Le texte qui suit est une réflexion portant, a partir de l'oeuvre de Cicéron, mais essentiellement a partir de ses discours, sur les rapports au sacré dans la familia, au moment oú la cité connait une crise que Cicéron annonce comme fatale pour la République. I1 s'agit, bien sú1-, pour Cicéron de démontrer que certains personnages influents de l'histoire qu'il vit et qu'il contribue á écrire, sont marqués par des liens sacrileges avec les groupes serviles. C'est aussi l'occasion pour lui de démontrer que ses principaux adversaires ont des liens tres étroits avec ces groupes dont l'objectif est de déstabiliser l'Etat et d'instaurer une nouvelle forme d'autorité qui reposerait sur une inversion du modele de la res publica, inversion qui repose sur une pratique inversée et sacrilege des rites religieux, politiques et sociaux.______________________________This article is a discussion about the relations between the sacred behaviour and the members of the familia in the late Republic.
