    Local P-shtukas and their relation to global G-shtukas

    This is the first in a sequence of two articles investigating moduli stacks of global G-shtukas, which are function field analogs for Shimura varieties. Here G is a flat affine group scheme of finite type over a smooth projective curve, and global G-shtukas are generalizations of Drinfeld shtukas and analogs of abelian varieties with additional structure. Our moduli stacks generalize various moduli spaces used by different authors to prove instances of the Langlands program over function fields. In the present article we explain the relation between global G-shtukas and local P-shtukas, which are the function field analogs of p-divisible groups with additional structure. We prove the analog of a theorem of Serre and Tate stating the equivalence between the deformations of a global G-shtuka and its associated local P-shtukas. We also investigate local P-shtukas alone and explain their relation with Galois representations through their Tate modules. And if P is a smooth affine group scheme with connected reductive generic fiber we prove the existence of Rapoport--Zink spaces for bounded local P-shtukas as formal schemes locally formally of finite type.     Cannabis sativa : an optimization study for ROI

While hemp and marijuana are varieties of Cannabis sativa, their similarity ends there. In reality, the growth of industrial hemp adjacent to marijuana results in cross-pollination that radically reduces potency of marijuana. Although restricted in the United States, industrial hemp farming is growing rapidly in many other countries, including Canada, France and China. Within many of these countries, hemp is grown in different ways and under different conditions to optimize cultivation of particular components of the plant, for either agro-practices or industrial and consumer demands. This study substantiates great economic prospects for cultivars, processors, and industrial partners in the legalization of industrial hemp farming. Hemp has also consistently demonstrated a versatility to grow and adapt to many soil, climatic and environmental conditions. Additionally, hemp improves the land by ridding it of weeds and insects, helping prepare it for rotation crops. Hemp's various components are capable of contributing to different industries with yields that are on par with competing crops like cotton, corn, and soybean, making it a financially attractive rotation crop with many auxiliary benefits. This study recommends hemp be planted as a rotation crop in approximately 25 plants/m 2 to optimize yield of both grain and straw in roughly 5 months. Given the potential for hemp to be the most economically viable agro-industry, with incredible ROI and close to effortless farming and cultivation on even the most challenging terrains, it is high time to legalize the production and farming of this non-psychotic plant for the many reasons contained in this report.by Adnan M.     Simulation of the Scattered EM Field of a Rotating Conducting Cylinder Using Static Data

    The effect of the rotation of a very good conducting cylinder on the backscattered field will be investigated where the incident wave is considered as a plane wave in both polarizations (E-wave and H-wave). Previous work has explained that rotation or vibration of the object may induce phase changes of the scattered signal. Modulation during rotation or vibration is referred to as micro-Doppler effect. Also, the effect of the rotation of a conducting cylinder was investigated by many researchers in the past using the Galilean transformation. These analyses conclude that the effect of rotation does not exist in the case of a perfectly conducting cylinder in both polarizations. In this work, the Franklin transformation is used instead of the Galilean transformation to analyze scattering of both types of electromagnetic waves (H-wave and E-wave) by rotating a very good circular conducting cylinder. This work shows that the scattered field is affected by the rotation of a very good conducting cylinder, especially in the case of H-wave (TE-mode). Finally, the model that will be presented is used to simulate rotation using static backscattered field data of an arbitrary object

    The Use of Social Media and Digital Platforms for promoting the Information Resources and Services of Engineering College Libraries in Chennai District.

    The study evaluated how social media platforms are used to spread information. It was led by four (4) objectives and related research questions. The research used a descriptive survey approach. Questionnaire was the instrument used to collect data for the study. A total of 32 library and library staff members made up the study\u27s population, which includes professional librarians from 8 Engineering Colleges in Chennai. In order to get the answers to the study questions, data was gathered and evaluated utilizing frequency counts and mean scores. The results of the survey showed that 8 Engineering College librarians and library staff are well-versed in the use of social media platforms including Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and blogs for transmitting information. However, research also showed that librarians at Engineering College struggled to effectively use social media platforms for information dissemination because they lacked the necessary social media skills, poor internet access, unstable power supplies, and other issues. The final version is available from the publisher via the DOI in this recordBACKGROUND: There is little guidance available to healthcare practitioners about what tools they might use to assess the patient safety culture. OBJECTIVE: To identify useful tools for assessing patient safety culture in primary care organizations in Europe; to identify those aspects of performance that should be assessed when investigating the relationship between safety culture and performance in primary care. METHODS: Two consensus-based studies were carried out, in which subject matter experts and primary healthcare professionals from several EU states rated (a) the applicability to their healthcare system of several existing safety culture assessment tools and (b) the appropriateness and usefulness of a range of potential indicators of a positive patient safety culture to primary care settings. The safety culture tools were field-tested in four countries to ascertain any challenges and issues arising when used in primary care. RESULTS: The two existing tools that received the most favourable ratings were the Manchester patient safety framework (MaPsAF primary care version) and the Agency for healthcare research and quality survey (medical office version). Several potential safety culture process indicators were identified. The one that emerged as offering the best combination of appropriateness and usefulness related to the collection of data on adverse patient events. CONCLUSION: Two tools, one quantitative and one qualitative, were identified as applicable and useful in assessing patient safety culture in primary care settings in Europe.
