    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dana alokasi umum dan pendapatan asli daerah terhadap belanja daerah pada APBD Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Papua. Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah apakah dana alokasi umum dan pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh terhadap belanja daerah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kabupaten/kota diProvinsi Papua yang terdiri dari 28 kabupaten dan 1 kota. Maka sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 Kabupaten dan 1 kota di Provinsi Papua. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda diperoleh hasil adalah hasil analisis menunujukkan nilai Fhitung sebesar 61.214 nilai Ftabel yaitu 4,20 dan nilai p-value atau signifikan sebesar 0.000. Nilai Fhitung dan Ftabel 2 yaitu 61.214 >4,20 atau 0.000<0,05. Dengan demikian, maka H0 ditolakdan Ha diterima yaitu dana alokasi umum (X1) dan pendapatan asli daerah (X2) secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap belanja daerah(Y). Secara parsial dana alokasi umum mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap belanja daerah. Pendapatan asli daerah mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap belanja daerah

    Green tea polyphenol-reduced graphene oxide: derivatisation, reduction efficiency, reduction mechanism and cytotoxicity

    This paper reports on the derivatisation, reduction efficiency, reduction mechanism and cytotoxicity of green tea polyphenol-reduced graphene oxide (GTP-RGO). The reduction of graphene oxide (GO) at 90°C using a weight ratio (WR) of GTP/GO=1 resulted in the production of a stable GTP-RGO dispersion in aqueous media, as indicated by the results of ultravioletvisible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and the measurement of zeta potential and electrophoretic mobility. In addition, the results from UV-Vis spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis indicated the comparable reduction ability of GTP relative to the standard reducing agent, hydrazine (N2H4). The removal mechanism of epoxy group from GO via reduction reaction with GTP was investigated by implementing hybrid functional method of Becke-3-parameters-Lee-Yang-Parr (B3LYP)using Gaussian 09 software. The energy and frequency calculations showed that the GO reduction using GTP was more spontaneous and relatively took place faster than the reduction using N2H4, as evidenced by higher entropy change (ΔS) (0.039 kcal/mol·K) and lower Gibbs free energy (ΔG) barrier (58.880 kcal/mol).The cytotoxicities of GO and GTP-RGO samples were evaluated against human colonic fibroblasts cells (CCD-18Co). The GO sample was determined to be toxic even at low concentration (6.25 μg/mL), while the GTP-RGO sample possesses notably low toxicity at the same concentration. The cell culture experiments revealed that the incorporation of GTP led to a decrease in the toxicity of GTP-RGO samples

    Analysis of Students' Metacognition Level in Solving Scientific Literacy on the Topic of Static Fluid

    The purpose of this study is to describe students' metacognition level in solving scientific literacy. This research use the descriptive method. The subject of this research is 99 students of grade XI in SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. Data collection methods used are test methods which its instruments based on an indicator of scientific literacy and metacognition ability. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the achievement of scientific literacy in science as a body of knowledge, science as a way of thinking, science as a way of investigating, and science as an interaction between technology and society is still low at below 35%. This is due to 84% student occupy in low metacognition level that is 30% students in tacit use level, 54% students in aware use level, and only 16% students occupy in high metacognition level that is in strategic use level

    The project is about analysis of the transformer behaviour when operating at a high frequency such as at MHz range. This is to ensure that the design can operate well in the region. There are many issues involved in designing transformer. However, this project only focuses on minimization of the losses in the transformer. A low-power-losses transformer is designed by employing the interleaved technique. When interleaved technique was applied to the winding, the primary and secondary winding AC resistances show a reduction of 43.89 % and 46.88 % respectively. This shows an agreement where AC resistances are proportional to losses. Thus, an improved transformer design with low losses has been successfully achieved

    The objective of this research was to describe the management of guidance and counselling program in public senior high school number 8 in south Bengkulu regency. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative. The conclusion of this research are: 1). the program of guidance and counselling in public senior high school number 8 in south Bengkulu regency is arranged completely, and consist of annual program, semester program, monthy program, weekly program and daily program; 2). the application of guidance and counselling program are consist of some services: orientation, information, placement and distribution, the mastery of content, individual counselling, guidance and counselling in group, consultation, and mediation; 3). the result of program evaluation, there is un complete program is guidance and counselling in group; 4). the follow up of the evaluation result is to complete the program and make priority of the program

    Kawasan Desa Bandungan adalah salah satu potensi desa wisata yang dimiliki oleh Kabupaten Pamekasan yang terletak di Kecamatan Pakong, Desa Bandungan ini memiliki bentangan lahan perhatian yang luas yang bisa di manfaatkan sebagai objek wisata alam dan berbagi komoditi hasil tani. Selain itu, Desa Bandungan juga memiliki keaslian, keunikan, sifat khas dari segi bangunan, sosial dan budaya. Potensi ini masih belum di manfaatkan dan dikembangkan oleh masyarakat setempat sampai saat ini. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan penentuan faktor-faktor yang dapat mendukung pengembangan kawasan desa wisata dan Perumusan konsep pengembangan kawasan desa wisata di Desa Bandungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan konsep pengembangan kawasan desa wisata di Desa Bandungan Kecamatan Pakong, Kabupaten Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan rasionalistik. Teknik analisa yang akan digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dan sasaran antara lain pada sasaran pertama dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Pada sasaran kedua menggunakan analisa skoring, dilanjutkan analisa delphi bertujuan untuk menentukan konsensus grup untuk faktor pendukung, pada sasaran keempat menggunakan analisis triangulasi untuk merumuskan konsep pengembangan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan konsep pengembangan secara spasial dan non spasial. Adapun konsep spasialnya dengan menyediakan rute perjalanan wisata, menyediakan sarana transportasi khusus menuju kawasan desa wisata dan menyediakan fasilitasw pendukung kegiatan wisata. Sedangkan konsep non spasialnya dengan menjadikan adat istiadat sebagai peraturan kegiatan wisata, mengembangkan kawasan desa wisata berbasis agrowisata, menyediakan fasilitas penginapan berkonsep tanean lanjheng, menyediakan toko souvenir, menyediakan fasilitas rumah makan, memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat, menyediakan tempat rekreasi, membuat web tentang kawasan desa wisata, melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses pengembangan dan menerapkan peraturan zonasi

    Optical Fiber Bending Detection on Long Distance OPGW using OTDR

    In Malaysia, thousands of kilometers of Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) have been installed by a utility company. For long distance fiber cable, there is a possibility of optical fiber to bend with very small radius especially in joint closures which caused optical power to attenuate. This attenuation is known as ‘bend losses. Bend loss increases the total power attenuation of optical fiber. In addition, for long distance fiber cable, it is important to avoid any extra loss as the fiber itself attenuates 0.2 to 0.35 dB/km and splice loss about 0.1 dB each. Hence, in this study, the method of detecting bend loss as well as optical fiber bending is presented. The result of this study is expected to allow fiber industry players to determine the exact location and proper rectification can be done to solve bend loss problem
