GESTIÓN DE LA CALIDAD EN LOS PROYECTOS: UNA MIRADA DESDE EL ENFOQUE NORMALIZADO

In the article, a study of the regulatory framework of quality management in projects is carried out, according to the standards of the International Organization for Standardization. It aims to offer an interpretation to project managers of what to do? and how to do? to carry out the implementation process of ISO 10006, in harmony with project management practices of ISO 21500 that coexist in organizations. The methods used were theoretical and empirical, among which stand out: analysis and synthesis, induction - deduction, systemic structural, direct observation and documentary review. The quality of projects, according to the ISO 10006 standard, is managed through the planning, establishment and maintenance of a quality management system for each project, structured in processes, with their activities, resources, managers, documented information and references, displayed in the quality plan.En el artículo se realiza un estudio al marco regulatorio de la gestión de la calidad en los proyectos, según los estándares de la Organización Internacional de Normalización. Tiene como objetivo ofrecer una interpretación a los directores de proyectos del ¿qué hacer? y ¿cómo hacer? para llevar a cabo el proceso de implementación de la norma ISO 10006, en armonía con las prácticas de la gestión de proyectos de la norma ISO 21500 que coexisten en las organizaciones. Los métodos utilizados fueron de nivel teórico y empírico, entre los que se destacan: análisis y síntesis, inducción –deducción, sistémico estructural, observación directa y revisión documental. La calidad en los proyectos, según la norma ISO 10006, se gestiona a través de la planificación, el establecimiento y mantenimiento de un sistema de gestión de la calidad para cada proyecto, estructurado en procesos, con sus actividades, recursos, responsables, información documentada y referencias, desplegado en el plan de la calidad

ACTIVIDADES PARA DISEÑAR EL SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE LA CALIDAD EN LOS PROYECTOS

This article aims to define a set of general activities that allow the design of a project's quality management system, with an integrative approach between the processes of the ISO 10006 and ISO 21500 standards. To achieve this objective, the authors relied on the nucleus for project management "the activities" and in the process for initiation, planning, implementation and closure of the project. The methods used were theoretical and empirical, among which stand out: analysis and synthesis, induction - deduction, structural systemic, direct observation and documentary review. The main results of the research confirm the relationships between the processes of the ISO 10006 and ISO 21500 standards and offer a way to ensure the planning, establishment and maintenance of the quality management system under the same management focus.Este artículo tiene como objetivo definir un conjunto de actividades generales que permitan diseñar el sistema de gestión de la calidad de un proyecto, con un enfoque integrador entre los procesos de las normas ISO 10006 e ISO 21500. Para alcanzar este objetivo los autores se basaron en el núcleo para la gestión de proyecto “las actividades” y en los procesos de inicio, planificación, implementación y cierre del proyecto.  Los métodos utilizados fueron de nivel teórico y empírico, entre los que se destacan: análisis y síntesis, inducción – deducción, sistémico estructural, observación directa y revisión documental. Como principales resultados de la investigación se confirman las relaciones entre los procesos de las normas ISO 10006 e ISO 21500 y se ofrece una vía que asegure la planificación, establecimiento y mantenimiento del sistema de gestión de la calidad bajo un mismo foco de gestión

Developments and applications of the OPTIMADE API for materials discovery, design, and data exchange

The Open Databases Integration for Materials Design (OPTIMADE) application programming interface (API) empowers users with holistic access to a growing federation of databases, enhancing the accessibility and discoverability of materials and chemical data. Since the first release of the OPTIMADE specification (v1.0), the API has undergone significant development, leading to the upcoming v1.2 release, and has underpinned multiple scientific studies. In this work, we highlight the latest features of the API format, accompanying software tools, and provide an update on the implementation of OPTIMADE in contributing materials databases. We end by providing several use cases that demonstrate the utility of the OPTIMADE API in materials research that continue to drive its ongoing development

Linking the Organizational Forms Teachers and Teaching Methods in a Class Instructional Methodology

