    The article describes the implementation of the vacuum effector [1]. Based on requirements such as a 1kg load capacity, a maximum acceleration of 10 m/s2 and a source of energy – an air of 5bar pressure, it addresses a effector´s body design, presents a calculation of suction cups and also a test of the implemented vacuum effector including its evaluation.Článek se zabývá popisem realizace podtlakového efektoru. Na základě požadavků jako jsou únosnost 1 kg, maximální zrychlení 10 m/s2, zdroj energie – vzduch o tlaku 5 bar, řeší návrh těla efektoru, předkládá výpočet přísavek i test realizovaného efektoru včetně jeho vyhodnocení

    APLICATION OF UHPLC/MS/MS TECHNIQUE FOR QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF FARNESOL AND TYROSOL, AS A PRODUCT OF METABOLISM OF CANDIDA ALBICANS Petr Gregus 1 , Lucie Novakova 1 1 Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove, Heyrovskeho 1203, 50005 Hradec Králové SUMMARY : Candida albicans is generally one of the most often isolated fungal pathogens in human body. It is a common cause of nosocomial infections, bloodstream infections, urinary infections and infections of digestive tract. One of the most infectious diseases is vaginal candidosis, which affects most of healthy population of women. Candida albicans can grow as hyphae, pseudohyphae, or budding yeast. The availability of this diversity - the variability of the internal morphology is of great benefit for the oraganism's lifestyle. Morphological change of yeast forms to pseudomycelium or mycelium (hyphae) characterizes the transition from colonial statute to invasive. In addition to the physical-chemical factors during these transformation procedures - farnesol and tyrosol participate as well as quorum sensing compounds. Farnesol which, if accumulated over a certain limit, it prevents the conversion of yeast to the mycelium.     Direct activation of C-H bond in tetrazoles Richard Lubojacký, 5th grade Supervisor: Prof. RNDr. Milan Pour, Ph.D. Department of Inorganic and Organic Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Within the framework of this diploma thesis, direct arylation and alkenylation of 1- substituted tetrazoles at C5 was developed and optimized. An economical preparation of a range of 1,5-disubstituted tetrazoles was thus made possible. In these reactions, Pd-catalysis in the presence of CuI and Cs2CO3 was found as optimal. Contrary to similar reactions of imidazoles and purines, it was necessary to incorporate phosphine ligands in order to stabilize Pd - intermediates and prevent them from a premature decomposition into cyanamides. A library of 1,5-disubstituted tetrazoles with very promising yields has been prepared using this method

    Import 29/09/2010Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a konstrukcí bazénového čistícího robotu. Součásti práce je variantní řešení s výběrem optimální varianty pomocí analýzy v programu TechOptimizer 3.0. Vybraná varianta je zkonstruována ve 3D a rozpracována do úrovně sestavných výkresů s využitím CAD systému Pro/Engineer a AutoCAD 2008. Základní návrhové a kontrolní výpočty jsou uvedeny ve vypracované technické zprávě. Část návrhových a kontrolních výpočtu realizovaných v programu MechSoft Profi For AutoCAD 2002 jsou z důvodu větší přehlednosti uvedeny v příloze, která je součástí této práce. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení dosažených výsledků.This work deals with design and construction of swimming pool cleaning robot. Components work alternative solution to the selection of the optimal design analysis using the program TechOptimizer 3.0. The selected variant is designed in 3D and developed to the level assembly drawings using CAD system Pro / Engineer and AutoCAD 2008. Basic design and check calculations are given in the technical report prepared. Part of the design and check calculations implemented in the program MechSoft Professional For AutoCAD 2002 are due to greater clarity in the Annex, which is part of this work.
