    PERAN BIDAN DALAM MENSUKSESKAN PEMBERIANASI EKSKLUSIF DI BPS DESA PEPELEGIKECAMATAN WARU SIDOARJO

    Hak bayi dalam mendapatkan ASI Eksklusif belum tercapai dengan maksimal. Kurangnya peran bidan menunjukkan banyak bayi yang diberikan susu formula di usia 0-6 bulan. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui peran bidan dalam mensukseskan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di BPS Desa Pepelegi. Desain penelitian deskriptif. Populasi semua bidan Praktek Swasta di Desa Pepelegi sebesar 16 responden, besar sampel 16 responden. Dengan Total sampling. Variabel penelitian peran bidan dalam mensukseskan pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Instrument kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan diolah secara deskriptif menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bidan hampir seluruhnya (81,3%) peran peneliti tidak baik, hampir seluruhnya (87,5%) peran pembela klien tidak baik, sebagian besar (68,7%) peran kolaborasi tidak baik dalam mensukseskan pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran bidan tidak baik sebagai peneliti, pembela klien dan kolaborasi. Diharapkan bidan mampu meningkatkan perannya dengan memantau tindak lanjut kegiatan, melakukan asuhan kebidanan sesuai protab, dan memantau keberhasilan serta keefektifitasan ASI Eksklusif, juga dapat melakukan kerjasama menjadi bidan Delima atau bidan Puskesmas

    Perlukaan yang disebabkan oleh pembedahan sering menimbulkan nyeri pada pasien 6 jam post section caes area. Salah satu teknik non farmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi nyeri adalah teknik relaksasi genggam jari (Finger Hold). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektifitas teknik relaksasi genggam jari (Finger Hold) terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri pada pasien post operasi sectio caes area di RSUD dr Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balik papan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Eksperiment one group pre test and post test design, Populasi adalah data rekam medis ibu post sectio caes area di RSUD dr Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan periode Januari-Oktober 2019 sebanyak 318 orang. Sampel menggunakan Probability Sampling yang diambil secara Purposive Sampling, Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Numeric Rating Scale (NRS).Uji statistik menggunakan Wilcoxon test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar dari responden mengalami nyeri sedang sebelum dilakukan teknik relaksasi genggam jari yaitu sebanyak 21 responden (65,6%). Setelah dilakukan teknik relaksasi genggam jari berubah menjadi sebagian besar responden mengalami nyeri ringan yaitu sebanyak 19 responden (59,4%).p value = 0,000 ≤ α = 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara intensitas nyeri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi teknik relaksasi genggam jari pada pasien 6 jam post sectiocaesarea. di RSUD dr Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan

    The fluorometric properties of Calcein and its parent compound, fluorescein, have been definitively established. Three of the four prototropic forms of fluorescein and five of the eight prototropic forms of Calcein have been found to fluoresce. Values for the specific wavelengths of excitation and emission, the relative intensities of fluorescence, and the acid dissociation constants for each of these prototropic forms have been established;The nature of the slightly-dissociated compounds of Calcein with three classes of metals have been examined: Calcein forms fluorescent 1:1 and 1:2 compounds with alkaline earths in alkaline solutions; fluorescing compounds of complex stoichiometry with aluminum in both acidic and alkaline solutions; and relatively non-fluorescing 1:1 compounds with several transition metals under conditions of pH where Calcein by itself is highly fluorescent. The specific wavelengths of excitation and emission and the relative intensities of fluorescence of each of these species have been determined;A set of well-defined, accurate methods has been devised for the determinations of fluorescein and Calcein in separate solutions and in mixtures;A set of procedures has been developed for the reproducible preparation of Calcein in a highly pure form in good yield. New aspects of these procedures include the selection of a mixed solvent system for the Mannich condensation to maximize both yield and purity; a mixed solvent for the precipitation and recrystalization of the product ot minimize coprecipitation of fluorescein and inorganic salts; a cross-precipitation process to minimize contamination with metals; Soxhlet extractions for further purifications; and drying and storage techniques for the preservation of the integrity of the highly pure product;Finally, the new, highly pure material has been put to the test in several of the most common applications. In each application, the new material provided improvements in performance, ease, or reproducibility. Modifications were also made to establish linear calibration with a zero intercept and to minimize background fluorescence caused by the presence of sodium or naturally occurring fluorophores

    Contrary to previous claims, it is shown that, for an ensemble of either single-particle systems or multi-particle systems, the realistic interpretation of a superposition state that mathematically describes the ensemble does not imply that the ensemble is a mixture. Therefore it cannot be argued that the realistic interpretation is wrong on the basis that some predictions derived from the mixture are different from the corresponding predictions derived from the superposition state

    According to Dirac's ideas, the vacuum consists of infinitely many virtual electrons which completely fill up the negative part of the spectrum of the free Dirac operator D0D^0. In the presence of an external field, these virtual particles react and the vacuum becomes polarized. In this paper, following Chaix and Iracane ({\it J. Phys. B}, 22, 3791--3814, 1989), we consider the Bogoliubov-Dirac-Fock model, which is derived from no-photon QED. The corresponding BDF-energy takes the polarization of the vacuum into account and is bounded from below. A BDF-stable vacuum is defined to be a minimizer of this energy. If it exists, such a minimizer is solution of a self-consistent equation. We show the existence of a unique minimizer of the BDF-energy in the presence of an external electrostatic field, by means of a fixed-point approach.     On the Limitations of the Theory of the Positron

    In a recent paper Dirac has suggested a further development of his theory of the positron. Dirac here considers the operators corresponding to charge and current density for a system of electrons in which nearly all the negative energy states are full, and shows that in the presence of an arbitrary external electromagnetic field these operators may be divided into two terms: one of these is infinite, and depends on the field but not on the state of the electrons; the other is finite and determinate, and depends on the field and on the electron state. Dirac makes the suggestion that these second terms be regarded as giving the charge and current density of the electron-positron distribution (epd): i.e., that the formalism of his theory of the electron be modified by the subtraction from the operators for charge and current density of the infinite and field-dependent terms. This modification leaves unaltered the Lorentz and gauge invariance of the theory and the validity of the conservation law for charge and current. Because, however, the way in which the operators are to be modified depends upon the value of the electromagnetic field, the method is not readily extended to take account of the field produced by the epd; on the other hand, it gives for the charge and current induced in the epd by an external field finite and definite results, and thus constitutes in this respect a true theoretical advance