A descriptive study was conducted to show the link between the organizational forms teachers and teaching methods, to expose the pedagogical theory, to deepen the teaching-learning process through methodological class. The main content of the work of teachers is the preparation and level rise; which requires the selection and use of working methods, ways and procedures in accordance with the real and objective conditions of staff who have received the action and conducive to teaching work. Teachers should be aware that you need to master the content they teach, be aware of the level of development of its students, the specific characteristics of the group and of each student, and competent to reciprocate the content they teach with reality.</p

The independent work, way to the attention to the individual differences of the students

A descriptive study was carried out with the purpose of characterizing the methodological contents of the independent work using different concepts on the subject, allowing a theoretical domain of its more general aspects for the attention of the individual differences in the students. Independent work is the task of study that students must meet in order to obtain new knowledge as a result of the execution of the tasks and the deepening and extension of knowledge already acquired; Where the teacher must go in his specific work, adjusting the contents to the particularities, abilities and knowledge of the group of individuals in the class group, where it is important to distinguish the terms of the independent work from the individual study or self-preparation of the students, for What should be planned and directed for the acquisition of new knowledge, the development of skills and abilities in students.</p

Análisis de las variables empleadas en la implantación de la norma ISO 9001

At the present time there is a marked tendency to the application of quality management systems based in the standard ISO 9001 of the 2008, that establishes the requirements that should keep these systems in any organization, however it does not specify How to achieve them?, Neither How will the organizations have to undertake the designing process and implantation?. This has caused the development of several procedures that those ways guarantee it. The objective of this article is precisely the one of accomplishing an analysis of the behavior of the variables used in the implantation of the standard ISO 9001, related with different sectors of the economy, to facilitate the design and implementation of the quality management systems under this focus in the organizations that proposes this goal. For it was used like tool the analysis cluster that allowed obtaining the bosses of behaviors of the variables used by the different authors and within the main results is the convergence in the treatment to the actions related with the designing stage of the system and staff training, diferent in the actions related with the diagnosis and the utilization of the kinds of operating and strategic quality control.En la actualidad existe una tendencia marcada a la aplicación de sistemas de gestión de la calidad, basadas en la norma ISO 9001 del 2008, que establece los requisitos que deben cumplir estos sistemas en cualquier organización; sin embargo, no precisa el ¿cómo lograrlos?, ni tampoco ¿cómo las organizaciones deberán emprender el proceso de diseño e implantación?, lo que ha ocasionado el desarrollo de varios procedimientos que así lo garanticen. Precisamente, el objetivo de este artículo es el de realizar un análisis del comportamiento de las variables utilizadas por diversos autores en la implantación de la norma ISO 9001, relacionadas con diferentes sectores de la economía, con vistas a facilitar el desarrollo de los sistemas de gestión de la calidad bajo este enfoque en las organizaciones que aspiren a esta meta. Para ello se utilizó como herramienta el ¨análisis clúster¨, que permitió obtener los patrones de comportamiento de las variables utilizadas por los diferentes autores, y dentro de los resultados principales resalta la convergencia en el tratamiento a las acciones relacionadas con la etapa de diseño del sistema y formación del personal, no así en las acciones relacionadas con el diagnóstico y la utilización de las formas de control operativo y estratégico de la calidad

La implantación de iso 9001 en una dirección integrada de proyectos

The successful implementation of a Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO 9001 in Project Management depends on the knowledge of managers, specialists and external consultants on the particularities that characterize this type of organization. Precisely the objective of this article is to show how by designing and implementing, a procedure was achieved in stages and steps where necessary integrate, the distinguishing features of the Management Project with the requirements of ISO 9001, to meet the requirements of the Business Improvement process regarding Quality Management Systems for Cuban organizations apply both approaches. La formación de pregrado: una mirada desde el enfoque de procesos

Hoy día el término calidad se maneja en todas las organizaciones, independientemente de su clasificación u objeto social. Las universidades no están ajenas a ello. La Educación Superior Cubana ha comprendido su importancia y se proyecta por un enfoque integral de la calidad que permita avanzar hacia un patrón de calidad previamente convenido, para alcanzar los objetivos generales previstos, en correspondencia con las proyecciones estratégicas de la organización.
