PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR KOMIK BERBASIS WEBTOON TEMA 8 SUBTEMA 3 AKU SUKA BERPETUALANG KELAS III

This studied aimed developed of Webtoon-Based Comic Taught Materials on Theme 8 Sub-theme 3 I Liked adventure Class III. This studied used Researched and Development (R&D) researched at Batutulis Stated Elementary School 01. The research subjects was students of class III C Batutulis State Elementary School 01 consisted of 28 students, the research conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The instruments used in this study consisted of expert validation sheets and student response questionnaires to webtoon-based comics. Data analysis techniques consisted of qualitative data analysis techniques regarding interview results and quantitative data analysis techniques regarding expert validation results and student responses. The results show that the comics developed were suitable as teaching materials in class III-C SDN Batutulis in learning based on the average value of media expert validation 80.0%, the average validation value of linguists 87.5% and the average validation value. material expert with 92.5% criteria, with very feasible criteria to use. Based on the student response questionnaire of 87.0%, the teaching materials developed can make students understand the material described, feel motivated and happy so that the teaching materials are very suitable to be used in learning theme 8 sub-theme 3 I like adventure

UJI AKTIVITAS ANTIAGREGASI PLATELET EKSTRAK BERTINGKAT DAUN KATUK (Sauropus androgynus (L.) Merr.) PADA TIKUS WISTAR JANTAN

Ekstrak daun katuk pada penelitian Nurfadilla (2018) terbukti sebagai antiagregasi platelet secara in vitro. Daun katuk mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, fenol, tanin, saponin, dan steroid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji aktivitas antiagregasi platelet dari ekstrak daun katuk pada tikus putih wistar jantan. Daun katuk diekstraksi secara bertingkat menggunakan pelarut n-heksan, etil asetat, dan etanol 70% dengan metode maserasi. Hewan uji tikus putih jantan dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok yang terdiri dari 5 ekor tikus, yakni kelompok 1 sebagai kontrol negatif diberi NaCMC 0,5%, kelompok 2 sebagaI kontrol positif diberi aspirin (8,22 mg/KgBB) dan kelompok uji masing-masing diberikan ekstrak 400 mg/KgBB, perlakuan tersebut berlangsung selama 7 hari untuk kemudian diinduksi Adenosine Diphospate. Parameter uji adalah persentase penurunan agregasi platelet menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis dianalisis menggunakan metode uji ANOVA satu arah, (p<0,05) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh dari setiap kelompok perlakuan, dilanjutkan uji Tukey dengan hasil menunjukkan adanya perbedaan bermakna pada pemberian ekstrak bertingkat daun katuk dosis 400 mg/KgBB terhadap agregasi platelet (p<0,05). Kelompok ekstrak etanol 70% mempunyai kemampuan paling besar sebagai antiagregasi platelet dengan nilai 17,9622%, namun efeknya tidak lebih bagus dari aspirin (8,22 mg/KgBB) yang memiliki nilai 14,6612%. Semua ekstrak mempunyai aktifitas namun tidak sebagus aspirin. Kata Kunci: Antiagregasi Platelet, Daun Katuk, Ekstrak Bertingkat
