    A Theoretical Framework Based on Organizational Cul-ture and Personnel Values (Case Study: Bandar Imam Petrochemicals)

    Today, it is necessary to learn to manage and administer organizations based on values, which is also influenced by the culture and atmosphere of the organization. No comprehensive research has been done on organizational culture and personnel values. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical framework based on the components of organizational culture and personnel values in Bandar Imam Petrochemical. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-exploratory in terms of data collection method and with the help of a questionnaire. The statistical population of this study includes all employees of Bandar-e-Imam Petrochemical with a total of 3622 people. The said value is variable between 425 and 850. Taking into account the probabilities related to the unusability of a number of completed questionnaires, a total of 620 questionnaires were randomly distributed in the desired area at different hours of the day, and finally 595 questionnaires were used as a basis for statistical analysis. (Organizational Culture Questionnaire and Personnel Values Questionnaire) was used. In this study, in order to determine the validity of the questionnaires through communication with elites (management professors) and the second-order confirmatory factor analysis model, all the proposed dimensions in this section (15 dimensions) were approved. Experts were located and the research model was approved. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for reliability of variables and questionnaires. To analyze the research data, factor analysis and confirmation of structural equation modeling and to fit the research model, SPSS and AMOS software were used. The results show that the research model has the necessary validity and there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and personnel values in Bandar Imam Petrochemical. Finally, based on the importance and purpose, suggestions are presented

    Studying the Relationship between Factors related to Stress and Stress Management of Insurance Employees of Iran Social Security Organization

    Introduction & Purpose: Considering the stressors in the Social Security Organization and the management of these factors in order to improve efficiency and quality of medical services, the present study aimed to to provide a stress management model for insurance employees of the Social Security Organization of Iran. Materials and Methods: This research is applied in purpose and is survey in method. The statistical population consisted of three groups: Experts familiar with the field of employee stress management that by selective non-random sampling method, 15 individuals were selected. Results: All employees and managers of the Social Security Organization of Iran that 462 were selected based on the Cochran's formula, and 232 people were selected by stratified random sampling method appropriate to the size of the population. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect the required data. The model design and approval questionnaire with 29 components and indicators was changed to 24 items after obtaining the opinion of experts using the Delphi method. The Stress-Related Factors Questionnaire included 72 questions and the Stress Management Questionnaire consisted of 24 questions. In this study, the content validity of the questionnaire of factors related to stress and stress management were 0.915 and 0.921 respectively, and their reliability was calculated to be 99.1 and 94.6, which was greater than 0.7 and it was acceptable. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling with Lisrel software. Discussion: At 5% level error between individual factors (-0.33), occupational factors (-0.37), managerial factors (-5.99), organizational factors (-4.62), environmental factors (0.76 0), there was a significant and inverse relationship between stress and stress management of insurance employees of the Social Security Organization of Iran. Conclusion: The existing facts in the discussion of psychopathology and mental health in the workplace show that a significant percentage of the causes of mental illness and work fatigue among the employees of organizations can be found in the behavior methods and personality of managers.Introducci贸n y prop贸sito: Teniendo en cuenta los factores estresantes en la Organizaci贸n de la Seguridad Social y la gesti贸n de estos factores con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia y la calidad de los servicios m茅dicos, el presente estudio tuvo como objetivo proporcionar un modelo de gesti贸n del estr茅s para los empleados de seguros de la Organizaci贸n de la Seguridad Social de Ir谩n. . Materiales y m茅todos: Esta investigaci贸n se aplica con un prop贸sito y es una encuesta en el m茅todo. La poblaci贸n estad铆stica estuvo conformada por tres grupos: Expertos familiarizados con el campo del manejo del estr茅s de los empleados que por m茅todo de muestreo selectivo no aleatorio, se seleccionaron 15 individuos. Resultados: Todos los empleados y gerentes de la Organizaci贸n de Seguridad Social de Ir谩n que fueron seleccionados 462 con base en la f贸rmula de Cochran, y 232 personas fueron seleccionadas por el m茅todo de muestreo aleatorio estratificado apropiado al tama帽o de la poblaci贸n. En este estudio, se utiliz贸 un cuestionario para recopilar los datos requeridos. El cuestionario de dise帽o y aprobaci贸n del modelo con 29 componentes e indicadores se cambi贸 a 24 铆tems despu茅s de obtener la opini贸n de expertos mediante el m茅todo Delphi. El Cuestionario de factores relacionados con el estr茅s inclu铆a 72 preguntas y el Cuestionario de manejo del estr茅s constaba de 24 preguntas. En este estudio, la validez de contenido del cuestionario de factores relacionados con el estr茅s y el manejo del estr茅s fue 0,915 y 0,921 respectivamente, y su fiabilidad se calcul贸 en 99,1 y 94,6, que fue mayor que 0,7 y fue aceptable. El an谩lisis de datos se realiz贸 mediante el modelado de ecuaciones estructurales con el software Lisrel. Discusi贸n: Al 5% de error de nivel entre factores individuales (-0.33), factores ocupacionales (-0.37), factores gerenciales (-5.99), factores organizacionales (-4.62), factores ambientales (0.76), hubo una relaci贸n significativa e inversa entre el estr茅s y la gesti贸n del estr茅s de los empleados de seguros de la Organizaci贸n de la Seguridad Social de Ir谩n. Conclusi贸n: Los hechos existentes en la discusi贸n de psicopatolog铆a y salud mental en el lugar de trabajo muestran que un porcentaje significativo de las causas de enfermedad mental y fatiga laboral entre los empleados de las organizaciones se puede encontrar en los m茅todos de comportamiento y personalidad de los gerentes

