    PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INKUIRI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN HARGA DIRI (SELF ESTEEM) SISWA KELAS VII

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap peningkatan self esteem siswa kelas VII. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengungkap permasalah tersebut melalui metode eksperimen dengan desain randomize pretest-posttest control group design.Sampelpenelitianiniadalahseluruh siswa kelas VII B dan D yang diambil secara cluster random sampling pada kelas VII diSMP Labschool UPI. Penelitiandilakukan 1 kali pertemuansetiapminggunyaselama 5 minggu.Instrumen yang digunakan adalah rating scale SERS (Self Esteem Rating Scale) yang telahmemilikivaliditasdanreliabilitas. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan SPSS 16 melalui Uji-t Paired Samples dan independent t test. Hasil Penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa, 1) Terdapat peningkatan skor yang signifikan antara skor pre test dan post test pada self esteem siswa SMP kelas VII yang menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri; 2) Tidak terdapat peningkatan skor yang signifikan antara skor pre test dan post test pada self esteem siswa SMP kelas VII yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional (direct); 3) Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan self esteem siswa SMP kelas VII pada perlakuan model pembelajaran inkuiri dan konvensional (direct).     Rethingking of Talent Identification and Development (TID) Program in Indonesia

    The last few decades have seen significant changes in trends related to athlete development, particularly in Talent Identification and Development (TID). The idea of talent continues to play an important role in most athlete development models, especially in Indonesia which aligns with the Great Design of National Sports (DBON). In this theoretical study, the authors highlight concerns with the notion of talent and how it is conceptualized in Indonesia's national sports system. First, the assumption that talent is a fixed capacity that can be identified early for children; second, the importance of ongoing research for the determination of TID; third, consideration of the multivariate TID approach. These concerns form the basis for more focused discussions on avenues and solutions for TID in Indonesia in the future

    Self-confidence using technology, understanding of TPACK and teaching quality of physical education’s teacher candidate while online learning

    This study aims to reveal the relationship between self-confidence, understanding of TPACK and the teaching quality of prospective physical education teachers when conducting online learning. The correlational research method was used in a population of 132 students practicing STKIP Pasundan who were following the PPL program. A total of 96 samples were involved in this study by means of convenience sampling. The instrument used to measure teaching confidence is a questionnaire with a Likert scale questionnaire (1-5 scale) which has been tested for validity and reliability with the results of r = 0.791. Meanwhile, to measure the quality of teaching, the Teaching Quality Scale (TQS) and TPACK Questioners. The results showed that the contribution of all independent variables (confidence and understanding of TPACK) to the dependent variable (quality of teaching physical education) simultaneously was 72.1%. Research shows that the psychological factor of self-confidence can determine the goals to be achieved (quality of teaching physical education) even though it is weak by being influenced by experience, knowledge and other skills, including understanding of TPACK. Therefore, further research is recommended to discuss forms of intervention for prospective physical education teachers to increase confidence in using technology when teaching online and increase understanding of TPACK in order to make students interested in learning when learning online so as to maintain teaching quality

    Observing student’s situational interest based on the implementation of reward and punishment in physical education

    This study aims to identify how rewards and punishment influence the situational interests of high school student’s, observed from providing individual or group learning tasks in physical education. In addition, the method adopted was factorial 2 x 2 research design with the implementation procedure involved Experimental Counterbalance. Furthermore, samples were taken using cluster random sampling in two classes, including students of class XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 4, with a total number of 72 people, both male and female. Subsequently, data retrieval required the use of situational interest scale questionnaire by Chen et al (2007), indicating a coefficient of validity and reliability of 0.718.     Early childhood educators' beliefs on increasing fundamental motor skills by playing games in a physical education context: The contradictory belief

    The development of fundamental motor skills (FMS) is crucial and should begin in early childhood. As of now, several early childhood educators in Indonesia, particularly in West Java, think that incorporating playground games into the classroom curriculum is the best course of action for raising children’s FMS. This study aimed to present statistics on FMS findings for early childhood who have incorporated physical activity into the curriculum and to demonstrate that these results are still in conflict with teachers’ beliefs. Ex post facto research was applied to one of the early childhood education pilot programs in West Java, Indonesia, including a total of 30 kids. This school’s long-standing intervention involves giving children 30 minutes of structured playtime and 30 minutes of unstructured playtime at the start of each learning period. The Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2) was used to measure FMS. The study’s findings showed that both boys’ and girls’ FMS in both locomotor and manipulating components of the movement were very lacking and inversely proportional to teachers’ belief who believe that this activity will improve children’s motor skills. It is recommended that physical education specialists accompany both structured and unstructured play programs conducted on school playgrounds so that the early childhood education curriculum's programs are properly validated to raise children's FMS following Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP)

