    Biaya pakan menjadi kendala tersendiri bagi pembudidaya ikan khususnya di Desa Pedindang Kecamatan Pangkalan Baru Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk membantu pembudidaya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pakan secara mandiri, melalui pemanfaatan limbah ikan dan sayur. Selain itu, membantu pembudidaya mengatur keuangan usaha agar lebih professional. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah aplikasi pembuatan pelet organik (pelor), sekaligus analisis kelayakan usaha pembuatan pakan meliputi analisa laba/rugi, payback period (PP), Return of Investmen (ROI), dan R/C Ratio. Hasil pengabdian, pembudidaya ikan dapat mengaplikasikan teknologi pembuatan pelor sederhana. Hasil analisa kelayakan usaha memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pendapatan pembudidaya ikan. Jika sebelum ada teknologi keuntungan pembudidaya ikan sebesar Rp 8.069.600,- per 7.000 ekor lele budidaya, maka setelah adanya teknologi, pendapatan pembudidaya meningkat 23% menjadi Rp 9.962.189,5 per 7.000 ekor lele budidaya selama periode pemeliharaan 3 bulan. Aplikasi teknologi ini memiliki periode pengembalian investasi cukup pendek yaitu 0,4 tahun, nilai pengembalian investasi (ROI) sebesar 245,7%, dan R/C ratio sebesar 1,3 atau lebih dari 1 sehingga usaha pembuatan pakan ini layak dikembangkan.     Patin (Pangasius pangasius) and Dumbo catfish (Clarias gariepinus) is being semi intensively cultured on floating net; in the lakes of tin mining activity called Kolong; by farmers in Bacang village, subdistrict of Bukit Intan, Pangkalpinang regency. This spesies is best suited for culture in kolong because of their well adapted of environmental change; even in a size-limited ponds; for growing normally. Kolong should be the decades in one age.     Tin production in Kabupaten Bangka Barat (Bangka Belitung Province) generated positive and negative impact to environment. The aim of this research is to analyse environmental impact from illegal minning (TI) activity to fishing capture and tourism activity in Tanjung Ular Coastal area, Kabupaten Bangka Barat. The data was analysed by two methods : first, analysis of impact, and second, fishing capture values and tourism value analysis. The results shows that the illegal minning causes consumer sutplus of fishing capture is 7.466.722.522,22/ha/year, economic value of tourism activity is Rp 8.761.814.654.000,00, and consumer surplus of illegal minning is Rp. 4.045.751.071,2/ ha/year in ten years (1998-2008).     ABSTRAKUbi kasesa yang banyak terdapat di Pulau Bangka memiliki daun yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan kompos untuk meningkatkan pH air dalam akuakultur. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dan menentukan dosis terbaik kompos daun ubi kasesa terhadap kenaikan pH air akuakultur. Metode eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) tunggal dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Dosis kompos daun ubi kasesa yang digunakan adalah 0 g/L (P0), 1,25 g/L (P1), 2,25 g/L (P2), 3,25 g/L (P3). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan adanya pengaruh nyata penggunaan kompos daun ubi kasesa terhadap kenaikan pH air. Nilai pH air awal sebesar 3,6 meningkat masing-masing 5,83±0,06, 7,07±0,06, 7,23±0,12, 7,37±0,06 pada P0, P1, P2, dan P3 setelah diberikan kompos daun ubi kasesa. Air yang diberi kompos tersebut selanjutnya digunakan untuk pemeliharaan ikan nila. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis kompos daun ubi kasesa terbaik adalah P3 dengan dosis kompos sebesar 3,25 g/L. Kata kunci: akuakultur;  kompos; pH air; ubi kasesa  ABSTRACTMany kasesa tuber is grown in Bangka where the leaves can be used as raw material for making compost to increase pH in aquaculture. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and determine the best dose of “kasesa” leaves compost to increase the pH for aquaculture activities.This study used an experimental method with a Single Randomized Complete Design (CRD). The treatments consisted of 4 treatments and 3 replications. The doses compost were 0 g/L (P0), 1,25 g/L (P1), 2,25 g/l (P2), 3,25 g/L (P3). The results showed that composting was effective in raising the pH of acidic water. The initial pH of water is 3.6. After being given kasesa leaves compost, the result of pH water for P0, P1, P2, and P3 were 5,83±0,06; 7,07±0,06; 7,23±0,12; 7,37±0,06; respectively.     Anchovies is one of the diversification products (product diversity) of anchovy. The research objective was to analyze the anchovies production business and to analyze the marketing channels of crispy anchovies production in Belitung Regency.This research was conducted in May-June 2019 in Belitung Regency. The method used is descriptive method. The data obtained are revenue, income, profit, B / C Ratio, Break Even Point, Net Present Value (NPV) and Return On Investment (ROI) of anchovies marketing channel. Based on the results of the study, anchovy used is a type of black anchovy (Stolephorus commersonii) using a boat chart fishing gear. The crispy anchovy product in Belitung Regency has eligibility criteria with a PBP value of 0.52 years, NPV of IDR 1,401,926,475, B / C ratio of 1.94, and ROI of 98%, BEP of product 7,842 kg and BEP of receipt of IDR. 784,214,786. The average NPV value is IDR 1,451,926,475 and the average B / C ratio of entrepreneurs is 1.94. The NPV and BCR values ​​are> 1, so the anchovies business in Belitung Regency is feasible to be implemented. There are 2 types of marketing channels for anchovies in Belitung Regency, namely: 1.     Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung merupakan daerah pesisir yang mayoritas masyarakatnya mengkonsumsi ikan air laut. Kendati demikian, komoditi budidaya ikan air tawar juga ditemukan di pasar-pasar tradisional di ibukota propinsi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pola konsumsi ikan air tawar di Pasar Tradisional Kota Pangkalpinang, dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan ikan konsumsi air tawar di Pasar Tradisional Kota Pangkalpinang. Metode pengambilan lokasi penelitian dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling yaitu di Pasar Pagi Pangkalpinang, Pasar Rumput Pangkalpinang, dan Pasar Higienis Pangkalpinang. Responden dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan cara sampling insedential berjumlah 60 orang yang merupakan konsumen ikan konsumsi air tawar di Pasar Tradisional Kota Pangkalpinang. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada pola konsumsi ikan air tawar oleh konsumen menggunakan analisis data deskriptif, dan untuk rumusan masalah kedua yakni menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan jenis ikan air tawar paling banyak diminta oleh responden pada saat penelitian adalah ikan lele (46,67%), frekuensi mengkonsumsi yakni rata-rata sebulan sekali ( 58%), dan jumlah konsumsi ikan air tawar dalam satu bulan rata-rata yakni 1-5 kg (56,67%). Secara simultan variabel-variabel bebas seperti harga ikan air tawar, harga barang lain, ketersediaan stok, jumlah pendapatan konsumen, cita rasa konsumen atau selera, dan ekspetasi masa depan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yakni permintaan ikan air tawar.     The Influence of Digital Talent and Green Innovation and Its Impact on the MSME Business Model in the Metaverse Era

