    Expression and Function of ETS Genes in Prostate Cancer

    __Abstract__ Prostate cancer is a heterogeneous disease that is very common in elderly men in developed countries. Understanding the molecular and biological processes that contribute to tumor development and progressive growth is a challenging task. The fusion of the genes ERG and TMPRSS2 is the most frequent genomic alteration in prostate cancer. ERG is an oncogene that belongs to the family of ETS transcription factors. At lower frequency other members of this gene family are rearranged and overexpressed in prostate cancer. TMPRSS2 is an androgen-regulated gene that is preferentially expressed in the prostate. Most other ETS fusion partners are similarly regulated and prostate specific.

Porém são raros os que tratam das malhas sintéticas de microfibras em misturas com elastano, notadamente aquelas produzidas em máquinas finas (36-38 agulhas por polegada). Essas malhas têm alta aceitação no mercado devido a vários fatores, dentre os quais se destacam o conforto proporcionado ao usuário. A fim de avaliar o comportamento desses artigos com diferentes fibras (poliamida e poliéster), comparou-se as malhas com as características acima focando alguns aspectos ligados ao conforto, como permeabilidade ao vapor, capilaridade e proteção ultravioleta, e mostrou-se como os resultados obtidos dependem tanto do tipo de fibra como da estrutura da malha. Os resultados mostram uma superioridade do tecido de malha de poliamida 6.6 em relação ao poliéster, nas três propriedades analisadas (permeabilidade ao vapor, capilaridade, proteção ultravioleta). A metodologia utilizada foi o Planejamento de Experimentos.Abstract: Several studies have been conducted, especially in the last decade, evaluating different textile fibers according to their performances in relation to comfort. However, those who treat the microfibers synthetic knit fabric in blends with elastane are uncommon ones, especially those produced in fine machinery (36-38 needles per inch). Those knits have a high acceptance rate in the market due to several factors, such as the comfort provided to the user. In order to evaluate the behavior of those material with different fibers (nylon and polyester), the knits were compared with the characteristics above, with focus on aspects related to comfort, such as steam permeability, capillarity and ultraviolet protection, and it was demonstrated how the obtained results depend both on the type of fiber and on the knit structure. The results show a superiority of the knitted fabric of polyamide 6.6 in relation to the polyester in the three analyzed properties (vapor permeability, capillarity, ultraviolet protection).     Only in the past decade tremendous advances have been made in understanding prostate cancer genomics and consequently in applying new treatment strategies. As options regarding treatments are increasing so are the challenges in selecting the right treatment option for each patient and not the least, understanding the optimal time-point and sequence of applying available treatments. Critically, without reliable methods that enable sequential monitoring of evolving genotypes in individual patients, we will never reach effective personalised driven treatment approaches.     Perancangan dan Analisis Coverage Area Jaringan WiFi pada Kapal Laut

