    The purpose of this research is to know the influence of members basic training towards members responsibility and obligation in CU Muare Pesisir Kantor Pelayanan Siantan. The method in this research is the descriptive analyse method. This is an ex post facto reasearch. The population in this research is 318 members. The number of samples in this reasearch is 77 members. Data collection techniques in this reasearch are direct communication techniques (interview guidelines), indirect communication techniques (questionnaire), and documentary techniques (data of members stuck credits). The results of this research showed that there is the positive influence of members basic training towards members responsibility and obligation in CU Muare Pesisir Kantor Pelayanan Siantan. This can be known from the t value is 5.632 which shows there is influence of members basic training towards members responsibility and obligation outcome. When it compared with the t table on the significance level of 0.05 of 1.992, so that Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this research is members basic training has a significant effect on the members responsibility and obligation in CU Muare Pesisir Kantor Pelayanan Sianta

    Pelaksanaan Layanan Informasi di SMP Kecamatan Padangan Kabupaten Bojonegoro

    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Layanan Informasi di SMP sekecamatan Padangan Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, untuk menentukan sumber data dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Subjek utama penelitian ini adalah Guru BK yang memberikan layanan informasi. Peneliti melaksanakan di kecamatan Padangan Kabuaten Bojonegoro dengan mengambil tiga sekolah yaitu SMP A, SMP B, SMP C. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Didalam uji kredibilitas data, peneliti menggunakan trianggulasi teknik dan trianggulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data) dan conclusion drawing/verification.  Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain: Perencanaan yang meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan subjek, menetapkan materi informasi, menetapkan subjek layanan, menetapkan narasumber, menyiapkan prosedur.  Pelaksanaan yang meliputi mengorganisasikan kegiatan layanan, mengaktifkan peserta layanan dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan metode dan media. Evaluasi yang meliputi menetapkan materi evaluasi dan menetapkan prosedur evaluasi. Analisis hasil evaluasi yang meliputi melakukan analisis dan menafsirkan hasil analisis. Tindak lanjut yang meliputi menetapkan jenis dan arah tindak lanjut dan melaksanakan rencana tindak lanjut. Dalam penelitian ini pelaksana yang melaksanakan layanan informasi yaitu adalah guru BK sendiri dengan dibantu oleh pihak terkait atau ahlinya ketika memberikan materi tertentu. Cara menurumuskan materi layanan informasi dilihat dari kebutuhan siswa yang didapat dari instrument yang diberikan oleh siswa. Instrument tersebut berupa IKMS, sosiometri atau angket tentang penjurusan. Hambatan yang dihadapi ketika memberikan layanan informasi yaitu guru BK tidak bisa menyampaikan banyak materi untuk siswa dan Siswa kurang memahami materi layanan informasi yang disampaikan oleh guru BK. Cara mengatasi hambatan yaitu guru BK memberikan materi layanan informasi secara tidak langsung kesiswa dengan menempelkan ke papan pengumuman dan memberikan teguran kesiswa.   Kata kunci : Layanan Informasi, Pelaksanaan, Guru BK, Sekolah Menengah Pertama &nbsp

    The Presence of Salmonella in Sie Balu, Acehnese Dried Meat After Gamma Irradiation

    Sie balu is an Acehnese dried meat preserved by the addition of salt, acid and dried. However, long processing and drying it under the sun can cause meat products contaminated by Salmonella. Irradiation can eliminate Salmonella and other pathogenic bacteria in food. This study aims to determine the presence of Salmonella in sie balu after irradiated with increasing doses and 2 to 4 months shelf life. Sie balu was made of 5 kg fresh beef, dried under the sun to dry, vacuum and irradiated at doses of 5, 7 and 9 kGy. Salmonella was detected using bacteriological and biochemical tests. Results showed sie balu contaminated by Salmonella paratyphi B and Salmonella cholerasuis. The irradiation and shelf life significantly affect (P<0.05) the count of Salmonella in sie balu compared with unirradiated one. Irradiation doses of 5, 7 and 9 kGy do not affect the count of Salmonella in sie balu. Extending the shelf life up to 4 months can increas the count of Salmonella.     Studi tentang pengaruh jenis FMA asli Sulawesi Tenggara pada tanaman A. saponaria belum dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui keefektivan pengaruh FMA lokal dan ketergantungan tanaman A. saponaria. Penelitian dilakukan di rumah plastik kebun percobaan Jurusan Kehutanan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Haluoleo bulan JuniSeptember 2010. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga kali ulangan. Perlakuan meliputi tanpa inokulasi FMA (A), inokulasi inokulum FMA 10 g. -1 polybag (B), FMA 20 g. -1 polybag (C). Parameter bibit yang diamati adalah tinggi, diameter batang, jumlah daun, bobot kering pucuk, bobot kering akar, bobot kering total, nisbah pucuk akar, jumlah nodul, persentase kolonisasi akar, dan ketergantungan relatif mikoriza. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inokulasi inokulum FMA 10 g. -1 polybag (B) pada tanaman A. saponaria memberikan pengaruh lebih baik terhadap peningkatan semua parameter yang diamati.     This research is to figure out the interaction influences of two species of dragon fruit seedlings and the application of compound NPK fertilizer, and to determinate the best fertilizer dosage for dragon fruit seedling growth. This research had implemented in Screen Home Experimentation Faculty Agriculture, University of Riau on November of 2015 until February 2016 by station factorial design which is arranged in Randomized Block Design (RAK) and consists of two factors. The first factor is the species of dragon fruits (N); red and white. The second factor is the giving of compound NPK fertilizer, they are 1 g, 2 g, 3 g, 4 g and 5 g. Data obtained of the research, analyzed with variance and Honestly Significant Difference (BNJ) on 5%. Results of the research suggest that the interacton between two species of dragon fruit seedlings and the suggest of NPK fertilizer there is no significant difference on budding, the number and the length of budding, the number and the length of roots, the volume of roots, the fresh and dry weight of budding. The application of compound NPK fertilizer there is no significant difference in all of observatios.     To determine the effect of biogas and liquid fertilizer to get a dose of where best to improve seedling performance. This study was conducted over three months, from May to July 2016. This study is an experiment using a completely randomized design (CRD) non factorial which consists of 5 treatments and 4 replications. The parameters of the observation that the increase of plant height, increase the number of leaves, increase the girth, leaf area, the ratio of the canopy and root dry weight of seedlings. The results showed liquid biogas fertilizer on seedling significant effect on the increase of plant height, leaf area and canopy ratio roots.
