    The aim of this study is to seek and analyze both simultaneous and partial effect of the existence of the treasurer and the role of financial administration officials on the quality of financial reports of local government in the district of Sigi. The research applies verification approach and involves 72 responden. The tool of analysis used is mutiple linear regressions and hypothesis is tested with significance level α=0.05. Validity test with corrected item-total correlation technique uses the minimum requirement of r=0.3. Reliability test uses cronbach alpha coefficient α>0.6. The results show that the role of treasurer and financial administration officials silmutaneously has significant effect on the quality of financial reports of local government in the district of Sigi. This shown by the result of F-test with R-Square value of 0.582. In other words, 58.20% of dependent variables are affected by both independent variables; the remaining is affected by variables that are not studied. The role of treasurer significantly affects the quality of financial reports of local government in Sigi District with t-value of 0.446; the role of financial administration officials significantly affects the quality of financial reports of local government in Sigi District with t-value of 0.521

    This research aims to (1) reveal the effect of problem based and expository learning towards physics' learning outcomes, (2) uncover the effect of students' science process skill towards physics' learning outcomes, (3) reveal the interaction between students' science process skill and their physics' learning outcomes. This study is a quasi-experimental study applying factorial design 2 x 2. The study was conducted from November 2014 to May 2015. The population of this research is the whole students of class VIII which comprises of 9 classes in MTS Negeri 1 Mataram. The purposive sampling was chosen as the sampling technique for this study, in which class VIII-8 acted as the experiment class and class VIII-7 as the controlled class. The data collection encompasses data of science process skill, and students' physics' learning outcomes (in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains) towards the main material of light. Technique of collecting data of science process and physics' learning outcomes in affective and psychomotor domains were done by using observation sheet with certain criteria, while cognitive domain was done through the test. The test instrument has previously been through validity test, reliability test, difficulty level, and discrimination index. The data obtained were firstly tested their normality and homogeneity, then continued by the testing of the hypothesis by using two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Data analysis technique was done by using ANOVA 2x2 with different cell. The result of this study shows that (1) problem based and expository learning affects physics' learning outcomes, (2) students' science process skill affects their physics' learning outcomes, and (3) there is no interaction between science process skill and students' learning outcomes

    The problem in this research was mathematic learning outcomes in fourth grade students SDN 004 Pekanbaru still low with average value 60,1 with minimum completeness criteria (KKM 70).The purpose 0f this research was to improve mathematic learning outcomes 0f the fourth grade (IV) students SDN 88 Pekanbaru with the implementation of number head together (NHT) models. This research was classroom action research with two circles. The subject were students of class IV SDN 88 Pekanbaru on 2016/2017 academic years with amounted to 33 students consisting of 12 men and 21 women. Base on analysis result observation paper of teacher and students activity sheet seen rising each meeting, teacher activity at first meeting of first circle was 79,1 % good category and at the second meeting was 87,5 % with very good category. At the second circle, teachers activity at the first meeting was 91,7 % and the second meeting was 95,8 % with very good category. Student activities at first meeting of first circle was 70,8 % good category and at the second meeting was 83,3 % with very good category. At the second circle, student activity on the first meeting was 87,5 % and at the second meeting was 91,7 % with very good category. Mathematic learning outcomes before implementation cooperatives number head together type learning model average 60,1, after implementation cooperatives number head together type learning model at UH 1 was 75,2 and at UH II was 84,3 that improve about 40,3 %. Implementation of cooperatives number head together type learning model can improve learning outcomes of the fourth grade students SDN 88 Pekanbaru

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning melalui pendekatan saintifik terhadap kemampuan berkomunikasi ilmiah pada kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Rembang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Rembang, mulai tanggal 2 Februari sampai dengan 7 Maret 2015. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X yang diambil secara acak, untuk menentukan sampel. Terdapat dua kelas sampel yaitu kelas X-MIA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X-MIA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data awal diambil dari nilai Ulangan Tengah Semester Gasal dan data akhir dari hasil observasi. Analisis data terdiri dari analisis awal (uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas) dan analisis akhir (uji t- dan uji N-Gain). Hasil analisis akhir uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung (5,3557) > ttabel (1,68) maka Ho ditolak maka Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning melalui pendekatan saintifik terhadap kemampuan berkomunikasi ilmiah pada kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Rembang memberikan pengaruh secara siginifikan. Uji N-Gain kemampuan berkomunikasi ilmiah pada kelas eksperimen 0,894 dengan kategori tinggi dan kelas kontrol 0,624 dengan kategori sedang. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning menggunakan pendekatan saintifik berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berkomunikasi ilmiah siswa kelas X SMA N 1 Remban