    Komunikasi di tengah laut menggunakan gadget pribadi cukup sulit untuk dilakukan. Penumpang kapal tidak dapat menggunakan handphone, disebabkan karena jangkauan BTS yang berada di darat dan user berada di tengah laut, dengan kondisi demikian sulit untuk melakukan telepon, SMS, maupun internet. Namun, dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini beberapa kapal penumpang telah tersedia BTS dari salah satu operator seluler Indonesia. Saat ini para penumpang dapat berkomunikasi dengan gadget pribadinya meskipun berada di tengah laut. Akan tetapi fasilitas tersebut belum dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal, karena hanya pelanggan yang membawa handphone dan hanya penumpang yang menggunakan SIM card dari operator selular tersebut yang dapat memanfaatkan fasilitas BTS tersebut. Untuk meratakan fasilitas tersebut, internet dengan jaringan WiFi dapat menjadi solusi, kemudian di manfaatkan oleh penumpang bagi yang menggunakan laptop atau bagi penumpang yang tidak menggunakan kartu SIM operator selular penyedia BTS tersebut. Dengan demikian semua penumpang kapal dapat melakukan komunikasi atau mendapatkan hiburan dengan media internet Untuk itu, maka dilakukan perancangan coverage area WiFi untuk pembuatan jaringan WiFi yang akan digunakan didalam kabin kapal agar area availability mencapai 90% dari kabin kapal. Perencanaan WiFi ini digunakan 2 metode agar diperoleh berapa access point yang dibutuhkan, yaitu berdasarkan kapasitas user yang disesuaikan dengan demand budget penumpang yang diperlukan dan berdasarkan link budget yang disesuaikan dengan luas coverage area dan link budget yang dihasilkan dari perhitungan menggunakan model propagasi COST 231-Multiwall atau Model Walfisch-Ikegami sebagai metoda dan mengunakan MAPL (Maximum Allowed Path Lost) sebagai perhitungan link budget. Hasil dari perhitungan dan perancangan jaringan dilakukan simulasi menggunakan software simulasi propagasi radio dan akan diperoleh nilai coverage area yang dihasilkan dari WiFi tersebut dengan hasil yang optimal, yaitu area availability mencapai 90% dari kabin kapal, dan penumpang mendapatkan fasilitas internet dengan nyaman melalui jaringan WFi. Dari hasil perhitungan link budget, capacity planning, dan analisa dari hasil simulasi didapatkan, pada lantai 1 dibutuhkan 1 access point untuk dipasang dengan radius sel yang dihasilkan sebesar . 91,7% dari wilayah lantai 1 dapat ter-cover dengan kekuatan sinyal diatas -72 dBm, dan dengan rata-rata kekuatan sinyal diperoleh -56,31 dBm. Pada lantai 2 dibutuhkan 1 access point untuk dipasang dengan radius sel yang dihasilkan sebesar . 89,9% dari wilayah lantai 2 dapat ter-cover dengan kekuatan sinyal diatas -72 dBm, dan dengan rata-rata kekuatan sinyal diperoleh -56,16 dBm. Pada lantai 3 dibutuhkan 1 access point untuk dipasang dengan radius sel yang dihasilkan sebesar . 95,7% dari wilayah lantai 3 dapat ter-cover dengan kekuatan sinyal diatas -72 dBm, dan dengan rata-rata kekuatan sinyal diperoleh -53,77 dBm. Pada lantai 4 dibutuhkan 1 access point untuk dipasang dengan radius sel yang dihasilkan sebesar . 100% dari wilayah lantai 4 dapat ter-cover dengan kekuatan sinyal diatas -72 dBm, dan dengan rata-rata kekuatan sinyal diperoleh -49,76 dBm

    Melamisufism i Bosnien : en dold gemenskap

    This dissertation focuses on Melami history in Bosnia with emphasis on the 20th century. The well-known Melami master Hajrullah Abdurahmanovic (d. 1965) in this study becomes an exponent for changes in the political and social role of religion in course of the 20th century. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the theology of the Melami movement in the environments created by sufi and other traditions. Melami sufism in Bosnia is part of the social and historical context, and its development is intimately connected with the occurrences and changes that have taken place in the society. The texts created, the language used and the manner in which information and knowledge are conveyed, are thus related to social conditions, even though the informants speaking or writing about persons they have known, or events they have experienced, are dependent on time and space, and their statements and memories are influenced by changes in their environment. By presenting Melami sufism in Bosnia from the viewpoint of individual persons and small groups the object of the thesis is to present a micro history of Islam and sufism in the Balkans from the beginning of the 20th century up to and during the Communist period. The thesis includes the text of Risalei-salihijja in a Swedish translation, a selection of letters by Hajrullah Abdurahmanovic, as well the contents of his prayer mantle (vird). Globalization, increased mobility and migration caused by various upheavals have resulted in the presence of Melamet and its adherents in Sweden

    Density of Phonon States in Superconducting FeSe as a Function of Temperature and Pressure

