    Using Podcasts when teaching students at a technical university

    Currently, the modern system of training future practice-oriented specialists is not similar to the University-enterprise system, as it was earlier in the Soviet period – this is due to the lack of hours for practice, for communication with production workers. However, thanks to the development and widespread use of a high-tech video visualization system, especially with the use of podcasting technology, it is possible to improve the quality of students ' education in a technical University, compensating for the existing short-term practices. This article reveals the theoretical basis for the use of podcasts in the format of video reports on the work done with laboratory equipment in the classroom that affect higher-quality and long-term memory types according to P. P. Blonsky. The article analyzes the domestic and foreign experience of using podcasting technology in the educational process of the University. The main principles of preparing and creating educational podcasts at the University are highlighted: planning, brevity and dynamism, and information content. In accordance with these principles, requirements were formulated for video reports of students on laboratory work performed in the course of training in the discipline “Metrology and radio measurements”. The article describes the experience of using this pedagogical approach with illustrative examples – a link to a group in a social network and educational videos. Approbation of the obtained results showed an increase in the quality of memorization of educational material by students, understanding and applying it in practice. The obtained video materials were further used with junior students as visual examples for working with laboratory equipment. In the future, the use of podcasts in the educational process of a technical University will include video visualization of reports in the format of podcasts on the project work of students together with teachers or representatives of the production sector.В настоящее время современная система обучения будущих практико-ориентированных специалистов не похожа на систему вуз-предприятие, как было ранее в советское время – это обусловливается нехваткой часов на практику, на общение с производственниками. Но благодаря развитию и повсеместному применению высокотехнологичной системы видео визуализации, в особенности с использованием технологии подкастинга, возможно улучшить качество обучения студентов в техническом вузе, компенсировав существующие непродолжительные сроки практик. В рамках данной статьи выявлены теоретические основания применения подкастов в формате видеоотчетов о проделанной работе с лабораторным оборудованием в рамках аудиторных занятий, влияющих на более качественные и длительные виды памяти по П. П. Блонскому. Проанализирован отечественный и зарубежный опыт применения технологии подкастинга в образовательном процессе вуза. Выделены основные принципы подготовки и создания учебных подкастов в вузе: планирования, краткости и динамичности, информативности. В соответствии с данными принципами были сформулированы требования к видеоотчетам студентов по выполненным лабораторным работам в процессе обучения дисциплине «Метрология и радиоизмерения». Описан опыт применения данного педагогического подхода с наглядными примерами – ссылка на группу в социальной сети и учебные видеоролики. Апробация полученных результатов показала повышение качества запоминания учебного материала студентами, понимания и применения его на практике. Полученные видеоматериалы нашли дальнейшее применение со студентами младших курсов в качестве наглядных примеров для работы с лабораторным оборудованием.     This system will boost activity in the waste market involving waste processing enterprises. For this purpose, the research of thermal conductivity of RDF-raw materials of waste landfills was conducted in the laboratory of quality control of new functional materials GUAP, who also did the programming in Java Script virtual platform ECO 365.The global perspective of the project is the consolidation of the laboratory of new composite materials GUAP to create a waste processing center with the main focus on research in the field of production and sale of biogas. Demand in the market is large. The used technologies of analytical and measuring instruments and programs of three-dimensional equipment will allow to apply in parallel with the analysis of raw materials the possibility of developing equipment for the production of by-products from waste with their subsequent certification

    The article considers the possibility of working with natural and technical systems of the Leningrad region in terms of processing several main types of waste. In article is collection some interesting program product software for waste management. In the process of analyzing the situation with waste management and the involvement of Russian citizens in the methodology of separate collection, the importance of modern software products installed on personal computers and gadgets was emphasized it is the constant interaction with such software products that adapts the methodology of separate collection, allows Russian citizens to learn more about methods of waste treatment, taking care of the environment. In addition, the task was set to create a perfect software product that takes into account the advantages of all previously created software products for recycling waste in the Java Script environment. The author emphasizes the possibility of developing a series of software products for waste management and developing waste management competencies in St. Petersburg residents. It is also worth noting that the created program described in the article is currently being developed in the third version, taking into account more and more information sources on waste processing. It should be noted that the described product contains several built-in hyperlinks to the most significant freely installed products for environmental monitoring. The article contains a separate chapter on the development of legislation in the field of waste management in the Russian Federation in order to reduce spontaneous dumps, and the organization of modernized state-owned enterprises regional operators for waste processing, creating a comfortable economic environment for recycling, rather than storing waste.
