This study is intended to find problems of communication in missionary activities in taklim. Da'wah is an activity that can not be separated from communication activities. Even the missionary activities in the broadest sense is the communication itself. From the perspective of science "propaganda" and "communication" departing from efistemologi respectively, but the implementation side there is a meeting point, where propaganda can utilize communication theories to complement the theoretical need for development in the science of propaganda. At this level of study the problems of propaganda in taklim can be done from the perspective komunikasi. Implementasi PERPPU nomor 2 tahun 2017 atas perubahan Undang-Undang nomor 17 tahun 2013 tentang organisasi kemasyarakatan terhadap pembubaran ormas ditinjau dari siyasah dusturiyah

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh dinamika pelaksanaan / Implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang di Indonesia, yang sering kali mengakibatkan dilabraknya prinsip rule of law dalam pelaksanaanya. Dalam pelaksanaan Perppu oleh pemerintah pada umumnya sangat berbeda-beda. Hal ini disebabkan karena ukuran “kegentingan yang memaksa” selalu bersifat multi tafsir dan besarnya subyektifitas Presiden dalam menafsirkan frasa “kegentingan yang memaksa” sebagai dasar untuk menetapkan dan merealisasikan Perppu. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah pertama. Mengetahui prinsip konstitualisme terhadap pelaksanaan peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia, terkhusus prinsip konstitualisme yang ada dalam implementasi Perppu No 2 Tahun 2017 tentang Organisasi Kemasyarakatn, kedua. Mengetahui pandangan Ormas terhadap Dinamika Implementasi Perppu No 2 Tahun 2017 tentang Organisasi Kemasyarakatan. Ketiga. Untuk mengetahui Pandangan Siyasah Dusturiyah terhadap Implementasi Perppu No 2 Tahun 2017 tentang Organisasi kemasyarakatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif analisis, yaitu metode penelitian yang tujuannya memberikan gambaran secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta serta hubungan antara kejadian yang diselidiki untuk kemudian dianalisis. Metode pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yurudiksi normatif. Yurudiksi Normatif adalah penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik studi pustaka (pustaka librariy). Teori yang digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah merujuk pada teori infrastruktur politik, asas legalitas, asas negara hukum, Organisasi Kemasyarakatan serta konsep siyasah dusturiyah yang menjadi pisau analisis penulis dalam mengkaji Implementasi Perppu No 2 Tahun 2017 Tentang Organisasi Kemasyarakatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1). Implementasi Perppu No 2 Tahun 2017 terkait dengan sanksi dministrasi pencabutan surat keputusan terdaftar atas status badan hukum Ormas, setelah Ormas tidak menghiraukan sanksi-sanksi sebelumnya. 2). Pandangan Ormas besar terhadap Implementasi Perppu No 2 Tahun 2017 meninjau kembali mengenai paham-paham atau gerakan atau tindakan yang bertentagan dengan pancasila atau disebut juga gerakan anti pancasila. 3). Tinjauan Siyasah Dusturiyah Mengenai Implementasi Perppu No 2 Tahun 2017 telah sesuai mekanisme pelaksanaan hukum islam, namun terdapat ketidak sesuaian dengan prinsip konstitusi dan legalitas dalam Islam

KECAP PAGAWÉAN DINA NOVÉL PRASASTI NU NGANCIK NA ATI KARYA POPON SAADAH PIKEUN BAHAN PANGAJARAN DI SMP

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya kata kerja yang ada dalam novel, yang bisa digunakan untuk bahan pembelajaran. Sebelum digunakan sebagai bahan ajar, tentu materi atau bahan tersebut harus diuji dan dianalisis terlebih dahulu. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kata kerja berdasarkan bentuk (struktur), jenis, dan maknanya (semantis). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui tehnik dokumentasi dan observasi dengan instrumen yang digunakan adalah kartu data. Hasil analisis dari novel Prasasti nu Ngancik na Ati ditemukan 1.516 kata yang termasuk kata kerja.Berdasarkan bentuknya, ada 310 kata kerja dasar dan 985 kata kerja berimbuhan, 188 kata kerja berulang, dan 33 kata kerja majemuk. Berdasarkan jenisnya, ada 1.448 kata kerja dinamis yang mencakup kata kerja aktivitas, kata kerja proses, kata kerja sensasi badan, kata kerja peristiwa transisional, serta kata kerja momentan. Ada juga 68 kata kerja statif yang mencakup kata kerja miindra dan kata kerja relasional. Berdasarkan maknanya, ada 59 makna yang terkandung dalam kata kerja yang ada dalam novel Prasasti nu Ngancik na Ati. Setelah dianalisis, kata kerja yang terrdapat dalam novél ini selanjutnya bisa dijadikan bahan pembelajaran di SMP

This article traces and describes the changes made from time to time, to the calculation and determination of government share, as obtained from corporate revenues and tax deducted based on Production Sharing Contract, as used in the Indonesian natural gas and oil sector.   Qualitative data is gathered by performing a legal audit and literature review. The issue discussed here is the disagreement existing between the government and contractor regarding the calculation of recoverable cost (based on the Production Sharing Contract) and amount of corporate income tax imposed based on the prevailing tax law.  Based on the review of legal materials and literature, the recommended action is to harmonize these two different tax-revenue schemes

PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES, PHYTOCHEMICAL SCREENING, AND ANTIHYPERGLYCEMIC ACTIVITY OF INAI (LAWSONIA INERMIS L.) LEAVES ACTIVE FRACTION ON STREPTOZOTOCININDUCED DIABETIC MICE

 Objective: This study was designed to explore the preliminary phytochemical and physicochemical analysis of Inai (Lawsonia inermis L.) leaves and further evaluation of its antihyperglycemic effect on diabetic rats from its active fraction.Methods: The study begins with making the powder of Inai (L. inermis L.) leaves and then evaluates the physicochemical characterization. The powder of Inai leaves was fractionated and performed by the standard phytochemical screening method and streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice for evaluated the antihyperglycemic effect of Inai leaves.Result: The physicochemical evaluation showed that the powder of Inai leaves has a good and high purity level; while the phytochemical screening showed that Inai leaves fractions have various phytoconstituents. The active fraction which was obtained from ethyl acetate fraction showed a significant reduction of the blood glucose.Conclusion: The leaves of Inai (L. inermis L.) have the antihyperglycemic activity

Modelling the Structure and Dynamics of Science Using Books

Scientific research is a major driving force in a knowledge based economy. Income, health and wellbeing depend on scientific progress. The better we understand the inner workings of the scientific enterprise, the better we can prompt, manage, steer, and utilize scientific progress. Diverse indicators and approaches exist to evaluate and monitor research activities, from calculating the reputation of a researcher, institution, or country to analyzing and visualizing global brain circulation. However, there are very few predictive models of science that are used by key decision makers in academia, industry, or government interested to improve the quality and impact of scholarly efforts. We present a novel 'bibliographic bibliometric' analysis which we apply to a large collection of books relevant for the modelling of science. We explain the data collection together with the results of the data analyses and visualizations.
