IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM BERAS UNTUK RUMAH TANGGA MISKIN (RASKIN) DI DESA BANGUNTAPAN KABUPATEN BANTUL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasai program beras miskin (Raskin) untuk rumah tangga di Desa Banguntapan dan hambatan masalah yang ada dalam pelaksanaan program Raskin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik urposive sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala desa, bagian kemasyarkatan, aparat pelaksanan Raskin, masyarakat penerima manfaat Raskin dan tokoh masyarakat. pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan indikator-indikator kinerja program dalam implementasai program Raskin untuk rumah tangga miskin di Desa Banguntapan adalah sebagai berikut: 1) jumlah beras yang diterima oleh setiap kepala keluarga penerima manfaat Raskin tidak tepat jumlah karena jumlah beras yang masuk di titik distribusi tidak sesuai dengan jumlah kepala keluarga penerima manfaat yang terdaftar sesuai hasil musyawarah tim Raskin daerah. 2) harga beras yang harus dibayar oleh setiap KK penerima manfaat Raskin adalah, Rp. 1.600 /Kg, tetapi di titik pendistribusian harus membayar dengan harga Rp. 1.750/Kg, atau menambah pembayaran sebesar Rp.150 untuk menutupi biaya oprasional pengangguktan dari kelurahan ke titik pendistribusian raskin, sehingga harga beras tidak tepat harga. 3) tidak terpenuhinya persyaratan kualitas beras sesuai standar kualitas beras Bulog. 4) Sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh aparat pelaksana Raskin kepada masyarakat penerima manfaat sangat minim

Being Prime is not necessary for Goldbach Conjecture

Here, we have generalized the Goldbach Conjecture to any subset of natural numbers whose distribution is similar to the prime numbers. Consequently, being prime is not a necessary condition for the conjecture to hold. We have built several new sets whose distribution in the natural numbers are similar to the prime numbers by randomly addition of +1 and -1 to the prime numbers and checked the Goldbach conjecture for every even integer less than $2 \times 10^8$ by computer. Spectroscopic properties of Sm3+ and CdS co-doped in sol-gel silica glass

157-163Sm3+- doped silica glass co-doped with CdS nanoparticles have been prepared by sol-gel method. FTIR spectra of the samples at different annealing temperatures show the gradual removal of hydroxyl group. XRD pattern shows crystalline nature of the silica host along with CdS peak. The optical absorption and fluorescence properties have been investigated using Judd-Ofelt theory. The Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters have been obtained from the absorption spectrum following the trend Ω2 > Ω4 > Ω6 and the large value of Ω2 indicates covalency of the rare earth bonding. Under excitation with 370 nm, photoluminescence peaks have been observed in the green, yellow, orange and red region as a result of radiative relaxation from the 4G5/2 state

Tones in Mizo Language

The paper on “ Tones in Mizo Language” deals with the identification of lexical (root) tones in Mizo. In the midst of various assumptions about differing opinions on the number of tones present in the language, the paper establishes that there are only four lexical tones in Mizo viz High tone,Low tone,Rising tone and Falling tone.
