Laris Abadi Indonesia as a sample rather than respondents stated as primary data. The technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) directly. The variables studied were leadership attitudes (X1) and work compensation (X2) as independent variables and work quality (Y) as dependent variables. The output of this research illustrates several conclusions, including leadership attitudes have a significant role on work quality through partial and simultaneous methods, and also work compensation takes the same role partially and simultaneously with significant positive information at PT Laris Abadi Indonesia

A developed asymmetric mulitlevel inverter with lower number of components

    Get PDF
In this paper, a new configuration for symmetrical and asymmetrical multilevel inverters is proposed. In asymmetric mode, different algorithms are suggested in order to determine the magnitudes of DC voltage sources. The merit of this topology to the conventional symmetric and asymmetric inverters is verified by the provided comparisons. This topology uses a lower number of power electronic devices such as switches, IGBTs, diodes, related gate driver circuits and DC voltage sources. Owing the lower amount of requirements, it has lower total costs and needs less installation area. Also the control strategy has less complexity. The proposed converter can generate all the desired output voltage levels with positive and negative values. To confirm the practicability of the proposed inverter, simulation and experimental results are provided which are in good agreements

Although learning environments research has thrived for decades in many countries and school subjects, English classroom environment research is still in its infancy. This article paves the way for expanding research on English classroom environments by (1) reviewing the limited past research in English classrooms and (2) reporting the first study of English learning environments in Singaporean primary schools. For a sample of 441 grade 6 students, past research in other subjects was replicated in that a modified version of the What Is Happening In this Class? questionnaire was cross-validated, classroom environment was found to vary with the determinants of student sex and ethnicity, and associations emerged between students’ attitudes and the nature of the classroom environment

Background: Occlusive disease of lower extremity arteries are so common and cause severe stenosis or complete local obstruction in arteries as it need treatment. The treatment could be surgery or interventional procedures like angioplasty or implant of stent. Sometimes such treatments are impossible because of severity or location of complication and cause amputation. The purpose of this study is an assessment about more common locations of arterial obstruction in lower extremities which is necessary for treatment planning and prediction for efficient supplements. Methods: In this descriptive study from 2000 until 2005, 100 patients with occlusive disease of lower extremity arteries who underwent angiography in medical imaging center of Imam Khomeini hospital in Tehran had been studied according to location of arterial obstructions. In the point of view of homodynamic conditions, obstructions over 70% consider important, so all of these patients had arterial obstruction over 70% up to 100%. Results: Our findings show that the most common locations of arterial obstruction in lower extremity are superficial femoral artery (47%), arteries of leg (21%) and iliac arteries (19%). Conclusion: This study can show appropriate assessment of the most common locations of arterial obstruction in lower extremity to predict supplements that may be needed for treatment of these patients

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the immediate effect of elastic therapeutic taping and sham taping of the abdominal musculature on maximum hold time of endurance tests in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain (CNLBP). Methods: Twenty-six people with CNLBP and 26 asymptomatic individuals were included in this study. The CNLBP participants were allocated to an elastic therapeutic tape group or a sham tape group. Standard adhesive elastic therapeutic tape was utilized for facilitatory application in the elastic therapeutic tape group. The elastic therapeutic tape group received real elastic therapeutic taping on the transversus abdominis and internal obliques, and the sham tape group received sham elastic therapeutic taping application. For the sham group, the elastic therapeutic tape was positioned horizontally above the navel and applied without tension. After a wash-out period, each CNLBP participant was switched to the other group. Outcome measures included maximum hold time of supine isometric chest raise, supine double straight-leg raise, and abdominal drawing in maneuver. Results: The CNLBP participants had lower maximum hold time compared to the asymptomatic individuals (P .01). Following taping, both groups showed an increase in the maximum hold time (mean difference = 4.43 50.69 seconds; P .02). Although there was no difference between the results of both groups (P .12), effect sizes were large for the elastic therapeutic tape group (Cohen's d = 1.93 to 1.00). Conclusions: The results suggest that the maximum hold time of endurance tests was decreased in CNLBP patients compared to healthy participants. The application of both elastic therapeutic tape and sham tape to the transversus abdominis and internal obliques produced short-term improvement in abdominal endurance. There was no statistically significant difference between the results of elastic therapeutic tape and sham tape. © 201

Introduction: Reducing healthcare injustice is a moral imperative. People's benefits from these rights differ dramatically from one place to another. Understanding justice in medical care services has created many problems due to ambiguities. The present study aimed to explain the experiences and perspectives of nurses, patients, and nursing students about clinical justice. Methods: This study was a qualitative one based on conventional content analysis. Semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions were used to collect data. Interviews were conducted with clinical nurses, nursing students, and hospitalized patients in hospitals of Behshahr (Mazandaran province). Purposive sampling was used and the interviews continued until data saturation was reached, and finally 73 (19 nursing students, 29 clinical nurses, and 25 hospitalized patients) participants entered the study. Interviews were recorded, and handwritten and then were coded and categorized based on conventional content analysis and themes were extracted. Results: The analysis of data revealed four main themes including equal treatment, good manners, care and attention, and clinical competence and 9 subthemes including ethnic discrimination, socioeconomic discrimination, unaccompanied patients, forgiveness, respect, attention to patients needs/problems, allocation of sufficient time, ability to prioritize and theoretical and practical competence. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that by equal treatment, avoiding ethnic and socioeconomic discrimination, paying attention to the patients' needs and treating them well, and enhancing the level of theoretical and practical skills, it is possible to help create justice in patient care. © 2021 The Author(s)
