    The background of this research is that there are students who have difficulty concentrating when learning the new normal period in class A1 RA Muslimat NU 10 Banin-Banat Gresik. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of sensorimotor play used to train concentration and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of sensorimotor play used to train concentration. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The results showed that the teacher of class A1 applied auditory sensorimotor play using pop up story books at the beginning of the lesson and at the end of the lesson. In addition, the teacher also applies a proprioceptive sensorimotor play using lego and bombic which are usually done during the safety corner, when the child has completed all his tasks. Factors that support the application of sensorimotor play to train children's concentration are the availability of media, increase children's insight, increase children's vocabulary, develop aspects of children's social emotional development, while the inhibiting factors are difficulties in conditioning students, the amount or quantity of media that is lacking

The implementation of professional management of educators through reward and punishment has the following management principles: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. The existence of control from the Head of the Madrasah and Deputy Head of Public Relations is a finding in research to improve educator professionalism continuously. Global demands demand the world of education to always follow and adjust technological developments in an effort to improve the quality of education, especially in terms of adjusting the use and utilization of Information Technology for education, especially in the learning process. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Information technology-based learning innovation in MAN Sidoarjo are: Power Point, E-Learning, Video Utilization (2) The role of information technology-based learning innovation in MAN Sidoarjo, namely; facilitate students in understanding the material., facilitate educators in delivering the material lessons that have been delivered, student analysis materials related to the theme of the material being taught (3) The supporting factors in terms of information technology-based learning innovation in improving the quality of PAI learning, namely; Sufficient teacher ability in the field of Information Technology, supporting facilities and infrastructure, support from the madrasah headmaster.     Skripsi ini ditulis untuk menjawab pertanyaan yang dituangkan dalam dua rumusan masalah, yaitu: 1) Bagaimana penerapan permainan sensorimotor yang digunakan untuk melatih konsentrasi anak kelompok A dalam pembelajaran masa kenormalan baru di RA Muslimat NU 10 Banin Banat Gresik? 2) Apa saja faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat penerapan permainan sensorimotor untuk melatih konsentrasi anak kelompok A dalam pembelajaran masa kenormalan baru di RA Muslimat NU 10 Banin Banat Gresik?. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru kelas kelompok A1 menerapkan permainan sensorimotor auditoris dengan menggunakan buku cerita pop up pada awal pembelajaran dan di akhir pembelajaran, hal tersebut dilakukan karena agar anak itu menjadi tertarik dengan kelanjutan ceritanya sehingga anak akan giat dalam belajar dan menyelesaikan tugasnya. Selain itu juga, guru menerapkan permainan sensorimotor proprioseptif dengan menggunakan permainan lego dan bombic yang biasanya dilakukan pada saat sudut pengaman, ketika anak sudah menyelesaikan semua tugasnya. Penerapan permainan sensorimotor membuat perubahan pada siswa menjadi lebih konsentrasi, fokus memperhatikan sumber informasi dan materi yang disampaikan guru serta bisa mengerjakan tugasnya dengan baik. Siswa yang mengalami kesulitan konsentrasi juga menjadi bisa menjawab pertanyaan dari guru, dimana sebelumnya siswa tersebut sering tidak mau menjawab pertanyaan. Faktor yang mendukung penerapan permainan sensorimotor untuk melatih konsentrasi anak yaitu ketersediaan media, menambah wawasan anak, menambah kosakata anak, mengembangkan aspek perkembangan anak seperti aspek perkembangan sosial emosional yang dapat membuat siswa bersosialisasi dengan teman-temannya, sedangkan faktor yang menghambat adalah kesulitan dalam pengkondisian siswa, jumlah atau kuantitas media yang kurang

    The cohesion and coherence of thesis abstracts written by students of English Letters and Language Department of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang

