Visualización de la función cuadrática

El artículo reportado es fruto de las reflexiones que se dieron durante nuestro primer semestre de Maestría en el Cinvestav – IPN. En este contexto, nuestro trabajo presenta una propuesta de una situación de aprendizaje en un entorno tecnológico. Para ello, se utilizaron como referencias las reflexiones con base a algunos elementos tales como el uso de las computadoras en el aula o bien, trabajos realizados en torno a la aplicación de programas educativos de orden tecnológico, como es el caso particular de Geogebra. La propuesta de nuestro trabajo, pone como objeto matemático a la función cuadrática de tal forma de presentar a la visualización del comportamiento gráfico de ésta, a partir de la variación de sus parámetros, utilizando el programa antes mencionado

La región Cusco tiene en sus componentes geográficos a los andes y la selva alta y baja, lo cual ofrece una serie de recursos naturales, muchos de los cuales son explotados aplicando alta tecnología, debido a la gran inversión de capital que se inyecta; estos recursos son los minerales y el gas. Sin embargo en la otra cara de la moneda está la producción agrícola, ganadera y frutícola que carece de este tipo de inversión y, obviamente, de mano de obra calificada. Con un panorama tan pobre, en cuanto a la industria, todas las opciones de mejora son bienvenidas y es por esta razón que hemos decidido realizar esta investigación con el fin de dar un paso para futuras inversiones en nuestra región

Fish Assemblages of the Upper Little Sioux River Basin, Iowa, USA: Relationships with Stream Size and Comparison with Historical Assemblages

We characterized the fish assemblages in second to fifth order streams of the upper Little Sioux River basin in northwest Iowa, USA and compared our results with historical surveys. The fish assemblage consisted of over twenty species, was dominated numerically by creek chub, sand shiner, central stoneroller and other cyprinids, and was dominated in biomass by common carp. Most of the species and the great majority of all individuals present were at least moderately tolerant to environmental degradation, and biotic integrity at most sites was characterized as fair. Biotic integrity declined with increasing stream size, and degraded habitat in larger streams is a possible cause. No significant changes in species richness or the relative distribution of species\u27 tolerance appear to have occurred since the 1930s

Propuesta didáctica para desarrollar las competencias comunicativas en los estudiantes de segundo grado de educación primaria de una institución educativa privada del Callao

El presente trabajo académico de suficiencia profesional presenta un modelo de programación basado en el Paradigma Socio-cognitivo-humanista. Por consiguiente tiene un respaldo teórico, y le brindan validez a las actividades programadas. La presente tiene como finalidad brindar una propuesta didáctica que permita desarrollar las competencias comunicativas con sesiones lúdicas e innovadoras desde el aula. Por lo tanto, el primer capítulo presenta el diagnóstico la realidad problemática, los objetivos y justificación. En el segundo capítulo se presentan y se desarrollan con profundidad las teorías cognitivas y sociocontextuales, que son la base que sostiene la acción pedagógica. Por último, en el tercer capítulo se desarrolla la programación curricular, conteniendo la programación general y específica, los materiales de apoyo y las evaluaciones de proceso y de unidad. De esta manera, se presenta así una propuesta didáctica específica y completa para desarrollar las competencias de los estudiantes del segundo año de educación primaria en el área de Comunicación.The present academic work of professional proficiency presents a programming model based on the Socio-cognitive Humanist Paradigm. The present purpose is to provide a didactic proposal that allows communicative skills to be developed with playful and innovative sessions from the classroom. Therefore, the first chapter presents the diagnosis the problematic reality, the objectives and justification. In the second chapter, cognitive and socio-contextual theories that are the basis for pedagogical action are presented and developed in depth. Po Finally, in the third chapter the curricular programming is developed, containing the general and specific programming, the support materials and the process and unit evaluations. Microvascular skin coverage in wounds that expose the Achilles tendon

Achilles tendon rupture is one of the most frequent tendon ruptures. Surgical intervention is the best option, but it has a high rate of complications leading to skin infections and necrosis. Extensive and aggressive debridement is necessary, producing tendon exposure and large skin defects. There are many alternatives for the skin coverage of the Achilles tendon, like sequential closures, vacuum assisted closure, local flaps, regional flaps, and more recently and efficiently microsurgery flaps. Skin defects in the Achilles tendon region have many peculiarities in comparison with other parts of the body: it is a zone that is always under mechanical stress due to footwear, this is why it must be highly resistant but thin. Its coverage must have sensitive properties, endure tendon gliding and allow early rehabilitation. Sometimes tendon reinforcement or creation or a neo tendon will be needed. For fulfilling these requirements free flaps by microsurgery are the only option in 90% of the cases. In this review article, we analyze three of the most frequently used free flaps in reconstructive medicine for complex Achilles tendon defects; free radial forearm flap, free radial forearm flap with vascularized flexor carpi radialis tendon and free anterolateral thigh (ALT) flap with vascularized fascia lata. This choice will be determined by the number of tissues involved, size of the defect, etiology of the defect, overall condition of the affected extremity and quality of neighboring tissues

