PENGARUH ANALISIS FUNDAMENTAL DAN RESIKO SISTEMATIS TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI JAKARTA ISLAMIC INDEX (JII) PERIODE 2008-2015

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh analisis ekonomi yang diproksikan dengan Inflasi dan Tingkat Suku Bunga dan analisis perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Current Ratio, Return On Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover dan Earning Per Share serta Resiko Sistematis terhadap Return Saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) pada periode 2008-2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah metode purposive sampling sehingga berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham dengan nilai t hitung sebesar -2,913 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,008. Tingkat Suku Bunga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham dengan nilai t hitung sebesar -2,785 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,011. Earning Per Share berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,953 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,043. Resiko Sistematis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 0,460 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,036. Sedangkan Current Ratio, Return On Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham. THE IMAGE OF WOMEN ON ADVERTISEMENT: (A Qualitative Study of Women Image in Television Station)

ISHLAH NUR FISA : The Image of Women on Advertisement: (A Qualitative Study of Women Image in Television Station) The existence of women which is exploited by some media such as newspaper, magazine and television is common phenomenon. May be it will not interesting if women are absent in some media. The familiar one is in television advertising. Advertisement is one of media to introduce product, services, and program through various media. Women seem to have a strong power to color the advertisement with their beauty, charm, speech and interaction. Some advertisements put the women as the icon in which the product does represent different world of woman such as car, motor sport, drinking. It is the reason why the researcher observed the image of women on advertisement in television. The researcher does this research through some steps. Firstly, the researcher conducts some observations on television advertisement and then chooses six advertisements to get overview of advertisement. Secondly, semiotics analysis is applied to analyze in each advertisement. The researcher analyzes words as verbal data and interaction as nonverbal data. The result of semiotics analysis is to find some grammatical, figurative and enunciative component of the text existed and representation of women on advertisement in television from the words, speech and interaction. Advertisements which use women as the object such as You C 1000 starting by Leila Lopez representing women who have inner beauty. Next, Vitamin water starting by Farah Quin representing women as bussiness women. Next, WRP diet to go starting by unknown artist representing women who are beautiful and sexy women only. Then, Lux liquid soap starting by Mia Maestro representing woman who is need men’s admiration. Then, Bebelac 3 starting by unknown artist representing women who are closed with their children. And the last, Entrasol starting by unknown artist representing women who are active. From semiotics analysis, it is found that women on advertisement in television are negative and positive. Firstly, positive image one is a view that women is not in the subordinate level, women can also be independent people. Secondly, negative image one is a view that describes women based on their physical appearance only. In conclusion, women represent different images namely positive image and negative image. Based on the analysis of pictures, the majority is negative images. It is impacted to social life that women now changed because in the past women identical with limited rights

Hubungan Percaya Diri Dengan Hasil Belajar Pkn Peserta Didik Kelas V SDN-4 Pahandut Palangka Raya Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan percaya diri dengan hasil belajar PKn peserta didik Kelas V SDN-4 Pahandut Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian Korelasi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen angket dan tes. Peserta didik yang menjadi populasi sekaligus sampel berjumlah 45 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan rumus Korelasi Product Moment didapat r hitung = 0,797, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu ada hubungan Percaya Diri dengan Hasil Belajar PKn Peserta Didik Kelas V SDN-4 Pahandut Palangka Raya Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013