    ABSTRACT Making a good abstract in fact is not an easy thing for most students in university. It is proven by the reality that majority of students’ abstracts found around are not well arranged, or in another word, they are not cohesive and coherent. What makes them not coherent among others is because the students only ‘put’ and ‘stick’ the information in their abstracts irregularly without thinking whether their ideas have been coherently linked each other or not. Not only that, most students also pay no attention to the meaning relationship of their sentences so that it makes their readers difficult to get the idea. Knowing that this phenomenon often happens, and many students still do the same mistakes, the researcher finally feels interested to conduct a research on cohesion and coherence of thesis abstracts, which are written by students of English Letters and Language Department of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. In this research, there are two main problems that are investigated by the researcher, they are: (1) what are the types of cohesive and coherent devices used by the students of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in their abstracts? and (2) how are the cohesion and coherence of the abstracts? Additionally, in conducting this research, the researcher uses a descriptive qualitative research method to analyze the data. The data are taken from the words, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraphs containing the types and the violations of cohesive and coherent devices. Furthermore, in collecting the data, the researcher does several steps. First, she read the whole thesis abstracts written by the students of English Letters and Language Department of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Second, she continued with observing the thesis abstracts written by the linguistic students of English Letters and Language Department of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, while those that are written by the literature students are not observed. After observing the linguistic thesis abstracts, the researcher continued with selecting the up to ones. Next, the researcher read the whole up to date thesis selected from those written by the linguistic students and then took notes on the types and violations of cohesion and coherence found. The last, the researcher classifies the data based on their types and then analyze them by using the theory of cohesion by Halliday and Hassan (1976) and coherence by Oshima and Hogue (1983). Based on the data analyzed, it is found that the students use both grammatical and lexical cohesive devices, such as repetition, ellipsis, conjunction, repetition, and synonym, hyponym, and collocation, while the rest of the cohesive devices such as substitution, antonym, and metonym are not used. Not only that, the researcher also found that the most widely used cohesive device is reference. In addition, besides the cohesive devices, the researcher found coherent devices as well, which cover the use repetition of keywords and a pronoun, the use of transition signals, and the logical order of ideas. At the same time, in the abstracts analyzed, the researcher also found a lot of violations in terms of cohesive and coherent devices. In terms of cohesion, the researcher found the violation of reference, substitution, conjunction, synonym, and antonym. In terms of coherence, the researcher found the inappropriate use of pronoun, transitional signals, and illogic order. The violations of cohesion and coherence that have the highest occurrence in the abstracts are reference and logical order. Those are the things that make the sentences and paragraphs in the abstract could not cohesive and coherent as a whole. To sum up, based on the violations that occur, the researcher concludes that there is none of the abstracts analyzed is united as a full text. This happens because the violations of cohesion and coherence are always found in the abstracts so that make the sentences and paragraphs within the abstracts are less cohesive and not coherent. Finally, after conducting this research, the researcher hopes to the next researcher of the similar study to analyze other students’ academic writings, such those found in Writing class so that they can find more various patterns of sentences and paragraphs with more cohesive and coherent devices

    Penelitian ini digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan: bagaimana penerapan akad tabungan Mudarabah Mutlaqah pada PT. BPRS Bank Madinah Lamongan dan bagaimana analisis hukum Islam terhadap penerapan akad tabungan Mudarabah Mutlaqah pada PT. BPRS Bank Madinah Lamongan. Metode yang digunakan unt uk menganalisis adalah metode deskriptif analisis yaitu metode yang diawali dengan menjelaskan atau menggambarkan data hasil penelitian, data tentang penerapan akad tabungan Mudarabah Mutlaqah pada PT. BPRS Bank Madinah Lamongan. Selanjutnya data tersebut akan dianalisis dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa akad tabungan Mudarabah Mutlaqah pada PT. BPRS Bank Madinah Lamongan pada dasarnya pemilik modal (s.ahibul mal) memberikan keleluasaan penuh kepada pengelola (mudarib), akan tetapi pada PT. BPRS Bank Madinah Lamongan tidak demikian. Beberapa pemilik modal (nasabah) mcmberikan batasan tertentu kepada pengelola (pihak bank). Nasabah yang kelebihan uang datang pada bank, dan mendapatkan penjelasan dari pihak bank terlebih dahulu, banyak nasabah yang memilih akad tabungan Mudarabah Mutlaqah, sebab dalam pcnyaluran dana ket ika mendapat keuntungan dana pokok yang disalurkan dapat kembali ditdmbah bagi hasil dari usaha yang ditentukan nasabah. namun ketika rugi dana pokok tetap bisa kcrnbali tetapi tidak mendapatkan bagi hasil saja. Pendirian PT. BPRS Bank Madinah Lamongan masih muda baru sekitar satu setengah tahun dan dalam pengeluaran produk tabwgan khususnya akad mudarabah masih mutlaqah. Penerapan tersebut terdapat perbedaan antara teori dengan prakteknya, sebingga dapat dianalisis dalam hukum Islam. Seperti yang dijelaskan pada kitab Fiqh Sunnah Jilid III bahwa, dalam Mudarabah Mutlaqah itu tidak mengikat pada pembatasan tertentu dari pemilik modal. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan akad tabungan Mudarabah Mutlaqah pada PT. BPRS Bank Madinah Lamongan dibolehkan, jika penggunaan dana yang diberikan oleh nasabah diperuntukkan pihak bank pada suatu hal yang sesuai dengan akad sebelumnya, sehingga pihak bank telah menjalankan amanat dari nasabah dengan baik dan sesuai aturan Islam. Sejalan kesimpulan di atas, hendaknya penerapan akad tabungan Mudarabah Mutlaqah sesuai dengan teorinya, sehingga sejalan antara teori dengan penerapan yang ada Pihak PT. BPRS Bank Madinah dapat lebih mengembangkan produk­produknya baik penghimpunan maupun pembiayaan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan menerapkan aturan Hukum Islam yang sebenarnya dengan mengefektifkan peran Dewan Syariah