Integration of Good Project Management Practices based on the PMBOK® Guide with an Organizational Change Management model for the Development of the Productive Chain of hazelnut products in Madre de Dios

Hoy en día, las entidades del estado no priorizan las buenas prácticas de dirección de proyectos en la gestión de estos, lo cual trae como consecuencia en algunos casos, que no se logren alcanzar satisfactoriamente los objetivos esperados. Asimismo, las metodologías utilizadas no tienen un enfoque principal en la gestión del cambio del factor humano en los proyectos que ejecutan, lo cual es fundamental para el éxito de cualquier proyecto que pretenda cumplir su propósito. Por lo tanto, existe una brecha representativa que cubrir en la dirección de proyectos para lograr las metas trazadas y hacer que los proyectos sean sostenibles en el tiempo, en especial aquellos que permiten el desarrollo económico y social de las regiones de la Amazonía peruana. Para cubrir esta brecha, el presente trabajo de investigación integra la gestión del cambio organizacional siguiendo la metodología de los 8 pasos de Kotter, a nivel de los principales interesados y beneficiarios del proyecto, las cuales son las Asociaciones de Productores de Castaña de la región Madre de Dios: ASCART, RONAP y AFIMAD. Esta integración se realiza en la dirección del proyecto aplicando las buenas prácticas de la Guía del PMBOK® Sexta Edición para los procesos de inicio, planificación y ejecución. Adicionalmente el trabajo incluye metodologías ágiles, como el uso de tableros Kanban para el monitoreo de las actividades y los riesgos del proyecto y la realización de reuniones de retrospectiva para la mejora continua en el logro de los objetivos del proyecto.Nowadays, state organizations fail to prioritize good practice of project management. Therefore, the expected results are often not obtained. In addition, some popular methodologies disregard the human factor, pivotal for the success of any project aiming at success, in their focus. Consequently, there is a significant gap when it comes to project management regarding sustainability in time and outcomes, particularly those that could enable both economic and social growth in the Peruvian Amazon. In order to fill the aforementioned gap, this research aims to introduce organizational change management procedures, aligned with Kotter’s 8 steps, to the main internal and external interested parties, especially the project beneficiaries: ASCART, RONAP and AFIMAD, all hazelnut production Peruvian associations. This is done by applying the good practices mentioned in the PMBOK® Guide (sixth edition) to the project management at the start-up and planning stages. The research also incorporates agile tools for continuous improvement, such as Kanban boards for activity and risk monitoring as well as retrospective meetings.Trabajo de investigació

Expression of long non‐coding RNA ENSG00000226738 (LncKLHDC7B) is enriched in the immunomodulatory triple‐negative breast cancer subtype and its alteration promotes cell migration, invasion, and resistance to cell death

Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) represents an aggressive phenotype with poor prognosis compared with ER, PR, and HER2‐positive tumors. TNBC is a heterogeneous disease, and gene expression analysis has identified seven molecular subtypes. Accumulating evidence demonstrates that long non‐coding RNA (lncRNA) are involved in regulation of gene expression and cancer biology, contributing to essential cancer cell functions. In this study, we analyzed the expression profile of lncRNA in TNBC subtypes from 156 TNBC samples, and then characterized the functional role of LncKLHDC7B (ENSG00000226738). A total of 710 lncRNA were found to be differentially expressed between TNBC subtypes, and a subset of these altered lncRNA were independently validated. We discovered that LncKLHDC7B (ENSG00000226738) acts as a transcriptional modulator of its neighboring coding gene KLHDC7B in the immunomodulatory subtype. Furthermore, LncKLHDC7B knockdown enhanced migration and invasion, and promoted resistance to cellular death. Our findings confirmed the contribution of LncKLHDC7B to induction of apoptosis and inhibition of cell migration and invasion, suggesting that TNBC tumors with enrichment of LncKLHDC7B may exhibit distinct regulatory activity, or that this may be a generalized process in breast cancer. Additionally, in silico analysis confirmed for the first time that the low expression of KLHDC7B and LncKLHDC7B is associated with poor prognosis in patients with breast cancer