    Educating a New Entrepreneurial University Model in Islamic Azad Universities in Sistan and Baluchestan Province

    The purpose of this study was to educate 聽the entrepreneurial university model in the Islamic Azad universities, Sistan and Baluchestan province. The statistical population of the expert group of entrepreneurs included entrepreneurship faculty and top entrepreneurs, managers, experts, and faculty members at the Islamic Azad University of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, which the education will conduct taking them as role model. The sampling was done by stratified random sampling method, and 558 questionnaires were gathered. The questionnaires were prepared by the experts on the basis of approved indicators via the Delphi questionnaire after confirming a model for promoting the development level of the universities of the province. Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the components of the entrepreneurial university and the Islamic Azad University in the presented model (p <0.05). It seems that for development of university entrepreneurship in the Islamic Azad universities in Sistan and Baluchestan, several institutional infrastructure reforms and institutional innovations need to be considered by all university members to promote entrepreneurial organizational culture

Por lo tanto, el prop贸sito de este estudio es brindar un marco te贸rico basado en los componentes de la cultura organizacional y los valores del personal en Bandar Imam Petrochemical. Esta investigaci贸n se aplica en t茅rminos de prop贸sito y descriptivo-exploratorio en t茅rminos de m茅todo de recolecci贸n de datos y con la ayuda de un cuestionario. La poblaci贸n estad铆stica de este estudio incluye a todos los empleados de Bandar-e-Imam Petrochemical con un total de 3622 personas. Dicho valor es variable entre 425 y 850. Teniendo en cuenta las probabilidades relacionadas con la inutilizaci贸n de varios cuestionarios cumplimentados, se distribuyeron aleatoriamente un total de 620 cuestionarios en la zona deseada a diferentes horas del d铆a, y finalmente 595 cuestionarios fueron utilizado como base para el an谩lisis estad铆stico. (Cuestionario de Cultura Organizacional y Cuestionario de Valores del Personal). En este estudio, con el fin de determinar la validez de los cuestionarios a trav茅s de la comunicaci贸n con las 茅lites (profesores de gesti贸n) y el modelo de an谩lisis factorial confirmatorio de segundo orden, se aprobaron todas las dimensiones propuestas en este apartado (15 dimensiones). Se localizaron expertos y se aprob贸 el modelo de investigaci贸n. Se utiliz贸 el coeficiente alfa de Cronbach para la confiabilidad de variables y cuestionarios. Para analizar los datos de la investigaci贸n, el an谩lisis factorial y la confirmaci贸n del modelado de ecuaciones estructurales y para ajustar el modelo de investigaci贸n, se utiliz贸 el software SPSS y AMOS. Los resultados muestran que el modelo de investigaci贸n tiene la validez necesaria y existe una relaci贸n positiva y significativa entre la cultura organizacional y los valores del personal en Bandar Imam Petrochemical.
