistically significant relationship between the degree of social responsibility practice and the level of job performance, and the researchers recommend the necessity of holding awareness seminars for faculty members to enhance the practice of social responsibility and link that practice to job performance they have

Degree of Schools Principals Practice for Innovative Leadership and its Relationship to the Quality of School Performance from Teachers\u27 Point of View

The study aimed to find out the degree of practice of the school principals of the Wadi Al-Seer district of innovative leadership and its relationship to the quality of school performance, and the study used the correlative survey descriptive approach, to achieve the objectives of the study. The two researchers prepared two questionnaires, a questionnaire for school principals ’practice of innovative leadership and a questionnaire for the quality of school performance. A teacher and teacher in public and private schools in the Wadi Al-Seer district, they were chosen by a simple random method. The study found a number of results that there is an average level of innovative leadership practice among the principals of Wadi Al-Seer schools, and the results indicated an average level of quality of school performance for the school principals of Wadi Al-Seer, and the results showed a statistically significant correlation between innovative leadership. The study recommended holding courses for training on modern strategies that enable school principals to deal with new innovative ideas, and holding training courses for school principals to increase their knowledge of innovative leadership methods so that they can predict problems before they arise

The study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of secondary school teachers in Mafraq Governorate to teacher ethics in the light of Islamic education from the students\u27 point of view. This study aimed at investigating The accuracy of estimating the item difficulty parameter of the one parameter logistic model using the pairwise method in light of sample size and test length change. To achieve the study objective, the data of binary responses were generated by five different sample size (50, 100, 250, 500, 1000) examinee, and four different length test (20, 30, 40, 70) item using simra function in the pairwise package in R program by determining the level of the ability and difficulty parameter is between (-3, 3) normally distributed with a mean 0 and a standard deviation 1. To answer the questions of the study, the researcher used R program for estimating the difficulty parameter using the pairwise method, and estimating the ability using the weighted likelihood estimation method. The results of the study revealed statistically significant differences at α = 0.05 between the standard errors of the estimates of the difficulty parameter due to the sample size for sample size 1000 examinee. The study recommended conduct studies which compare between the likelihood method, the Bayes method, and the pairwise method in the accuracy of estimating the parameters of the item
