Excerpts from the Round Table

Our three guest writers accepted to answer questions put to them by the conference organizers and audience. We thank them for giving us this opportunity to keep in touch with the reality of their writing. Mavis Gallant has been a short story writer since the early 1950's, publishing her first works in The New Yorker. Born in Montreal, she traveled extensively before settling in Paris.
