Resolución de un problema geométrico en torno a la noción de igualdad respecto a áreas

Se presenta experiencia de aula, sucedida -mediante la resolución de un problema geométrico en el espacio de formación “problemas del álgebra y la geometría” de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación Básica con Énfasis en Matemáticas (LEBEM). Esta experiencia condujo a una noción de igualdad entre figuras geométricas, tomando como base los planteamientos de los elementos de Euclides. Siendo la resolución de problemas, la metodología mediante la cual se desarrolló la experiencia, metodología que permitió la construcción colectiva de un conocimiento, fruto de los desarrollos y puesta en juego de herramientas estrategias desarrolladas con base en los elementos, por parte de los estudiantes

De la formación integral universitaria a la construcción de gobernabilidad

This article aims to aims to have an engagement with the university dynamics and identify not only its academic function but also its concern in the construction of society. It hopes to achieve this through the settings of reflection, analysis and debate, which are provided, created and consolidated by the same university so that university students, throughout their process of learning and as people that bear their own principles, think in a new society, and contribute in the same way to the construction of governance.This reflection was born out of the investigative process that has come as a result of the work in Ethics, Mankind and Society of the “Humanist Expeditionaries” group, in which the topic of interest has focused on describing the political dynamics of young people in the academic and political setting, given that their process of learning aims to recognize the human, ethical and social side of things, allowing the student to come to a closer understanding of the reality which affects them, as the university aims to con- tribute to social problems as part of its principles, through the integrated education of its students. As a reflection of this ideal that the university pursues and which it should continue to pursue continuously, the need arises to think in the process that should be followed in terms of integrated education, in order to contribute to the construction of governance in contemporary Colombia.El presente artículo busca tener un acercamiento a la dinámica universitaria e identificar no solo su función académica sino su interés en la construcción de sociedad, esto a partir de los escenarios de reflexión, análisis y debate, que la Universidad misma proyecta, crea y consolida para que el joven universitario, desde su proceso de formación y como sujeto que lleva consigo unos principios que le son propios, piense una nueva sociedad, que contribuya de igual manera a la construcción de gobernabilidad.Nace así esta reflexión, desde el proceso investigativo que se ha venido realizando en la línea Ética, Hombre y Sociedad, del grupo “Expedicionarios Humanistas”; el tema de interés se ha centrado en describir la dinámica política de los jóvenes en el escenario académico y político, toda vez, que en su proceso de formación se busca reconocer el lado humano, ético y social, permitiendo que el estudiante realice un acercamiento a la realidad que le afecta, ya que la Universidad dentro de sus principios le apuesta a la so- lución de las problemáticas sociales, a partir de la formación integral de sus estudiantes. La divulgación de la información medioambiental contenida en el sistema de información contable.

En el siguiente trabajo, se analizará la Información Medioambiental contenida en los Sistemas de Información Contable e incluida en sus Informes Financieros, pertenecientes a empresas radicadas en Argentina. Pare ello se confeccionará una muestra de 171 empresas que cotizan en la Bolsa de Buenos Aires. El trabajo posee dos ejes centrales, en primer lugar se analizarán variables como Información Medioambiental Financiera y No financiera, implementación de Sistemas de Gestión Ambiental, Certificación de ISO 14001, entre otras, correspondientes al año 2007 y luego se analizará la muestra considerando los sectores económicos a que las empresas pertenecen, correspondientes al mismo año. The following work analyzes environmental information contained in Accounting Information Systems, which is published in Financial Reporting. The researching is based in companies situated in Argentina. Two-Dimensional Electron Model for a Hybrid Code of a Two-Stage Hall Thruster

An axisymmetric model for magnetized electrons in a Hall thruster, to be used in combination with a particle-in-cell model for heavy species, is presented. The main innovation is the admission of exchanges of electric current at the chamber walls, thus making the model applicable to a larger variety of Hall thrusters. The model is fully 2-D for regular magnetic topologies. It combines an equilibrium law for collisionless dynamics along the direction parallel to the magnetic field with drift-fluid equations for perpendicular transport. These are coupled to sheath models for the interaction with different types of walls. The derivation of a parabolic differential equation for the temperature and the full computation of the electric field work improves clarity and accuracy over previous models. Simulations of a Hall thruster with an intermediate current-driving electrode, operating in emission, floating, and collection modes are presented. Enhancement of thrust efficiency is found for the electrode working in the high-emission mode if the magnetic field strength is adjusted appropriately. The two-stage floating mode presents lower wall losses, lower plume divergence, and higher efficiency than the equivalent one-stage configuration

SFDL: MVC Applied to Workflow Design

Process management based on workflow systems is a growing trend in collaborative environments. One of the most notorious areas of improvement is that of user interfaces, especially since business process definition languages do not address efficiently the point of contact between workflow engines and human interactions. With that in focus, we propose the MVC pattern design to workflow systems. To accomplish this, we have designed a new dynamic view definition language called SFDL, oriented towards the easy interoperability with the different workflow definition languages, while maintaining enough flexibility to be represented in different formats and being adaptable to several environments. To validate our approach, we have carried out an implementation in a real banking scenario, which has provided continuous feedback and enabled us to refine the proposal. The work is fully based on widely accepted and used web standards (XML, YAML, JSON, Atom and REST). Some guidelines are given to facilitate the adoption of our solution

Low frequency azimuthal stability of the ionization region of the Hall thruster discharge. II. Global analysis

The linear stability of the Hall thruster discharge is analysed against axial-azimuthal perturbations in the low frequency range using a time-dependent 2D code of the discharge. This azimuthal stability analysis is spatially global, as opposed to the more common local stability analyses, already afforded previously (D. Escobar and E. Ahedo, Phys. Plasmas 21(4), 043505 (2014)). The study covers both axial and axial-azimuthal oscillations, known as breathing mode and spoke, respectively. The influence on the spoke instability of different operation parameters such as discharge voltage, mass flow, and thruster size is assessed by means of different parametric variations and compared against experimental results. Additionally, simplified models are used to unveil and characterize the mechanisms driving the spoke. The results indicate that the spoke is linked to azimuthal oscillations of the ionization process and to the Bohm condition in the transition to the anode sheath. Finally, results obtained from local and global stability analyses are compared in order to explain the discrepancies between both methodsSupport to D. Low frequency azimuthal stability of the ionization region of the Hall thruster discharge. I. Local analysis

Results based on a local linear stability analysis of the Hall thruster discharge are presented. A one-dimensional azimuthal framework is used including three species: neutrals, singly charged ions, and electrons. A simplified linear model is developed with the aim of deriving analytical expressions to characterize the stability of the ionization region. The results from the local analysis presented here indicate the existence of an instability that gives rise to an azimuthal oscillation in the +E x B direction with a long wavelength. According to the model, the instability seems to appear only in regions where the ionization and the electric field make it possible to have positive gradients of plasma density and ion velocity at the same time. A more complex model is also solved numerically to validate the analytical results. Additionally, parametric variations are carried out with respect to the main parameters of the model to identify the trends of the instability. As the temperature increases and the neutral-to-plasma density ratio decreases, the growth rate of the instability decreases down to a limit where azimuthal perturbations are no longer unstable.Support is being provided by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, Air Force Material Command, USAF, under Grant No. FA8655-13-1-3033. A su vez se realizó un estudio de la composición y las ventajas que tiene el uso del pasto vetiver para el suelo.
