Current trends and the issue of existence and development of youth tourism on the territory of the Republic of Belarus are discussed in this article. The factors that impede travel among young people are identified, the main problems are considered and the recommendations are developed. Using these recommendations in complex will help to move youth tourism from the point of stagnation.В данной статье рассматриваются современные тенденции и проблематика существования и развития молодежного туризма на территории Республики Беларусь. Выявлены факторы, которые препятствуют совершению поездок молодым населением. In the modern world, the tourism industry is one of the most profitable and rapidly developing. The Republic of Belarus, like many countries, strives to develop this industry more and more. But the pace of tourism development in the country is low in global comparison. Thus, the article justifies the need for the Republic of Belarus to switch to the innovative path of tourism development, and considers the existing scientific, technical and innovative potential of the country for the implementation of innovative ideas, and proposes the most promising innovations in the tourism sector.В современном мире индустрия туризма является одной из самых доходных и быстро развивающихся. Sling effect in collisions of water droplets in turbulent clouds

We describe and evaluate the contribution of sling effect into the collision rate of the same-size water droplets in turbulent clouds. We show that already for Stokes numbers exceeding 0.2 the sling effect gives a contribution comparable to Saffman-Turner contribution, which may explain why the latter consistently underestimates collision rate (even with the account of preferential concentration).Comment: 7 pages, 6 figures; preprint submitted to Journal of Atmospheric Science

Employability of Foreigners on the labour market of the Czech Republic

The present Bachelor Degree work deals with problems aimed at the analysis of the position of foreigners on Czech labour market and an analysis of conditions of the entry on Czech labour market. It is particularly a matter of orientation on the given problem and it is practical application. The theoretical part is first focussed on the definition of elementary terms connected with the given topic. The most important legislative rules are also considered. The practical part is aimed at the analysis of data obtained through a questionnaire investigation, which was conducted among foreigners coming from countries of the former Soviet Union to the Czech Republic's labour market. At the end of the practical part opinions of the respondents from practical life will be assessed

Novel Algorithms for Remote Sensing of Chlorophyll Content in Higher Plant Leaves

The general features of reflectance spectra of higher plant leaves are considered with special reference to remote sensing of chlorophyll. Wavelengths with maximum sensitivity to chlorophyll content were found in the wide spectral range from 550 to 630 nm and near 700 nm. The wavelength of the red edge position of the reflectance spectrum correlated very closely with the reflectance at 550 and 700 nm. The ratios of reflectances in the near infra-red range of the spectrum (above 750 nm) to that at 700 nm RNIR/R700 and RNIR/R550 were directly proportional to the leaves\u27 chlorophyll content. Newly introduced algorithms make it possible precise chlorophyll estimation (with an error of less than 5 nmol/cm2) and probably could be applied to a number of plant species. They exhibit more than 6 times wider dynamic range than the widely used Normalized Difference Vegetation Index

VARIABILITY OF THE WINTER SNOWINESS AT THE SOUTHEAST OF KAMCHATKA PENINSULA

Analyses of the snow cover depth for several years in the southeast ofKamchatkaPeninsulashow some possibilities for development of skiing, tourism and mountaineering. We found four types of winters in 1935–2006: high-snowy, mid-snowy, little-snowy, and unstable snowy. The average depth of snow for 71 years is133 cmwith minimum of60 cmin 1939 and maximum of272 cmin 2005. The exceptional snowiness gives opportunity to use this territory even in summer months. In some years inKamchatka, the mountain-skiing season lasts a round year. The average date of forming the steady snow cover in the lowlands areas is November 12, and the middle date of the highest snow is May 22. The most comfortable time for recreation on the peninsula in wintertime are observed from the middle of March until the middle of April. During this time, we have the maximum snow, large duration of sunshine and air temperature closed to zero degrees