Implikasi Penerapan Syariat Islam pada Sektor Pariwisata di Kabupaten Simeulue

Simeulue is an area that has developed a lot due to tourism. If tourism is well managed, it can positively impact the area's social, cultural and religious life. Its development will indeed affect the religious values in Simeulue either positively or negatively. Relevant agencies can play a significant role in the formation of tourism that helps protect the norm from erosion. Thus, sharia violations in that place will not occur. This research method uses interviews and a literature review to gain a deeper understanding of the topic. This is then combined with data from primary and secondary sources. Islamic law argues that there are several good aspects of Simeulue development. For example, it was found that it is suitable for tourism. This means that Aceh has the opportunity to become a religious tourism destination enjoyed by the community. The implementation of Islamic law in Simeulue is going well, and it's just that the government and society want to encourage its implementation . The Simeulue Regency Government is trying to be a role model for other provinces in implementing Islamic law in the tourism sector.   Abstrak: Simeulue merupakan daerah yang banyak berkembang karena pariwisata. Apabila pengelolaan pariwisata di suatu daerah tidak baik, maka dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kehidupan sosial, budaya, dan keagamaan di daerah tersebut. Ada kemungkinan nilai-nilai agama di Simeulue akan berubah, jika tidak segera dibenahi. Instansi terkait yang berperan besar dalam pembentukan pariwisata dapat membantu menjaganya dari nilai-nilai agama yang mungkin berbenturan dengan kita. Dengan demikian, pelanggaran syariah di tempat tersebut tidak akan terjadi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan kajian literatur untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang topik tersebut. Ini kemudian digabungkan dengan data dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Hukum Islam berpendapat bahwa ada beberapa aspek yang baik dari kondisi Simeulue. Misalnya, ditemukan bahwa itu bagus untuk pariwisata. Artinya, Aceh berpeluang menjadi tempat wisata religi yang dinikmati masyarakat. Pelaksanaan syariat Islam di Simeulue berjalan dengan baik, hanya saja pemerintah dan masyarakat ingin mendorong pelaksanaannya. Pemerintah Kabupaten Simeulue berusaha menjadi panutan bagi provinsi lain dalam hal penerapan syariat Islam di sektor pariwisata.

STUDI LITERATUR CORAK PENAFSIRAN AL-QUR’AN: KASUS TAFSIR AL-MUNIR

This article discusses the development of the study of the interpretation of the Qur'an. The pattern of interpretation of the Qur'an in several universities is one of the topics discussed in lectures. The data in this article were collected from library sources which were then reduced and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method and using a study approach to the interpretation of the Qur'an. This article finds that the study of the pattern of interpretation of the Qur'an conducted by scholars does not show significant developments. The study of interpretive styles tends to be repetitive and boring because scholars do not expand the object of interpretation being studied.Artikel ini mengungkap perkembangan studi tentang corak penafsiran Alquran. Corak penafsiran Alquran di beberapa universitas menjadi salah satu topik yang didiskusikan dalam perkuliahan. Data dalam artikel ini dikumpulkan dari sumber kepustakaan yang kemudian direduksi dan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan studi tafsir Alqur’an. UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PERILAKU SOSIAL MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD DALAM AKTIVITAS PERMAINAN TRADISIONAL: Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Terhadap Peserta Didik Kelas IV C Sekolah Dasar Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengungkapkan apakah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan perilaku sosial seperti kerjasama dan fair playdalam aktivitas permainan tradisional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan perilaku sosial peserta didik seperti sikap kerjasama dan fair play. Rendahnya perilaku sosial peserta didik pada saat proses pembelajaran, menjadi faktor utama bagi peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas IV C di SD Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung (2016-2017). Langkah-langkah penelitian ini yaitu perencanaan atau planning, tindakan atau acting, pengamatan atau observing, dan refleksi atau reflecting. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi perilaku kerjasama dan fair play, catatan lapangan, dokumentasi dan evaluasi. Pemecahan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dalam aktivitas permainan tradisional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil proses pembelajaran peserta didik pada observasi awal sikap kerjasama dan fair play (35,187% dan 36,57%), pada siklus I 65,28% dan 65,39%, siklus II 73,50% dan 77,32% dan pada siklus III diperoleh 78,59% dan 79,05%. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data, maka kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dalam permainan tradisional maka perilaku sosial seperti sikap kerjasama dan fair play peserta didik semakin meningkat. The research was conducted to reveal whether the application of STAD type cooperative learning model can increase social behavior such as cooperation and fair play in traditional games activities. The purpose of this research is into increase the social behavior of students, such as the attitude of cooperation and fair play. Low learning behavior of students at the time of learning process becomes the main factor for researtcher to do this research. The method used in this research is classroom action research method (Classroom Action Research). This research was conducted on grade IV C student at Lab Percontohan UPI Bandung primary school. The steps of this research are planning, acting, observation, and reflecting. Instruments used include the observation sheet of cooperative behavior and fair play, field notes, documentation, and evaluation. Problem solving in this research is the application of STAD type cooperative learning model in traditional game activity. Based on the result of the research, the result of the learning process of the students on the initial observation of cooperative attitude and fair play (35,87% and 36,57%) on cycle I 65,82% and 65,39%, cycle II 73,50% and 77,32%, and cycle III 78,59% & 79,05%. Based on the result of processing and analyzing data, the conclusion of the results of this research is with the application of STAD type cooperative learning model in the traditional game, social behavior such as cooperation and fair play attitude of students increase

