Geleneksel medyadan yeni medyaya geçiş sürecinde değişen gazetecilik 'yurttaş gazeteciliği': Kuşaklar üzerine bir araştırma

Geçmişten günümüze teknolojik gelişmeler ile birlikte medya da bu gelişmelerden etkilenerek değişmiştir. Özellikle dijitalleşme ile birlikte iletişim teknolojilerinde yaşanan gelişmeler medyada yaşanan değişime etki etmiştir. Bu değişim ile birlikte geleneksel medya uygulamaları yerini yeni medya uygulamalarına bırakmıştır. Yeni medya teknolojilerinin bireylere sunduğu imkanlar doğrultusunda yeni bir anlayış ile birlikte yurttaş gazeteciliği yaklaşımının hızla yayıldığı görülmektedir. Teknoloji ile yetişen ya da teknolojiyi yaşamının ileriki yıllarında kullanmaya başlayan bireyler, yeni medyanın sağladığı tüm imkanlardan faydalanma fırsatı yakalamıştır. Bu çalışmada gelişen teknoloji ile birlikte değişen habercilik yaklaşımı olarak yurttaş gazeteciliğinin kuşaklar üzerindeki yansımaları ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı, iletişim teknolojilerinin gelişimi ile birlikte yeni medya teknolojilerini kullanan bireylerin kuşaklara göre ayrıştırılarak yurttaş gazeteciliği yaklaşımından ne derece etkilendiğini ve bu yaklaşımın kuşaklara yansımasını ortaya koymaktır. NLO’nun beyin apselerinin tanı ve farmakolojik tedavi yönetimine etkileri

Aim: The present study aims to examine the effectiveness of the neutrophil-tolymphocyte ratio in the treatment and diagnosis of patients with brain abscesses. Methods: In this retrospective study, radiological, neurological, and surgical data obtained from the medical records of healthy volunteers (n = 10) who presented to the hospital for check-ups and patients with brain abscesses who were treated (n = 10) were evaluated statistically. Alpha significance value was accepted as 0.05). The preoperative neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio in cases diagnosed with brain abscesses showed statistical significance compared to that in the healthy volunteers (P 0,05). Sağlıklı bireylere oranla beyin apsesi tanısı alan olgulara ait preoperatif NLO değerlerinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlılık (P<0,05) gösterdiği ve NLO değerinin sağlıklı bireylere oranla yaklaşık 3,31 kat artış gösterdiği kaydedildi. Sonuç: NLO oranı ile abse boyutu arasında (r=0,662; P=0,037) pozitif yönde kuvvetli ilişki bulunmaktadır. Artış gösteren NLO, beyin apsesinin tanısında erken uyarı sinyali olarak hizmet edebilir

CLOSED LOOP SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CRITERIA

Evaluating chain performance to develop an effective supply chain has become a necessity because it plays a critical role in the success of businesses. The most important decision to evaluate the chain performance is the correct selection of indicators. The closed-loop supply chain method consists of a whole of forward and reverselogistics activities. For this reason, advanced supply chain management and reverse supply chain management performances are handled separately in this study. The performance evaluation criteria which are discussed by the authors who work on the supply chain management performance evaluation issues are analyzed and it is stated that the authors make a study by taking into consideration the evaluation criteria. At the same time, thearticles examined in reverse supply chain management performance evaluation studies are examined and all criteria are summarized as a table. In the light of these studies, the planned criteria for the use of closed loop supply chain management performanceevaluation of the enterprises have emerged. With the main criteria being divided into Economic, Social and Environmental headings, which are supposed to bring innovation to the literature, the sub-criteria are detailed. These titles were brought together both for the first time in closed loop supply chain management performance evaluation and as a main topic in advanced supply chain management. The performance criteria reduced to subheadings will help the experts to continue their studies, and it is thought that they will guide the future studies

Generations x, y, z and their perception of e-government services: Case of Turkey

Technological developments have transformed the forms of communication that can have a major impact on the social structure. All these technological developments cause fundamental changes in the way of life of the individuals and there are serious changes in both the ways of interpreting life and personality structures. The primary aim of this study is to examine the perceptions of online government services amongst different generations. The research of this study was carried out on the perception of e-government services with a questionnaire applied to the X, Y, Z generations to measure the similarities and differences in their understanding of these services. As a result of the research, individual typologies formed by the digital use of governmental services, which are called pre-techno individuals, techno individuals and post-techno individuals and the characteristics of these generations in terms of e-government services usage are revealed. © 2020 by authors; licensee OJCMT
