Wohnsituation in St. Niklaus: Analyse und Handlungs-empfehlungen für die Optimierung der Wohnsituation

Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit befasst sich mit der Wohnsituation in St. Niklaus. Bei dem am 17. Mai 2014 durchgeführten Zukunftstag erkannte die Gemeinde, dass die Bevölkerung sich Veränderungen im Zusammenhang mit der Wohnsituation wünscht. Die Gemeinde St. Niklaus kam ebenfalls zur Erkenntnis, dass Berggebiete häufig von Abwanderung in Richtung der Zentren betroffen sind. Um dem allgemeinen Trend bereits vor Eintritt der Abwanderung entgegenzuwirken, entschied sich die Gemeinde, die Bedürfnisse der Bevölkerung zu ermit-teln, um Veränderungen einzuleiten, die Wohnsituation zu optimieren und schlussendlich die Einwohnerzahl zu festigen oder gar auszubauen

On the accuracy of the estimated policy function using the Bellman contraction method

In this paper we show that the approximation error of the optimal policy function in the stochastic dynamic programing problem using the policies defined by the Bellman contraction method is lower than a constant (which depends on the modulus of strong concavity of the one-period return function) times the square root of the value function approximation error. Since the Bellman's method is a contraction it results that we can control the approximation error of the policy function. This method for estimating the approximation error is robust under small numerical errors in the computation of value and policy functions.

Multifunctional Building

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem polyfunkčního třípodlažního domu. Návrh obsahuje volbu konstrukčního systému, volbu zdiva, oken, návrhem základových patek, schodiště, množstvím parkovacích ploch, odvodněním ploché střechy, hospodařením v dešťovou vodou. Ve specializované části je navržen systém nuceného větrání budovy s VRF systémy vytápění / chlazení s přečerpáváním tepla. Je proveden kontrolní výpočet únosnosti stropní konstrukce.This thesis describes the design of a multifunctional three-storey house. The proposal includes the choice of the structural system, the choice of walls, windows, designing footings, staircases, numerous parking areas, flat roof drainage, management of rainwater. The specialized section is designed ventilating buildings with VRF systems heating / cooling with heat pumping. A check is a calculation of bearing capacity of ceiling construction.