    Objectives: The study aims to look at MSME Business Models Entering the Metaverse Era Through Digital Transformation with an Increase of Digital Talent and Green InnovationMethodology: The type of research used is quantitative research. A study was carried out in 5 regencies/cities on Bangka Island with respondents 10 2 SMEs, dominated in the culinary sector. In this study, the author uses the analytical method used to test the PLS (Partial Least Square) variable using SmartPLS software. The path analysis model of all latent variables in Partial Least Square (PLS) consists of an outer model, convergent validity, and discriminant validity which is then carried out with a reliability test and a structural model consisting of coefficient of determination (R 2 Value), Effect Size (f 2), and Predictive Relevance (Q2 Value). Ending with a test on the hypothesis and the moderating effect.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that hypothesis testing concluded that two research hypotheses are accepted and the other three are rejected. The accepted research hypotheses are Digital Talent effect on Digital Transformation and Digital Talent effect on MSME Business Model in the Metaverse Era. These results indicate that only digital talent currently contributes significantly to Digital Transformation and the MSME business model in the metaverse Era

    Analysis of Economic, Supply Chain Policy and Environmental Impacts on the Development of “KEK” Kelayang Cape in Belitung Island

    The purpose of this research is to analyse the impact of the development of supply chain strategy in the tourism KEK Kelayang Cape as an alternative economy after Tin Mining. The research method is quantitative descriptive design, the number of samples used 80 SME business based on tourism. Analysis of the data using the analysis Confirmatory Factor with PLS method. Research findings indicate that the development of tourism in the Island of Belitung already provide economic impact, social and environment. The impact of the economy has 5 (five) dimensions, social impact has 5 (five) dimensions and environmental impacts have 4 (four) dimensions. The results of this analysis found that the impact of the economy is the most important dimension of measuring the impact of the development of KEK Kelayang Cape with the value of loading factor as the most high. The results of research has implications for the management practices that for economic impact absorption work force indicator is most important. Now the most important indicator of the social impact is positive changes on the values and adat isitiadat. The most important indicator of Environmental impact is the performance improvement/condition of the tourism area.     Communities on the island of Bangka use soil ponds and floating net cages  on ex tin mines lake for tilapia cultivation. Currently, the comparison of the productivity of the two cultivation system for Tilapia cultivation is not known. This study analyzed the business and productivity of tilapia rearing under floating net cages and soil ponds in Air Mesu Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method with case study techniques with data collection through interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Overall, the business of rearing Tilapia with the KJA system and soil ponds in Air Mesu Village is feasible to develop because the R/C ratio is >1. The use of the KJA system has an R/C ratio and greater productivity than the ground pool. Yield productivity of 25.12 kg/m2 in the KJA system and 19.52/m2 in the soil pond system