    Student Situational Interest after Following Outdoor Education

    As we know that situational interest as a primary motivator for student to involve in physical activity. The Purpose of this study is to describe student situational interest such as challenge, attention demand, instant enjoyment, novelty and exploration intention who take part of outdoor education. This research was conducted in population of Student University at STKIP Pasundan who take part of outdoor education class with a total 96 people. Samplings were taken through total sampling. Data were collected through Situational interest scale. Using percentage data collection, result show that challenge has been highest percentage in a mount of 34%, novelty 21%, instant enjoyment 19%, exploration intention 16% and attention demand 10%.     Penugasan pada setiap materi pembelajaran penjas pada saat pembelajaran online di rumah bagi siswa Sekolah dasar (SD) sangat penting, terutama pada materi senam lantai guling depan. Alasannya, materi senam lantai guling depan tidak dapat dilakukan tanpa memahami gerakannya secara menyeluruh. Ketika siswa salah memahaminya maka memberi peluang cedera yang besar. Oleh sebab itu pengembangan media penugasan dalam pembelajaran senam lantai guling depan diperlukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan penugasan materi senam dengan Video assignment Based on Motion Analysis (VABMA) pada siswa SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analaysis Design Development Implementation Evaluation (ADDIE). Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket kelayakan pada isi materi dan media yang sudah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil tes dari ahli materi dan media menjadi sumber data utama penelitian. Analisis persentase digunakan dalam analisis data untuk menentukan kelayakan media penugasan ini.     Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari pengalaman pribadi yang mana lingkungan sekitar beranggapan bahwa wanita tidak boleh melakukan aktivitas berat karena akan membahayakan tubuhnya dan hal tersebut dikaitkan dengan mitos-mitos. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskiptif Kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (CaseStudy). Subjek dan tempat penelitian yaitu pada masyarakat Kampung Cijerokaso Rw 10 sebanyak 4 orang. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan instrument berupa wawancara dan observasi. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Kategorisasi Data, Penyajian Data, Verifikasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat mengarah kepada positif atau masyarakat setuju serta mendukung adanya kesetaraan pada wanita dalam olahraga. Disisi lain meskipun masyarakat mendukung adanya kesetaraan gender pada wanita tetapi masyarakat berharap adanya perbedaan antara laki-laki dan wanita misalnya dari segi waktu, intensitas, bobot berat dan lain sebagainya atau dapat dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan dan porsinya. Masalah mitos-mitos, masyarakat menerima adanya hal-hal tersebut tetapi bukan untuk meyakini karena bagaimana pun mitos-mitos tidak akan hilang walaupun zaman sudah semakin canggih karena negara Indonesia adalah negara yang kaya akan kearifan lokal yang berbeda-beda. penelitian ini terbatas dalam data yang cangkupanya besar, karena bahwasannya peneliti hanya meneliti lingkungan tingkat RW, perlu kiranya kedepan penelitian dapat dilakukan dengan data yang besar dan menggunakan metode lainnya seperti kuantitatif dan kominasi agar semakin dapat diketahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap kesetaraan gender pada wanita dalam olahrag

    Penulisan skripsi ini dilatar belakangi rasa ingin tahu penulis mengenai gambaran pembelajaran penjas berbasis masalah gerak di SLB B Negeri Cicendo yang bekerja sama dengan Respo International CALO Windesheim University the Netherland dalam program The Joy Of Movement dan mengetahui adakah pertentangan antara pendidikan jasmani dan pendidikan olahraga yang ada di SLB B Negeri Cicendo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan cara wawancara, pengamatan/observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis kualitatif yang mencakup editing data, klasifikasi data dan interpretasi data. Teknik penetapan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel kepala sekolah dan guru Penjas Adaptif SLB B Negeri Cicendo. Hasil analisis data diperoleh gambaran bahwa pembelajaran Penjas berbasis masalah gerak di SLB B Negeri Cicendo yang bekerja sama dengan Respo International CALO Windesheim University the Netherland dalam program The Joy Of Movement yaitu adanya pemberian permainan yang mengandung masalah gerak, terdapat stuktur tugas gerak yang dapat dilaksanakan oleh siswa, masalah gerak dipecahkan oleh siswa dengan bimbingan guru dan pemecahan masalah gerak disajikan sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa. Adanya pertentangan antara model pendidikan jasmani dan pendidikan olahraga yang ada di SLB B Negeri Cicendo mengindikasikan bahwa masih diperlukannya pemahaman pihak sekolah dan guru tentang tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan jasmani. Dapat dinyatakan, pentingnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan guru tentang konsep Penjas yang sebenarnya

    Video analysis with youtube platform for Physical Education, Health, and Recreation students’s Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTs)

    Learning using technology-based media has become the main thing in learning in the 4.0 era to support high-level life skills, one of which is thinking skills. The purpose of this study is to re-prove the use of video analysis, especially using the Youtube platform for students' Higher Order Thingking Skills (HOTs). The study used an experimental design with a factorial design in a population of 312 PJKR level IV students who were taking Sports Pedagogy lectures. The sample consisted of 79 people in the experimental group and 80 people in the control group who were taken using cluster random sampling technique. The research was conducted from April 2020 to July 2020 when online lectures were conducted during the Covid 19 Pandemic with 12 meetings. The results show that there are differences in student HOTs in the group that uses video analysis with the Youtube platform and those that do not. The difference in HOTs is also seen in gender groups. HOTs in students can be improved through video analysis on the Youtube platform with learning stages that contain the HOTs concept, namely Concept, Analitycal, Understanding Knowlede, and Create
