The Key To Successful Early Childhood Educators: Performance Study of The Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Teacher in Yogyakarta.
This research is to find out how to improve the performance of RA teachers who excel in Yogyakarta so that it is the key to its success. This research is a qualitative research through a psychological approach that is carried out directly to the object under study, to obtain data relating to aspects of teacher performance so that the performance improvement is an example for other teachers. Data collection methods using interviews, documentation, and observation.The results revealed that to improve the performance of outstanding RA teachers through 6 (six) steps undertaken by outstanding RA teachers, namely: 1) Knowing there are still shortcomings in performance, 2) Knowing weaknesses and shortcomings in the seriousness of teaching, 3) Identifying what becomes causes of deficiency especially those related to performance itself, 4) Develop a performance plan that is presented, 5) Assessing the problem has been resolved or not (problem solving), 6) Starting from the beginning again, if needed and needed again.

Impact of Practical Life on Montessory Method on the Concentration of Children in TK PKK Bhakti Tamanan
The purpose of the study was to determine the adaptation of the 2013 PAUD curriculum during the pandemic at the Kindergarten in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The data collection technique is a questionnaire through Google from several 20 teachers as respondents. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman with three stages to go through. The stages are data collection, data reduction, and conclusions. The data obtained were tested for credibility using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the 2013 PAUD curriculum in Ogan Ilir underwent a significant adaptation. The adaptation includes learning references, learning materials, as well as learning processes and assessments that are used while continuing to use the 2013 PAUD curriculum and Permendikbud 146 of 2014. During the COVID-19 pandemic, learning carried out in Ogan Ilir Regency Kindergarten follows a limited face-to-face learning policy. In practice, students are divided into two groups in two learning sessions. The purpose of this policy is to stop the spread of covid 19. During the pandemic, students are given learning assignments to do at home. Thus, the adaptation of the 2013 PAUD curriculum during the pandemic at the Kindergarten in Ogan Ilir Regency continues to run well but experiences innovation in the learning process. This research was conducted to find out what RA achievers have done so that they can inspire other teachers, with a qualitative method of psychological approach that is carried out directly on the subject under study, in order to obtain all data relating to the performance management of outstanding teachers so that in managing their performance they become teachers an example for fellow teachers. Data collection uses interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques include reducing data, presenting, drawing conclusions and verifying. It has alarming effects, seen from the perspective of educational administration, the ideal child's success into question, and generation like what 20 years to come. There is some education that shall be given to early childhood include: grateful, tauhid (with mengadzankan), physical education (strong physical), health, and intelligence.

Educational values incorporated in Fawa>tih} al-Suwar are as tanbi>h (warnings) and guidelines for life, as knowledge embracing many secrets of Allah SWT that cannot be known, as a motivation to always seek knowledge and be taqarrub to Allah Swt, and as a doubt dissolver about Quran, especially for Muslims who are weak in faith because they are influenced by the words of the enemies of Islam which state that the Quran is the product of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The presence of munasabah that understands the correlation between verses or surahs in Quran certainly has good wisdoms in developing education. Thus, the concept of munasabah is a critical way of examining the interrelationships between verses or between surahs in Quran.

This study is conducted to determine the performance of
Raudhatul Athfal’s (RA) outstanding teachers, their selfdevelopment
as the key to their success, and their self-management
in Yogyakarta to set an example.
This is a qualitative study with a psychological approach that is
carried out directly to the subject under study, in order to obtain all
data relating to the self-management of high achieving teachers so
that in self-development they become a model teacher for fellow
teachers. Data collection uses interviews, documentation, and
observation. Data analysis techniques include reducing data,
presenting, drawing conclusions and verifying. The validity test of
the data is done by triangulation technique.
The study reveals three important things. First, the performance
of RA’s outstanding teachers in Yogyakarta can be seen from their
activities in RA, in the classroom during learning taking place, their
existence in the RA environment, and outside in social community
interaction, i.e., always caring and advising students and carrying out
their responsibilities totally. Second, self-development is the key to
their success, especially having high self-esteem, having discipline,
being open, always learning from experience, having the spirit of
learning to seek knowledge about RA, appreciating time, trying to
get what they want, respecting self and others, and having a high
motivation for achievement. Third, their self-management is shown
through the principles to increase it efficiently by being effective in
work productivity and functioning it to foster self-character and
competency to change to be better and make it as self-habituation in
daily routines. In addition, the influence of self-development on their
performance provides strength and produces a work ethic called hard
work in terms of work smartly and sincerely that can foster positive,
productive, and contributive behavior