    The temperature and pressure dependence of the partial density of phonon states of iron atoms in superconducting Fe1.01Se was studied by 57Fe nuclear inelastic scattering (NIS). The high energy resolution allows for a detailed observation of spectral properties. A sharpening of the optical phonon modes and shift of all spectral features towards higher energies by ~4% with decreasing temperature from 296 K to 10 K was found. However, no detectable change at the tetragonal - orthorhombic phase transition around 100 K was observed. Application of a pressure of 6.7 GPa, connected with an increase of the superconducting temperature from 8 K to 34 K, results in an increase of the optical phonon mode energies at 296 K by ~12%, and an even more pronounced increase for the lowest-lying transversal acoustic mode. Despite these strong pressure-induced modifications of the phonon-DOS we conclude that the pronounced increase of Tc in Fe1.01Se with pressure cannot be described in the framework of classical electron-phonon coupling. This result suggests the importance of spin fluctuations to the observed superconductivity

    PENGARUH STORYTELLING TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN NILAI MORAL ANAK DIKELOMPOK B1 TK KRISTEN BALA KESELAMATAN

    ABSTRAKPermasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah perkembangan nilai moral anak belum berkembang sesuai harapan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan nilai-nilai moral pada anak di kelompok B1 TK Kristen Bala Keselamatan Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 15 anak, terdiri dari 6 orang anak laki-laki dan 9 orang anak perempuan, terdaftar pada tahun 2019/2020.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Sebelum pemberian perlakuan  hasil penelitian pengembangan moral pada anak dalam aspek bertanggung jawab, tolong menolong dan sopan santun kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) (15,56%), kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) (20%), kategori Mulai Berkembang (MB) (26,67%), kategori Belum Berkembang (BB) (37,77). Dan sesudah Pemberian perlakuan hasil penelitian pengembangan moral pada anak dalam aspek bertanggung jawab, tolong menolong dan sopan santun terjadi peningkatan dengan kategori Berkembang sangat Baik (BSB) (37,77%), kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) (48,89%), kategori Mulai Berkembang (MB) (11,11%),  kategori Belum Berkembang (BB) (2,23%). Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh storytelling terhadap terhadap pengembangan  moral pada anak di kelompok B1 TK Kristen Bala Keselamatan Palu. Terbukti dari hasil pengamatan dari sebelum perlakuan sampai sesudah pemberian perlakuan, yang menunjukkan peningkatan pada kategori BSB dan BSH dan adanya penurunan pada kategori MB dan BB. Untuk hasil uji statistik untuk nilai rata-rata untuk sebelum perlakuan terdapat 6,40% dan sesudah perlakuan mencapai 9,60%.  Dan hasil Uji T disimpulkan bahwa t hitung 8,147 > t tabel 2,145, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, yang artinya ada pengaruh storytelling terhadap pengembangan moral anak di kelompok B1 TK Kristen Bala Keselamatan Palu. Kata kunci: Storytelling, Nilai Moral Anak

    New iron-based Heusler compounds Fe2YZ: Comparison with theoretical predictions of the crystal structure and magnetic properties

    The present work reports on the new soft ferromagnetic Heusler phases Fe2NiGe, Fe2CuGa, and Fe2CuAl, which in previous theoretical studies have been predicted to exist in a tetragonal regular Heusler structure. Together with the known phases Fe2CoGe and Fe2NiGa these materials have been synthesized and characterized by powder XRD, 57 Fe M\"ossbauer spectroscopy, SQUID and EDX measurements. In particular M\"ossbauer spectroscopy was used to monitor the degree of local atomic order/disorder and to estimate magnetic moments at the Fe sites from the hyperfine fields. It is shown that in contrast to the previous predictions all the materials except Fe2NiGa basically adopt the inverse cubic Heusler (X-) structure with differing degrees of disorder. The disorder is more enhanced in case of Fe2NiGa, which was predicted as an inverse Heusler phase. The experimental data are compared with results from ab-inito electronic structure calculations on LDA level incorporating the effects of atomic disorder by using the coherent potential approximation (CPA). A good agreement between calculated and experimental magnetic moments is found for the cubic inverse Heusler phases. Model calculations on various atomic configurations demonstrate that antisite disorder tends to enhance the stability of the X-structure. Given the fundamental scientific and technological importance of tetragonal Heusler phases the present results call for further investigations to unravel the factors stabilizing tetragonal Heusler materials
