    Penelitian ini akan membahasa mengenai pengungkapan CSR dan persepsi risiko yang digunakan sebagai preferensi bagi masyarakat dalam berinvestasi pada perusahaan emiten yang terdaftar di JII. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pengungkapan CSR dan persepsi risiko yang signifikan terhadap minat investasi masyarakat pada Perusahaan Emiten yang terdaftar di JII. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pengungkapan CSR dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap minat investasi masyarakat pada Perusahaan Emiten yang terdaftar di JII. Sedangkan secara simultan, keduanya berpengaruh signifikan.

    This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees at the Trade and Industry Service of Gowa Regency. This type of research is quantitative research that is to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and motivation on the performance of the District Trade and Industry Office. The results of this study found that leadership style has a positive and not significant effect on performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has the most dominant influence positively and significantly on the performance of employees of the Trade and Industry Office of Gowa Regency

    Immaterial Cost and Production: Maximum Production Cost Level Through Marginal Approach

    This paper will discuss about the immaterial costs and production yields at one of the refined sugar factory companies in Makassar, South Sulawesi. The theory is based on the fact that Immaterial is a cost that is almsgiving, meaning costs that are outside of the basic costs of the company in producing production, so this research aims to find out: (1) what is the production cost needed to produce this production, (2) the maximum level of production at company from 2013 to 2017. This type of research is a quantitative study because it uses a questionnaire in the form of values ​​that are processed using the marginal cost approach formula. The results of the analysis show that (1) the maximum level of production costs occurred in 2016 amounting to 6,912 with an Immaterial cost of Rp. 2,481,796,800 and the total production produced is 359,077.3 tons (2) The required workforce with the total production produced is 359,077.3 tones of 180 people including the maximum production point which means that the lowest value is achieved (optimal).

    Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang pengaruh harga jual dan tingkat margin terhadap keputusan pelanggan untuk menggunakan produk murabahah BMT As'Adiyah Sengkang. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui apakah biaya barang dan tingkat margin memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan bagi pelanggan menggunakan produk murabahah di BMT As'Adiyah Sengkang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan akan ditafsirkan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, secara simultan, harga jual dan tingkat margin memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan tentang pembiayaan murabahah BMT As'adiyah Sengkang. Namun secara parsial harga jual berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan margin tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah

    This research aims to examine the relationship between religiosity, Islamic Social Reporting (ISR), and local wisdom toward customer satisfaction, as well as its effect on costumer loyalty of sharia banking. This research is important due to examine the Theory of Planned Behavior, and for studying finance behavior, thus this research can be a guideline for sharia banking regarding creating and developing its strategy in order to increase costumer loyalty. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with IMB SPSS Statistic 22 and IMB SPSS Amos 20. Owing to that, this research picked sharia bank’s customers specifically muslim Bugis society in BOSOWASI Regency as the sample of research. Therefore, based on the direct measurement the result of this research delineates that ISR and local wisdom significantly impact to customer satisfaction and costumer loyalty, while religiosity has insignificant effect into it. Furthermore, based on indirect measurement, it is evidence that ISR and local wisdom have significant impact toward costumer loyalty through customer satisfaction as the intervening variable. Meanwhile, religiosity does not have any relationship toward costumer loyalty through customer satisfaction as the intervening variable

    This article aims to discuss and analyze the relationship between halal brand personality to brand loyalty through religiosity as the intervening variable on millennial Syar’i fashion consumers. This happens due to the trend of sharia fashion style and tremendous growth of competition in that industry. Thus, based on the phenomenon it is important for every entrepreneur to create such a different thing in order to characterize their own product. Building a great personality is one of the best ways to attract consumers to be loyal to their brand. Besides, religiosity as well has an important role to measure Muslim’s rationality in order to consume the product. This is because religiosity becomes a benchmark for their ability to remain them regarding to sharia compliance. This is a quantitative research with survey method, using path analysis method with SPSS version 22 in order to obtain the purpose of this research. Further, this research picks millennial Syar’i fashion consumers in Indonesia as the population, reaching 116 samples through nonprobability sampling technique. The result revealed that five dimensions of halal brand personality factors directly have a positive significant effect on religiosity then, religiosity brings a positive significant effect as well to the brand loyalty. Further, religiosity can mediate by strengthening the relationship between five dimensions of halal brand personality to brand loyalty

    Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mendiskusikan terkait kedudukan dan hukum bunga bank yang masih menjadi perdebatan apakah bunga bank bisa dikatakan halal atau tidak. Hal ini dapat terjadi dikarenakan adanya perbedaan sudut pandang, metode serta landasan epistimologi seseorang dalam memahami serta menganalisa suatu fenomena tertentu sehingga mengakibatkan hasil pemahaman yang beragam. Dengan demikian, artikel ini berupaya untuk mengkaji bunga bank dalam perspektif insider (yang mempunyai pandangan tradisional) akan tetapi juga akan mengkaji dalam perspektif outsider (yang mempunyai pandangan kontemporer) dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh kesimpulan yang objektif terkait bunga bank dalam studi IslamArtikel ini dianalisa menggunakan metode library research dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dimana penulis melakukan pengumpulan data pustaka, dokumen-dokumen tertulis yang berisikan pemahaman beserta keterangan mengenai persoalan yang sesuai dengan masalah dan tujuan penelitian. Adapun hasil analisa dari artikel ini mengungkapkan bahwa bunga bank memiliki kesamaan dengan margin sehingga secara emic dan etik bunga bank dibolehkan dengan tetap memperhatikan batas yang telah ditentukan oleh regulator

    Agricultural has a prominent role in maintaining the equilibrium of economic condition. Nevertheless, most people have a tendency that this agricultural sector is not prospective enough in improving their living standard, then they decide to be an employee which is already crowded. Thus, this study will discuss and learn about Lewis's model of two-sector economics regarding to reinterpretation of this condition. The purpose of this research is to formulate the right model in improving the standard of living of agricultural sector workers. In this study will use quantitative methods with descriptive analysis to develop the models offered by Lewis. The results obtained by minimizing the massive transformation of agricultural sector workers to industrial sector workers can reduce the inequality in terms of employment. Where agricultural sector workers can upgrade their skills with the help of government social programs, namely labor-intensive programs so that farmers can prosper without leaving their main professions to become farmers, so that the employment sector industry does not expand (especially in urban industries).Agricultural has a prominent role in maintaining the equilibrium of economic condition.     This research aims to discuss those four aspect toward companies’ performance. Government capital ownership is another crucial   aspect which able to consider by companies for increase their performance. This is because the higher perentage government capital have, the biggest power they able to control the companies, and it is a good condition because they able to reduce agency’s issues between management and shareholders which absolutely brings positive influence on companies’ performance. Nevertheless, it still lack of studies which combined mandatory, voluntary disclosrues, political accountability and government capital ownership for measuring companies performance. The result come out that although government capital ownership brings no significant effect to boost companies’ performance, it is able to moderating the variable of mandatory, voluntary disclosures and political accountability have significant positive effect to increase companies’ performance