KONSEP AL-MUWALAH DAN ANALISIS CORAK TAFSIR AL-MUNIR

This article discusses the concept of al-muwalah and the style of interpretation of al-Munir by Wahbah az-Zuhayli. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with an interdisciplinary interpretation study approach. The primary source for the discussion of this article is al-Munir's interpretation which was obtained from the library. The finding of this article is that az-Zuhayli's interpretation of the concept of al-muwalah shows a comprehensive style of interpretation with multi-disciplinary approaches. The interpretation of the verses on the concept of al-Muwalah by az-Zuhayli reflects that his interpretation is not only traditional, but also contains dynamic, tolerant, moderate, and humanist principles. The article also concludes that al-Munir's interpretation is included in the category of literary interpretation (al-adabi waal-ijtima'i), not the interpretation of socio-political movements (Adab-ijtima'i-siyasi-haraki).Artikel ini membahas konsep al-muwalah dan corak tafsir al-Munir karya Wahbah az-Zuhayli. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi tafsir interdisipliner. Sumber primer pembahasan artikel ini adalah tafsir al-Munir yang diperoleh dari perpustakaan. Temuan artikel ini adalah penafsiran az-Zuhayli tentang konsep al-muwalah menunjukkan corak penafsirannya yang bersifat komprehensif dengan multi pendekatan disiplin keilmuan. Penafsiran ayat-ayat tentang konsep al-Muwalah oleh az-Zuhayli merefleksikan penafsirannya bukan hanya bersifat tradisional, namun juga memuat prinsip-prinsip dinamis, toleransi, moderat, dan humanis. Artikel juga menyimpulkan bahwa tafsir al-Munir termasuk dalam kategori tafsir sastrawi (al-adabi waal-ijtima’i), bukan tafsir gerakan sosial politik (Adab-ijtima’i-siyasi-haraki)

Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Model Pembelajaran Explicit Instruction Berbantuan Alat Peraga untuk Meningkatkan Sikap Ilmiah dan Hasil Belajar Siswa

Telah dilakukan penelitian guna mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas model pembelajaran Explicit Instruction berbantu alat peraga dalam meningkatkan sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif evaluatif yang diarahkan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai sejauh mana efektivitas model pembelajaran Explicit Instruction berbantu alat peraga dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X 2 SMA Negeri 3 Purworejo yang berjumlah 32 siswa dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 148 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dilengkapi rubrik dengan skala rating yang telah memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas, tes tertulis, dan angket siswa sebagai respon pembelajaran. Analisis data menggunakan teknik persentase Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rerata hasil belajar kognitif mengalami mengalami peningkatan sebesar 38,25%, sedangkan pada hasil belajar afektif meningkat sebesar 39,30%. Presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 87,50% dan peningkatan sikap ilmiah siswa sebesar 13,43%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Explicit Instruction berbantu alat peraga cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa
