    Efektifitas Pelatihan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasional Serta Kinerja Karyawan Bank

    This research aimed to find out and to analyze the influence of training effectiveness to job satisfaction andorganizational commitment and employee performance. This research was a survey, which used explanatoryresearch. The population was 606 employees, and 127 of them were the permanent employees at PT.BankKalbar Pontianak. The research samples were 62 people. They were the employees in bachelor degree. Data wascollected using questionnaires, interviews and document study. Each item was measured by the reliability andvalidity of the study. Hypothesis testing was done by using path analysis. Based on the results of pathanalysis, it was found that: the effectiveness of the training significantly influenced the employee satisfaction,the effectiveness of the training significantly influenced organizational commitment, effectiveness of the trainingdid not have any significant effect on the performance of employees, job satisfaction significantly influencedthe organizational commitment, job satisfaction significantly affected the performance of employees,organizational commitment significantly influenced the employees performance

    The  purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of web quality, fulfillment, and satisfaction and its impact on repurchase intention of e-commerce customers. This type of research used survey methods, the population in this study were all Tokopedia consumers in Pontianak city-Indonesia. The sample in this study used 100 respondents using purposive  sampling technique and the data analysis carried out with path analysis. Results of the first substructure was fulfillment and web quality had positive effect to satisfaction. The second substructure was the fulfillment did not effect the repurchase intention while the web quality and satisfaction variables had positive effect on repurchase intention. Satisfaction mediated the effect of fullfillment and web quality on repurchase intention

    Warga binaan yang mendapatkan asimilasi seharusnya mereka yang benar-benar dapat diyakinkan sudah menjadi orang baik sebagai bentuk keberhasilan proses pembinaan di lembaga pemasyarakatan, namun kenyataanya saat ini Narapidan Program Asimilasi dan Integrasi Covid-19 justru kembali berulah dengan melakukan tindak kriminal. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat Residivisme Narapidana Asimilasi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  pendekatan deskriptif  kualitatif, Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Wawancara dan Studi Kepustakaan, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa napi yang dibebaskan kembali melakukan aksi pidana, diantaranya pencurian dan narkoba, faktor penyebab terbesar adalah belum bisa menafkahi diri disaat kondisi ekonomi di tengah Pandemi Covid-19, namun presentasi tindak kriminalitas narapidana yang baru dibebaskan tergolong rendah sekitar 0.39% dan masih dapat diatasi oleh Pemerintah. Pemerintah telah menetapkan kebijakan agar narapidana tetap menjalankan perintah untuk berada di rumah dan apabila kembali berulah langsung ditangkap dan diperpanjang masa tahanan nya sebagai akibat dari perbuatannya yang merugikan masyarakat.

    This study aims to determine the role of green knowledge as a mediator between the green brands of PT Industri Jamu and Sido Muncul Tbk with consumer intentions to make purchases. This study used the non-probability incidental sampling method and the Likert scale for quantitative analysis according to the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This study used structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) to analyze the data, and SmartPLS was used to process the SEM-PLS. Data. The results of the hypothesis test show that green branding has a positive effect on green knowledge. This indicates a positive and statistically significant relationship between green brands and green expertise, and there is a positive relationship between green brands and green purchase intention. It is known that the to-value green knowledge affects purchase intention, so it can be concluded that green brand has a positive and statistically significant impact on consumer tendencies to make purchases. This shows that environmental literacy significantly affects consumer tendencies to buy. The result is to value green brands' effect on knowledge-mediated purchase intent. Therefore, green knowledge serves as a mediator between a green brand and consumers' desire to buy

    ANALISIS YURIDIS JAMINAN BANK GARANSI DALAM PELAKSANAAN PERJANJIAN PEKERJAAN PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG KANTOR PERWAKILAN BANK INDONESIA PROPINSI NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR PAKET 2 (STUDI KASUS PUTUSAN MAHKAMAH AGUNG NO. 60 K/Pdt/2020) (Fauzan Rizky Adiputra, NIM. 2020123002, Program Studi Magister Kenotariatan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Andalas Padang, 2022, 130 halaman) ABSTRAK Bank garansi dalam kontrak pekerjaan merupakan suatu jaminan. Adanya bank garansi diawali dengan adanya perjanjian yang mensyaratkan adanya jaminan bank. Guna dari bank garansi adalah apabila penerima pekerjaan tidak menjalankan kewajibannya atau tidak terlambat menjalankan pekerjaan ada jaminan yang dipegang oleh pemberi pekerjaan. Proses pengerjaan yang dilakukan diharapkan berjalan dan selesai pada waktu yang sudah ditentukan namun tidak semua pekerjaan berjalan sesuai dengan rencana. Penelitian ini membahas bank garansi dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian pekerjaan Pembangunan gedung kantor perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur Paket 2 berdasarkan studi kasus Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 60K/Pdt/2020 yang menitikberatkan pada bank garansi nya itu tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui konsekuensi hukum terhadap status bank garansi tersebut. Jaminan yang diberikan penerima pekerjaan tersebut bisa dicairkan oleh bank sebagai penjamin apabila terjadi wanprestasi yang dilakukan oleh penerima pekerjaan. Jaminan juga bisa digunakan untuk syarat-syarat mengikuti pekerjaan yang melibatkan nominal yang besar. Jaminan tersebut juga harus memiliki nilai ekonomis yang berada di harga wajar atau diatas harga pembayaran perjanjian antar penerima kerja dan pemberi kerja, sehingga apabila terjadi wanprestasi bisa menutupi biaya kerugian yang timbul akibat wanprestasi tersebut. Wanprestasi dalam pekerjaan pemborongan juga bisa terjadi dengan sengaja ataupun ada kondisi tertentu, seperti force majeure. force majeure selalu merujuk pada kejadian diluar perkiraan dan berdampak seorang pihak tidak bisa memenuhi isi perjanjian. Dalam kasus yang diangkat oleh penulis, wanprestasi yang terjadi dikarenakan ada pihak lain yang lalai dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya yang membuat penerima pekerjaan terlambat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya sehingga pemberi pekerjaan merasa penerima pekerjaan sudah melakukan wanprestasi yaitu terlambat menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan jaminan yang diberikan penerima pekerjaan dapat dicairkan oleh bank, akan tetapi tanpa melakukan pengecekan pihak bank malah mencairkan bank garansi tersebut secara sepihak tanpa adanya pemberitahuan sehingga membuat pihak penerima pekerjaan mengalami kerugian. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were female employees of the Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. The total sample of 124 respondents was chosen by purposive sampling, then processing data using path analysis. The results of the first model study show that work-family conflict variables have a positive and significant effect on work stress. The results of the study for the second model show that work-family conflict variables have a negative and not significant effect on organizational commitment while work stress has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
