Successful functioning of the industry that provides for safety of organizations and physical entities exercises strategic impacts on development of society and economics of any state including Russia. Economic safety of Russia is directly linked with economic and information safety of itsbusiness structures. Extension of the scope and use of services offered by experienced state and private security enterprises including licensed individuals is one of most important directions of business safety perfection. Further improvement of Russian legislation on non-governmentalsecurity structures and coordination of their activities with those of state law enforcement bodies is obligatory condition of attaining higherpublic and economic safety levels.Функционирование отрасли, обеспечивающей безопасность организаций и частных лиц, оказывает стратегическое влияние на развитие общества и экономику государства, в том числе российского. Экономическая безопасность России напрямую связана с экономической и информационной безопасностью ее предпринимательских структур. Важным направлением обеспечения безопасности предпринимательства является расширение использования услуг охранных организаций различного статуса и частных лиц, имеющих соответствующую лицензию и опыт. Для обеспечения более высокого уровня общественной и экономическойбезопасности необходимо дальнейшее совершенствование законодательства об охранных структурах и обеспечение координации их действий с действиями государственных правоохранительных органов

The language of Russian political discourse and national myth

One of the specific historical and cultural characteristics of the Russian political discourse is its orientation to precedents. It is considered correct to follow the behaviouristic models shown by one of the “heroes” (Peter I, Lenin, Stalin, etc.), to reproduce standard texts, and to compare the present situations with past situations (The Time of Troubles, Weimar Republic, NEP “New Economic Policy” (1921-1928), etc.). One of the peculiarities of the present time in Russia is the deep conflict between different social groups orientated to different precedents. Each group has its own variant of the national myth using the same means of the language for actualisation of this myth. Therefore, it is very important to analyse changes in the national cognitive foundation. Precedential phenomena are the central components of this foundation
