Magnetic structure of single crystalline TmB4 has been studied by magnetization, magnetoresistivity and specific heat measurements. A complex phase diagram with different antiferromagnetic (AF) phases was observed below TN1 = 11.7 K. Besides the plateau at half-saturated magnetization (1/2 MS), also plateaus at 1/9, 1/8 and 1/7 of MS were observed as function of applied magnetic field B//c. From additional neutron scattering experiments on TmB4, we suppose that those plateaus arise from a stripe structure which appears to be coherent domain boundaries between AF ordered blocks of 7 or 9 lattice constants. The received results suggest that the frustration among the Tm3+ magnetic ions, which maps to a geometrically frustrated Shastry-Sutherland lattice lead to strong competition between AF and ferromagnetic (FM) order. Thus, stripe structures in intermediate field appear to be the best way to minimize the magnetostatic energy against other magnetic interactions between the Tm ions combined with very strong Ising anisotropy.Comment: 4 pages, 4 figures, conference contribution - CSMAG 0

The process of agricultural production is associated with a complex of factors of a different nature: systemic, technological, biological, socio-economic, climatic, reproductive, environmental. All of them influence the size and stability of economic and financial results. There is a threshold level of enterprise management complexity, the excess of which motivates agribusiness to switch to computerized methods. Management of an agricultural enterprise should be based on planning results, updated in a rolling mode. When developing the annual plan, it is necessary to take into account a lot of heterogeneous information and tend to the optimal solution – the achievement of the target indicators with the minimum expenditure of resources. As the basis of the optimal annual planning system, the article proposes an economic-mathematical model for optimizing the production and industry structure of an agricultural enterprise, which includes the following modules: assessment of the parameters of the yield production functions based on field history, the formation of a fertilizer application plan with justification of economically feasible yield levels, solving the problem of optimizing the sectoral structure of crop production, taking into account the forecrop influence in the crop rotation. The algorithm for finding an effective and stable production structure under various combinations of environmental conditions implements the following sequence of procedures: generation of parameter combinations of the economic-mathematical model; obtaining the optimal solution for each combination of these parameters; assessment of the mathematical expectation of the efficiency criterion and variance for each optimal solution on a variety of parameter combinations; choice of a highly effective solution with a low dispersion of this efficiency. To implement this algorithm, the method of simulation experiments in the space of system parameters is used. The optimal solution is chosen by minimizing the distance to the “ideal point” (maximum efficiency, minimum dispersion).El proceso de producción agrícola está asociado con un complejo de factores de diferente naturaleza: sistémicos, tecnológicos, biológicos, socioeconómicos, climáticos, reproductivos, ambientales.

The solution of the problems facing the modern Russian society largely depends on the beliefs, expectations, values and attitudes of people that determine their attitude to innovation, content, effectiveness and efficiency of various activities. Social adaptation (active inclusion in the social environment) of the individual assumes as a necessary condition the achievement of a certain level of social competence. The modern social environment has a significant impact on the process of personality formation, causing certain contradictions: on the one hand, socio-cultural modernization necessitates a new approach to the problem of social self-realization of the individual, requiring increased human activity as a subject of social life, taking responsibility for their activities and behavior, but, on the other hand, the instability of modern society increases the natural difficulties of growing up; the situation of uncertainty leads to deformation of personal development, disadaptation in society. Modernization of the education system has led to changes in the content, forms, methods and technologies of education, in connection with which there was a need to assess the results of the functioning of the education system. Analyzing the quality of a modern specialist training, researchers increasingly began to turn to the competencies formed during studying, among which an important place is occupied by social competence, estimated as the most important indicator of professional competence of a specialist in general, and in particular, in the field of economic, labor, social relations.A solução dos problemas enfrentados pela sociedade russa moderna depende em grande parte das crenças, expectativas, valores e atitudes das pessoas que determinam sua atitude em relação à inovação, conteúdo, eficácia e eficiência de várias atividades. Rhabdomyolysis is a very rare and most severe form of statin-induced muscle adverse event characterized by muscle pain, muscle necrosis with myoglobinemia and/or myoglobinuria with a very high risk of acute kidney injury and death. The article presents a case report of developing rhabdomyolysis in a middleaged female patient with hypertension, decompensated type 2 diabetes and albuminuria. A 60-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital for emergency indications with complaints of severe muscle weakness that began in the neck, which spread over several days to the upper and lower extremities, with a symptoms progression up to paresis. According to the appointment of a primary care physician, three months before hospitalization, the patient was switched from therapy with European generic brand-name rosuvastatin 20 mg to the Russian generic unbranded atorvastatin in the same dose (20 mg), which is not comparable in lipid-lowering effect. In a laboratory study, an increase in creatine phosphokinase level by 348 times (50462 U/L) of upper normal limit in combination with severe hypokalemia 1б7 mmol/L in the absence of renal dysfunction was recorded. Cancellation of statin, metformin and empagliflozin, intensive infusion therapy and treating electrolyte imbalance made it possible to prevent the development of acute renal damage, life-threatening arrhythmias and completely stop muscle complaints within a few days. The patient was discharged from the hospital on the 23rd day with reference clinical and laboratory values, including creatine phosphokinase. This case emphasizes the importance of maintaining clinical suspicion regarding rhabdomyolysis in patients receiving statin therapy in the presence of risk factors (in this case, female sex, hyperglycemia, chronic kidney disease, concomitant therapy), as well as the relevance of timely diagnosis and treatment of this condition

Harmonisation of Pharmacopoeial Requirements for Identification of Closely Related Species in Herbal Medicinal Products

Global interest in herbal medicinal products is growing, thus increasing the demand for medicinal plant raw materials. However, the growth in sales of raw materials entails the risk of a wider spread of counterfeit and substandard medicinal products. The use of such products can lead to serious complications and even death. This brings to the forefront the studies aiming at identification and quality control of herbal drugs. In addition, the relevance of these studies stems from the need for harmonisation of test methods for identification of related plant species as acceptable foreign elements in herbal medicinal products. The aim of the study was to determine the most widely used methods for identification of closely related plant species and to analyse the possibility of aligning the requirements of Russian standards and foreign pharmacopoeial monographs. According to the analysis of identification requirements, the main test method for identification of related plant species is thin-layer chromatography; morphological and anatomical characteristics of plants are also used. Methodological approaches of the European Pharmacopoeia to identification of closely related species in herbal medicinal products have found application in updating compendial standards of the Russian Pharmacopoeia. Russian standards are harmonised with the requirements described in monographs of leading pharmacopoeias and provide for the detection of unacceptable impurities in herbal medicinal products by morphological, anatomical and chromatographic characteristics
