This review covers the book La spiritualité, un facteur de performance
du leadership by the research teacher Faviola Tapoyo. This book is her the thesis on
social and human sciences. Her research, between France (Montpellier) and Gabon
(Libreville) has the particularity to question the spiritual investment of managers in
their leadership, and the place and role of spirituality in the management of
organizations and in the search for performance
Pressure dependence of elastic constants and related parameters for rocksalt MgO
Based on the full-potential linearized augmented plane wave (FP-LAPW) method within the density functional theory (DFT) in both the local density approximation (LDA) and the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) approaches, the elastic constants and some of their related parameters such as the bulk modulus, shear modulus, [1 0 0] Young's modulus, anisotropy factor, [1 0 0] Poisson's ratio, and internal strain parameter have been reported for MgO in the rocksalt structure. The overall agreement between our results and the available experimental and theoretical data is found to be reasonably good. The pressure dependence of all studied quantities has been investigated. The mechanical stability criteria for the material of interest for pressures up to 100 GPa are fulfilled

Structural phase stability, elastic parameters and thermal properties of YN from first-principles calculation
The structural phase stability, elastic parameters and thermodynamic properties of YN at normal and under high pressure are reported. The calculations are mainly performed using the full-potential linearized augmented plane wave method within the density functional theory. Both local density approximation (LDA) and generalized gradient approximation (GGA) are used to model the correlation-exchange potential. The calculated equilibrium lattice parameter and the bulk modulus show good accordance with the experimental and previous theoretical reports. The phase transition from the NaCl (B1) structure to the CsCl (B2) structure is found to occur at 131 GPa within GGA and 115 GPa within LDA. The linear pressure coefficients of the different elastic moduli being addressed here are also determined along with the mechanical and dynamical stability criteria which are shown to be satisfied for YN with B1 phase under normal conditions. Besides, the heat capacity and other thermodynamic parameters are examined and discussed versus temperature
A density functional study of structural and elastic properties of LaN under high pressure
Structural and elastic properties of LaN at normal and high pressures are investigated using ab initio calculations based on full-potential linearized augmented plane wave (FP-LAPW) within both local density approximation (LDA) and generalized gradient approximation (GGA). Our results concerning equilibrium lattice parameter and bulk modulus agree well with the available experimental and previous theoretical findings. The transition pressure from NaCl (B1) to CsCl (B2) phase is found to be 31.05 GPa from LDA, and 42.2 GPa from GGA. To the best of our knowledge, the elastic properties for LaN in the B1 structure in the presence of pressure have never been reported so far. The linear pressure coefficients of elastic constants and their related bulk modulus are determined from the pressure dependence of these parameters. Furthermore, the mechanical stability criteria for LaN in B1 phase are found to be fulfilled at normal conditions