    Abstrck: This research aims to determine the increase in cognitive science physics learning achievement of students with joyful learning. This research was conducted in SMPN 3 XIII Koto Kampar in August 2015. This research subject is 20 students of class VIIa as a control group with conventional learning and 21 students of class VIIb as an experimental group class with joyful learning. This research is pre-experimental design forms Intact Group Comparison. Instrument of collecting data in this research is a cognitive achievement test consisting of 10 multiple choice items. Descriptive analysis of the results obtained by the average absorption and effectiveness of learning of students in the experimental class of 80% and 70.5% control class with high category and effective. Mastery learning classical to experimental class categorized due to the percentage of 90.47%, while the control group did not complete with percentage of 70%. Completeness of indicators competency achievement in the experimental class of 100% and 70% control class declared complete. The results of inferential analysis through the sign test obtained a value of tcount>ttable (2,897>2,023), which means there is improvement of the cognitive learning science Physics with joyful learning of the use of conventional learning. It can be concluded with joyful learning can improve cognitive achievement of students of class VII SMPN 3 XIII Koto Kampar in the subject matter temperature and measurement

    Studi Komparasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Tgt dan Tai terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa pada Pokok Bahasan Hidrokarbon di Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Rambah

    The purpose of research was to know whether there was significant difference for student's achievement between the application of the TGT and TAI models on the topic of hydrocarbon in class X Senior High School 1 Rambah and to know the cooperative learning that has been gave the best result to student's achievement between TGT and TAI models. The kind of research was the experiment research with Randomized Pretest-Posttest Comparison Group Design. There were three classes as population, X.E, X.F and X.G. There were two classes as sample of research which were choiced randomly by using normality and homogenity test. The result, class X.F as the experiment that used TGT model and class X.E as the experiment that used TAI model. The data analysis technique used to test hypothesis was the t-test of two side. The result of analysis showed that there was no significant difference the student's achievement between the application of TGT and TAI models (tobserved = -1,428 and ttable = 2,00). The test of N-gain normalized showed that students achievement between TGT and TAI models was high category with valued 0,76 and 0,81. So, the TGT and TAI models as good as to improve the student's achievement

    Personal computer is electronic equiment that use solid state device, such as rectifiers, so it to be source of harmonic current. Harmonic current is sinusoidal current with multiple frequency of fundamental current which will be increase power losses because increasing effective current and frequency. In electric distribution system, transformer is component with highest power losses. They are consit of DC losses (Pdc) that influence by effective current, eddy current (PEC) and other stray losses (POSL) which influence by effective current and their frequency. This study involved increasing transformer power losses with assume that transformer supply in full load condition to personal computer. Analyzes following IEEE Std. C57.110-1998 with comparing determination maximum transformer loading use current spectrum from spectrum analyzer equipment and conversion produce Mathlab from current wave time domain to current wave frequency domain. The result are maximum transformer loading is 97,84 use spectrum analyzer and 97,84 use Mathlab sofware

    Keragaan Varietas dan Galur Padi Tipe Baru Indonesia dalam Sistem Ratun

    Eighteen Indonesian new plant type (NPT) of rice varieties and lines were evaluated in a ratoon system. The results showed that ratooning ability was related to the vegetative growth prior to harvest, which gave high ability ratoon growth. New plant type varieties and several lines of rice had better vegetative growth and produced higher ratoon than other genotypes. Ratoons started to develop 2-7 days after harvest, with an average number of leaf 2-4 per tiller. Number of productive tillers of ratoon ranged from 6.0 to 30.0 per hill, with number of grain per panicle ranged from 38.0 to 228.2, and grain weight per hill of ratoon 10.4 to 31.2 g, dependent on genotypes. Maturity of ratoon was also dependent on genotypes. On average, maturity was 68 days after harvest of the main crop. Grouping of ratooning ability based on hierarchical cluster analysis resulted in three groups, namely nine genotypes had high potential, fi ve genotypes had medium potential, and four genotypes had low potential. This study indicated that ratoon is potential to increase rice planting index in Indonesia. The genotypes with high ratoon ability need to be evaluated for agronomic performance in the fi eld
