In modern conditions the intensification of cultivation and fish farming industrial fish farming today is based on the principles of technological pipeline. One way of improving the technology of cultivation and breeding of fish and maintain normal physiological status is the use of probiotic microorganisms. Fruits included in their composition can produce different active substances disposed of harmful metabolic products provide an antagonistic effect on pathogens. It is known that the use of probiotics affect the cellular and biochemical composition of blood, including the performance level of protein in the blood. The purpose of these studies was to determine the impact of complex probiotic microorganism Bacillus subtillis and Lactobacillus acidophilus compared with the use of these monocultures of microorganisms on the blood protein fractions of common carp. Through monitoring of total protein in serum may receive the most accurate information about the immune status carp. It was found that the inclusion in the diet of carp probiotic complex consisting of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus acidophilus vplyvayea more positive on blood levels of total protein and its fractions in the serum of carp than using the latest in a monoculture. Besides data indicate intensification of metabolic processes in the body of the fish. However, the increase in γ–globulins shows a positive effect probiotynoho complex on humoral immunity factor carp. В современных условиях интенсификации выращивания и разведения рыбы сейчас промышленное рыбоводство основывается на принципах технологического конвейера. Одним из путей совершенствования технологий выращивания и разведения рыб и поддержания нормального физиологического статуса является применение пробиотических микроорганизмов. Культуры, входящих в их состав могут производить различные активные вещества, утилизировать вредные продукты обмена, оказывать антагонистическое влияние на патогенные микроорганизмы. Известно, что применение пробиотиков влияет на клеточный и биохимический состав крови, в том числе и на показатели уровня белка в крови. Целью данных исследований было установить влияние комплекса пробиотических микроорганизмов Bacillus subtillis и Lactobacillus acidophilus по сравнению с применением монокультур данных микроорганизмов на белковые фракции крови карпа обыкновенного. Было обнаружено, что включение в рацион карпов пробиотического комплекса, состоящего из Bacillus subtilis и Lactobacillus acidophilus более положительно влияет и на содержание в крови общего белка и его фракций в сыворотке крови карпов, чем использование последних в монокультурах. Кроме того данные указывают на интенсификацию обменных процессов в организме рыб. За сучасних умов інтенсифікації вирощування та розведення риби нині промислове рибництво грунтується на принципах технологічного конвеєра. Одним із шляхів вдосконалення технологій вирощування і розведення риб і підтримки нормального фізіологічного статусу є застосування пробіотичних мікроорганізмів. Культури, що входять до їх складу можуть продукувати різні активні речовини, утилізувати шкідливі продукти обміну, надавати антагоністичний вплив на патогенні мікроорганізми. Відомо що застосування пробіотиків впливає на клітинний і біохімічний склад крові, у тому числі і на показники рівня білка у крові. Метою даних досліджень було встановити впливу комплексу пробіотичних мікроорганізмів Bacillus subtillis і Lactobacillus acidophilus в порівнянні з застосуванням монокультур даних мікроорганізмів на білкові фракції крові коропа звичайного. Завдяки моніторингу рівня вмісту загального білка в сироватці крові можливе отримання найбільш точних даних про імунний статус коропа. Було виявлено,що включення в раціон коропів пробіотичного комплексу, що складався з Bacillus subtilis та Lactobacillus acidophilus більш позитивно впливаєа на вміст в крові загального білка та його фракцій в сироватці крові коропів, ніж використання останніх в монокультурах. Окрім того дані вказують на інтенсифікацію обмінних процесів в організмі риб. Разом з тим зростання рівня γ–глобулінів свідчить про позитивний вплив пробіотиного комплексу на гуморальні фактор імунітету організму коропів.

Synthesis and characterisation of nanocrystalline ZrN PVD coatings on AISI 430 stainless steel

The nanocrystalline films of zirconium nitride have been synthesized using ion-plasma vacuum-arc deposition technique in combination with high-frequency discharge (RF) on AISI 430 stainless steel at 150oC. Structure examinations X-ray fluorescent analysis (XRF), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with microanalysis (EDS), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), nanoidentation method – were performed to study phase and chemical composition, surface morphology, microstructure and nanohardness of coatings. The developed technology provided low-temperature coatings synthesis, minimized discharge breakdown decreasing formation of macroparticles (MPs) and allowed to deposit ZrN coatings with hardness variation 26.6…31.5 GPa. To substantiate the system of social and psychological competences of the professional activity of a pharmacy specialist the content analysis of the literature sources, expert survey of specialists in pharmacy and their psychoanalysis have been conducted. The essence of “social and psychological competences of the professional activity of pharmacy specialists” was defined based on the logical and semantic analysis of scientific articles and dictionaries. The algorithm of the study regarding determination of the system of social and psychological competences of the professional activity of a pharmacy specialist has been constructed. A study of job satisfaction of pharmaceutical workers

The effectiveness of the functioning of any pharmaceutical institution and its staff depends significantly on the work satisfaction of the pharmacists, that is, their relationship to work and its individual components. On the other hand, it is expedient to consider work satisfaction as an internal stimulus to work and as a factor of influence on the results of the activity of the pharmacist and the functioning of the institution. At present the effectiveness of the specialists in the field of pharmacy depends on their job satisfaction, therefore the aim of this survey was examining the extent of job satisfaction of the pharmacy professionals. During the research the following methods of survey were used: analytical, graphical, comparative methods, method of descriptive and abstract modelling, method of analysis and synthesis. In the questionnaire participated 652 pharmacy technicians with appropriate qualifications and experience. The results indicate that such components as satisfaction with the institution, physical conditions, work, coherence of the team, leadership style and professional competence of the head, career growth, opportunities to use own experience and skills, the job requirements to the intelligence are considered by the pharmacy professionals as satisfactory. But they are not fully satisfied with salary and working hours. The evaluation of the integral satisfaction indicate a high level of interest and claims in professional activity, satisfaction with the achievements in work, relationships with the colleagues and management, working conditions and overall satisfaction with the work of pharmaceutical specialists. Conclusions. 1. The analysis of the work satisfaction of the pharmacy specialists is made on such components as satisfaction with the institution, physical conditions, work, teamwork, leadership style and professional competence of the manager, career growth, the opportunities to use their own experience and abilities, the requirements of working for the specialist's intellect. 2. In accordance with the methodics of integral satisfaction, there is a high level of interest in the work, satisfaction with achievements in work, relationships with colleagues and management, the level of claims in professional activity, satisfaction with working conditions, overall work satisfaction. The average level has a professional responsibility, a low level is inherent in the work done to high earnings. 3. Supporting and motivating factors influencing the satisfaction with work were investigated. The most important supporting factors include privileges and social package, psychological climate and interpersonal relations, management style, physical working conditions and the equipment of a workplace. The reasons for motivation, which are the driving force for most pharmacists, are the level of remuneration, working conditions and a good team. 4. The correlation between the socio-psychological characteristics of a pharmacist and his attitude to work is determined, has both a positive and a negative. Socio-psychological characteristics that negatively affect the attitude towards work is conflict, low efficiency, etc. The characteristics of positive impact include leadership, commitment, ability to influence others, organizational skills, responsibility, etc
