    Élőállat-nyomonkövetés újszerűlehetÅ‘sége a víziszárnyas-ágazatban

    Az RFID egyedjelölési technológia kiépítését megelÅ‘zÅ‘ felmérések elvégzésekor meghatározásra került a jelölés egyedsűrűsége, valamint az RFID alapú egyedjelölési rendszer kiépítése során felmerülÅ‘ költségtényezÅ‘k. A tanulmány alapján megállapítható, hogy pecsenyekacsák esetében az állomány minimum 11-12%-át, hízott kacsáknál minimum 14-15%-át, pecsenyelibáknál minimum 12-13%-át, hízott libáknál minimum 14-15%-át kellene megjelölni a reprezentatív mintaelemszám elérése érdekében. A költségkalkuláció eredményei szerint a jelölés egyedsűrűségének függvényében a bevezetés évében 198-199 Ft többletköltséget jelentene egyedenként a rádiófrekvencián alapuló nyomon követési rendszer bevezetése, a példánkban említett vállalkozás számára. A rendszer bevezetését követÅ‘en viszont már csak egy alacsonyabb pótlási költséggel (4000 Ft/termelési ciklus) kalkulálhat a vállalkozás. Bár többletbefektetést igényel egy ilyen rendszer kiépítése, de a 2011-ben életbe lépÅ‘ Jogszabályban Foglalt Gazdálkodási Követelményeknek (JFGK – „C†csomag) való megfelelést elÅ‘segítené, ha sor kerülne a rádiófrekvencián alapuló azonosítás alkalmazására. ---------------------------------------------------- Prior to installing the RFID bird identification technology, the proportion of poultry to be tagged, as well as the costs of installing the RFID bird identification system were assessed. The paper concludes that to achieve a representative sample, the minimum percentage of animals to be tagged is 11-12% in the event of ducks for roasting, 14-15% for fattened ducks, 12-13% for geese for roasting, and 14-15% for fattened geese. It was calculated that – depending on the proportion of the animal to be tagged – introduction of RFID tracking would cost the company used in the example HUF 198-199 per animal in the initial year. In the subsequent years, however, only a lower replacement cost is incurred (HUF 4000 / production cycle).     Construção de carreira: habilidades necessárias para uma percepção de sucesso em trabalhadores brasileiros

    Este estudo teve com objetivo explorar a relação entre a Inteligência Pessoal, os processos de Autorreflexão e Insight, Autoeficácia na Tomada de Decisão de Carreira, Percepção de Sucesso na Carreira e características sociodemográficas em trabalhadores brasileiros. Para isto dois estudo foram conduzidos. O primeiro objetivou a adaptar e apresentar evidências de validade da versão reduzida do teste de aptidão em Inteligência Pessoal (TOPI MINI-12). Os dados foram submetidos à análise Rasch. Conclui-se que os itens apresentam índices adequados ajustes ao modelo de mensuração e fidedignidade. O segundo estudo teve como objetivo explorar as relações entre as características Sociodemográficas, os processos de Autorreflexão e Insight, Inteligência Pessoal, Autoeficácia na Tomada de Decisão de Carreira e Percepção de Sucesso na Carreira. Para investigar a associação entre subescalas foram calculadas correlações bivariadas de Pearson entre os escores dos instrumentos. Com exceção da Inteligência Pessoal, todas as variáveis do estudo apresentaram correlações positivas. Espera-se este estudo reforce a importância em investigar e desenvolver competências nos indivíduos que permitam a construção de carreiras de sucesso.This study aimed to explore the relationship between Personal Intelligence, Self-reflection and Insight processes, Self-efficacy in Career Decision Making, Career Success Perception and sociodemographic characteristics in Brazilian workers. For this purpose two study were conducted. The first one aimed to adapt and validate into Brazilian version the ability-based measure of Personal Intelligence (TOPI MINI-12). The data were analyzed by Rasch method. Results and reliability indicators suggested that the items can be measured. The second study aimed to explore the relationships between Sociodemographic characteristics, Self-reflection and Insight processes, Personal Intelligence, Self-efficacy in Career Decision Making, and Career Success Perception. To investigate the association between subscales of the variables, Pearson's bivariate correlations were calculated between instrument scores. With the exception of Personal Intelligence, all variables of the study showed positive correlations. We expect that these studies reinforces the importance in investigating and developing skills in the individuals that allow the construction of successful careers

    Purification of Chitin from Pupal Exuviae of the Black Soldier Fly

    Purpose: Chitin purification from remains (pupal exuviae after metamorphosis to adult flies) of Hermetia illucens farming was optimized performing demineralization, deproteinization and bleaching under different conditions. The optimal parameters to obtain high-purity chitin were determined. Methods: Dried and ground pupal exuviae, whose composition was initially determined, were demineralized using six different acids. Proteins were removed with a NaOH treatment in which temperature, molarity and duration were varied in a randomized experiment. Bleaching was carried out testing ten different chemicals, including NaOCl, H2O2, solvent mixtures and enzymes. The efficiency of each step was determined to assess the optimal conditions for each of them. The resulting chitin was subjected to spectroscopic characterization. Results: The highest demineralization efficiency (90%) was achieved using 0.5 M formic acid for 2 h at 40 °C, confirming the validity of organic acids as a more sustainable alternative to inorganic acids. The treatment with 1.25 M NaOH at 90 °C for 4 h showed the highest deproteinization efficiency, removing 96% of the proteins. Temperature and NaOH concentration were the significant parameters for deproteinization efficiency. The most efficient bleaching treatment was with 6% NaOCl at 60 °C for 1 h (67% efficiency). H2O2 could also be a valid alternative to avoid environmental risk related to chlorine-containing compounds. At the end of the purification process 17% of the original biomass was retained with a chitin content of 85%, corresponding to a chitin yield of 14% related to the initial biomass. Solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance showed that the purified chitin had a degree of acetylation of 96% and X-ray powder diffraction gave a crystallinity index of 74%. Conclusion: This investigation shows an optimized method for extraction of high-purity chitin from H. illucens pupal exuviae, supporting the validity of insect-farming remains as source of this versatile biopolymer.     La pedagogía hospitalaria en Costa Rica: La atención a la niñez menor de siete años de edad

    Este artículo científico presenta los resultados de una investigación realizada del 2013 al 2015, cuyo principal objetivo consistió en analizar cómo se lleva a cabo la pedagogía hospitalaria en Costa Rica, específicamente con la niñez menor de siete años. Para esto, se utilizó una metodología cualitativa y descriptiva, la recolección de datos se realizó por medio de observaciones, cuestionarios y entrevistas; la información obtenida se registró en instrumentos elaborados por las investigadoras. En este estudio, se tomaron en cuenta dos hospitales del país (institución A e institución B), que brindan servicio educativo a población infantil. El estudio concluye que en la institución A se brinda propiamente un servicio de pedagogía hospitalaria, el currículo está adaptado a la condición de salud de la niñez; además es flexible y dinámico. En la institución B, el currículo más bien está orientado al desarrollo de las competencias de lenguaje en los niños y las niñas, y basa su labor en un programa del SELC (Servicio de Estimulación del Lenguaje y la Comunicación) que está en proceso de estudio. Se concluye que en el país no existe un marco legal específico que respalde la labor de la pedagogía hospitalaria. Se recomienda que a nivel nacional se desarrolle legislación específica que apoye la pedagogía hospitalaria y que esta se extienda a mayor cantidad de hospitales, también, por parte las universidades, se brinde formación a los docentes con respecto a la modalidad educativa en específico
