katedra: KTV; přílohy: CD; rozsah: 59The main aim of this thesis was to elaborate a marketing analysis of the Jumping studio in Jablonec nad Nisou and propose an improvement of current situation. Theoretical part of the thesis introduces relatively new kind of sport, Jumping. This part also contains information about history, founders, types of Jumping, an especially developed trampoline and effects on human organism. Next part describes the marketing analysis and its parts. All the marketing terms, which have been used in practical part of this thesis, are explained. Consequently the Jumping Studio Corso is introduced. The marketing ?mix? of the Jumping Studio Corso is evaluated in the practical part of this thesis, followed by competitive analysis, which is compared to with the Jumping Studio, and SWOT analysis. Based on the performed analyses and obtained information from studio owner, possible recommendations for the Jumping Studio Corso are formulated at the close.Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo vypracovat marketingovou analýzu Jumping studia Corso v Jablonci nad Nisou a navrhnout zlepšení současné situace. Teoretická část práce se věnuje představení poměrně nového sportu Jumping. Zahrnuje informace o historii a zakladatelích, druhy Jumpingu, speciálně vyvinutých trampolínách a účincích cvičení Jumping na organismus. V další části práce je popsána marketingová analýza a její složky. Dále jsou vysvětleny veškeré marketingové pojmy, které jsou použity v praktické části práce. Následně je představeno Jumping studio Corso. V praktické části práce je popsán marketingový mix Jumping Studia Corso, analýza konkurence, která je následně porovnána s Jumping studiem a SWOT analýza. V závěru práce jsou formulovány možná doporučení pro Jumping studio Corso z provedených analýz a získaných informací od majitelky studia

Insurance for The Travel Industry

(106171 znaků); VI (347)Aim of the thesis "Insurance for The Travel Industry" is characteristics and complex overview of commercial travel insurance and liability insurance of travel agencies. First part of the thesis is dealing with commercial insurance and analysis of commercial travel insurance products for chosen insurance companies on Czech market using comparative analysis. The analysis has been performed for both commercial insurance companies and health insurance companies. Then the thesis points out purpose, undeniable advantages and importance of this insurance after Czech Republic admittance into the European Union and gives an overview of paid participation in countries of EU, in the European Economic Area, in Switzerland and in the other contracting countries of the Schengen Area. The second part is devoted to the professional liability insurance for travel agencies, current legislative status and situation on the Czech market. There are listed necessary information for appropriate travel agency selection and all the important points which client should consider. Furthermore, advices how to deal with a case of travel agency failure are added.Předmětem práce "Pojištění v oblasti cestovního ruchu" je charakteristika a ucelený přehled problematiky týkající se komerčního cestovního pojištění a pojištění záruky pro případ úpadku cestovní kanceláře. První část práce je věnována komerčnímu cestovnímu pojištění a jejím cílem je analyzovat produkty komerčního cestovního pojištění u vybraných pojišťoven na českém trhu pomocí komparativní analýzy. Analýza je provedena jak u komerčních pojišťoven, tak u zdravotních pojišťoven. Dále práce poukazuje na význam, nesporné výhody a důležitost tohoto pojištění i po vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie a dává ucelený přehled placené spoluúčasti v zemích Evropské unie, v zemích Evropského hospodářského prostoru, ve Švýcarsku a ve smluvních státech. Druhá část práce je věnována problému, který se týká pojištění záruky pro případ úpadku cestovní kanceláře, legislativní úpravě a situaci na českém trhu. Jsou zde uvedeny informace potřebné pro správný výběr cestovní kanceláře, na co vše by si klient měl dát při výběru pozor a jak by se měl zachovat v případě, že k úpadku cestovní kanceláře opravdu došlo

Business delinquency during the company insolvency

Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice insolvenčního řízení. Poukazuje na rozdíly nové a staré legislativy týkající se insolvence. Blíže charakterizuje trestné činy při insolvenci, zmiňuje nejznámější kauzy. Sleduje vývoj trestných činů při insolvenci od roku 2000 do roku 2007. Dále popisuje způsoby prevence ČR a organizace, jejichž členové si navzájem vypomáhají v boji proti kriminalitě.The bachelor work describes problem of insolvency proceeding. It adverts to differences of the new and the old legislation about insolvency. The work specify crimes of insolvency, and allude to the most known jurally cause. The work pursues the development of the crimes of insolvency from the year 2000 to the year of 2007. Conditions for Successful Implementation of CLIL Methodology in Primary School

in English: The aim of this thesis is to explore conditions that enable to implement CLIL methodologies in primary school. In the theoretical part, the CLIL method will be described as an innovative approach in teaching foreign language. We will focus on hard CLIL and teaching CLIL in non- language subjects. Further, we will analyse benefits and perils that can occur while teaching foreign language in non-language subjects. The empirical research will focus on conditions that enable to implement CLIL methodologies in primary school and make it sustainable

Senior education as a symbol of active ageing

The thesis focuses on the attitudes of seniors towards active ageing in the region of Kolín and explores their views on this issue in the context of education and leisure activities. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concepts of old age and ageing with emphasis on the concept of active ageing and describes its impact on the life of seniors. It also highlights the importance of lifelong learning and education of older individuals. The empirical part uses qualitative research, specifically semi-structured interviews with a total of eight participants. The aim of the work was to ascertain how people in old age imagine active ageing and how they involve themselves in this process. It was found that for these people, active and healthy ageing is particularly associated with the need to maintain physical and mental activity. Furthermore, the motivation of the research participants to participate in activities related to active ageing was analysed. This is related to their interest in new information and the need for social interaction. Accessibility of the venue and the health status of the elderly individuals were identified as the most significant barriers to participation in organized programs. The Integration of foreign Children to Czech Schools

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou začleňování žáků cizinců do českých škol. Práce je založena především na vlastním výzkumu, který byl realizován metodami rozhovorů a pozorování. Rozhovory byly prováděny s učiteli na různých školách. Kromě toho byly další rozhovory realizovány s pracovníky několika různých organizací zabývajících se integrací cizinců, ale i pomocí učitelům vyučujícím žáky cizince. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak učitelé zvládají vzdělávání cizinců, a jak jsou na jejich výuku připraveni. Dále bylo cílem zaměřit se na to, jaké mají cizinci možnosti pomoci při integraci do školství a zda ji využívají.Bachelor thesis deals with question of the integration of foreign pupils to Czech schools. The thesis is based on my own research, which was realized by methods interviews and observation. The interviews were made with teachers at schools. Other interviews were realized with employees in organizations, which deal with integration of foreigners, and with help for teachers of foreign pupils. The aim of research was to find, how teachers manage education of foreigners, and how they are ready for teaching them. The next aim was focus on options of help for foreigners during the integration to schools, and find out if they use it.Fakulta filozofickáStudentka krátce představila svou práci, byly přečteny oba posudky, proběhla diskuse, studentka zodpověděla dotazy komise. V teoretické části je popsána metoda CLIL jako inovativní přístup ve výuce cizího jazyka. Zaměříme se především na tzv. hard CLIL, který probíhá v nejazykovém předmětu. Na základě odborné literatury budou popsány hlavní principy metody CLIL ve výuce na prvním stupni základní školy. V empirické části budou zkoumány přínosy a rizika vyučování nejazykového předmětu v cizím jazyce.
