    Al doplu karbon nanotüplerin karbazokroma karşı algılama etkisi: Hesaplamalı bir çalışma

    In the current report, the interaction of Al-doped carbon nanotubes (CNT) with carbazochrome, an anti-hemorrhagic or hemostatic agent, was investigated with the M06-2X functional and 6-31G* basis set. The global index including frontier molecular orbital energies, hardness, softness, chemical Gibbs energies and some parameters and NLO properties of Carbazochrome, Al doped CNT and complexes formed between their were calculated and evaluated. Electron localization function (ELF) calculations were performed to validate the essence of the formed bonding model progress along the interaction. It is obtained that polarizability of the complex are bigger than those of Carbazochrome and Al doped CNT. According to the maximum electron flow index, the electrophilicity power is increased by increasing the chemical potential, the decreasing chemical hardness. Kompleksin polarizebilitesinin Karbazokrom ve Al doplu CNT'den daha büyük olduğu elde edilmiştir. Maksimum elektron akış indeksine göre, artan kimyasal potansiyel ve azalan kimyasal sertlik ile elektrofilik gücü artar.     Gecekondulaşma, Türkiye’nin en önemli kentleşme sorunlarından biridir. Çok sayıda yasal düzenlemeye rağmen, gecekondu sorunu hala çözümlenememiştir. Yıllar içinde gecekondular ticari bir fonksiyon kazanmıştır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle tarihsel perspektiften Türkiye’de uygulanan gecekondu yasaları, politikaları incelenmektedir. Ardından bir kentsel dönüşüm örneği olarak gecekondular üzerinde durulmaktadır. Makalede öncelikle 6360 sayılı yasa ile getirilen yeni düzenleme ana hatlarıyla incelenmekte ve buna ilişkin değerlendirmeler ele alınmaktadır. Makalede ikinci olarak Aydın kentinin genel özellikleri, kentsel gelişim süreci, kentleşme yapısı üzerinde durulmakta ve ardından 6360 sayılı yasayla büyükşehir olan bu kentsel alanda yeni düzenlemeyle ortaya çıkması muhtemel yönetim sorunları ve çözüm alternatifleri ele alınmaktadır.     Kilit denetim konuları, bağımsız denetçinin azami dikkat göstermesi gereken konular arasından mesleki muhakemesine göre seçerek üst yönetime bildirmiş olduğu ve finansal tablolara ilişkin denetçi görüşü oluşturulmasında ele alınır. Çalışmada gıda sektörü açısından önem arz eden denetim konularının tespit edilmesi amacıyla hisseleri 2021 yılında BİST’te işlem gören 24 işletmenin 2017-2021 yılları arası bağımsız denetim raporları içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Bu kapsamda 120 bağımsız denetim raporu incelenmiş olup toplam 244 kilit denetim konusu tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan araştırma kapsamında gıda sektöründe hangi kilit konularda yoğunlaşma olduğu, KDK sayıları ve denetim kuruluşları bakımından oluşan farklılıklar analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda gıda sektöründe yer alan en fazla sayıda ilk dört sıradaki kilit denetim konusunun sırasıyla hasılatın muhasebeleştirilmesi, maddi duran varlıklar, stoklar ve ticari alacaklar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İnceleme döneminde bağımsız denetim firması değişikliğine giden şirketlerin önemli bir kısmında bu değişikliklerin, bildirilen KDK’ları sayı ve içerik bakımından önemli ölçüde etkilemediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır

    Salicylic acid-induced germination, biochemical and developmental alterations in rye (Secale cereale L.)

    Salicylic acid (SA) is one of the endogenous plant growth regulators that modulate various metabolic and physiological events. To evaluate the exogenous SA-induced germination, biochemical and developmental alterations, different concentrations (10, 100, 500 and 1000 μM) of SA were applied to rye (Secale cereale L.) seeds in hydroponic culture conditions for 15 days. The observations revealed that seed germination and root elongation were stimulated in 10 μM SA treatment, however they were inhibited in higher concentrations (100 and 500 μM) of SA. Furthermore, there was no germination in 1000 μM SA. The analysis of antioxidant enzymes revealed that although superoxide dismutase activity increased, catalase activity decreased in comparison to control. Besides, lipid peroxidation and peroxidase activity increased in 10 μM SA, whereas they decreased in higher concentrations. Similarly total chlorophyll content increased in 10 μM SA, but it decreased in 100 and 500 μM SA treatments. Moreover anthocyanins and carotenoids increased after SA treatment.     Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles using Lathyrus brachypterus extract for efficient catalytic reduction of methylene blue, methyl orange, methyl red and investigation of a kinetic model

    A facile, green, and an efficient method for the synthesis of AgNPs (silver nanoparticles) using Lathyrus brachypterus var. brachypterus extract is reported. AgNPs was characterized by UV-Vis, XRD, TEM and FTIR. The UV-Vis spectra of the AgNPs revealed a characteristic surface plasmon resonance peak at 452 nm. The synthesized AgNPs reacted as a heterogeneous catalyst for the reduction of dyes (methylene blue, methyl red and methyl orange) both in unary and ternary mixture (TM) with and without NaBH4 (sodium borohydride). The kinetic parameter (k) for the degradation reactions and half-life (t(1/2)) of dyes has been calculated according to Michaelis-Menten kinetics. Green synthesized of AgNPs effectively degraded the dyes at approximately 4-6 min. In addition, oxidation studies of methyl orange with H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) have been also carried out and it has been reported that AgNPs can be reused as heterogeneous catalysts. The oxidation of MO was monitored with a UV-Vis spectrometer. AgNPs was separated using a filter paper after the oxidation of MO. The separated AgNPs were reused without important loss of its activity with a conversion efficiency of around 98%

    Skuteczność oznaczania parametrów morfologii w diagnostyce ciąży ektopowej jajowodowej

    Objective: Ectopic pregnancy (EP) is the major cause of maternal morbidity and is responsible for maternal mortality in the first trimester. In order to reduce undesirable results, it is necessary to find rapid and accurate, non-surgical diagnostic tests for EP. The goal of the study was to investigate the differences in complete blood count parameters between tubal EPs and healthy pregnancies in be used in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Study design: White blood cell (WBC), neutrophil, monocyte, lymphocyte, platelet (PLT) counts, mean PLT volume (MPV) and PLT distribution width (PDW) levels in the complete blood count samples have been obtained from subjects with diagnosed tubal EP (n=78; study group) and women with healthy intrauterine gestations (n=79; control group). Statistical comparisons between groups were performed using the t test. Results: PDW levels were found to be significantly higher in the control group than EP (pCel: Ciąża ektopowa (EP) jest główną przyczyną śmiertelności matek w pierwszym trymestrze ciąży.
