    This piece of research characterizes the lesions observed during collecting specimens of lungs of cows from butchers. Grossly, lesions varied from pulmonary paleness to congestion and necrosis. These gross lesions confirmed the histopathological lesions that represented by variant stages of pneumonia; acute, serous, serofibrinous, hemorrhagic, fibrinonecrotic and cases of chronic bronchopneumonia. This study suggests paying attention to preliminary cases of pneumonia as how fast would be deteriorating into advanced stages that affect both dairy products and human consumption.     The 3XMM/SDSS Stripe 82 Galaxy Cluster Survey: Cluster catalogue and discovery of two merging cluster candidates

    We present a galaxy cluster survey based on XMM-Newton observations that are located in Stripe 82 of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS). The survey covers an area of 11.25 deg2^2. The X-ray cluster candidates were selected as serendipitously extended detected sources from the third XMM-Newton serendipitous source catalogue (3XMM-DR5). A cross-correlation of the candidate list that comprises 94 objects with recently published X-ray and optically selected cluster catalogues provided optical confirmations and redshift estimates for about half of the candidate sample. We present a catalogue of X-ray cluster candidates previously known in X-ray and/or optical bands from the matched catalogues or NED. The catalogue consists of 54 systems with redshift measurements in the range of 0.05-1.19 with a median of 0.36. Of these, 45 clusters have spectroscopic confirmations as stated in the matched catalogues. We spectroscopically confirmed another 6 clusters from the available spectroscopic redshifts in the SDSS-DR12. The cluster catalogue includes 17 newly X-ray discovered clusters, while the remainder were detected in previous XMM-Newton and/or ROSAT cluster surveys. Based on the available redshifts and fluxes given in the 3XMM-DR5 catalogue, we estimated the X-ray luminosities and masses for the cluster sample. We also present the list of the remaining X-ray cluster candidates (40 objects) that have no redshift information yet in the literature. Of these candidates, 25 sources are considered as distant cluster candidates beyond a redshift of 0.6. We also searched for galaxy cluster mergers in our cluster sample and found two strong candidates for newly discovered cluster mergers at redshifts of 0.11 and 0.26.     Tanah merupakan suatu kebutuhan fundamental dari setiap warga negara saat ini. Kebutuhan akan tanah terlihat dari antusias setiap orang akan memperoleh dan mempertahankan tanah yang mereka inginkan dan mereka miliki. Tanah yang merupakan karunia dari Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, memiliki nilai yang sangat tinggi secara ekonomi, sosiologi, maupun secara derajat seseorang ditengah masyarakat. Seiring perkembangan akan kebutuhan tanah disaat ini, bersamaan dengan itu juga berkembang pula regulasi-regulasi atau aturan yang mengatur bagaimana cara memperoleh serta mempertahankan tanah tersebut. Pemerintah yang berwenang mengeluarkan segala jenis aturan tersebut merasa harus untuk mengeluarkan peraturan-peraturan tentang pertanahan, maka dibentuklah Undang-undang Pokok Agraria yaitu Undang-undang No. 5 Tahun 1960. Namun sayangnya peraturan-peraturan tersebut belum sepenuhnya melindungi para pemegang hak tanah. Tak jarang karena besarnya nilai tanah tersebut, sering menimbulkan konflik-konflik secara vertical maupun horizontal. Penulisan skripsi ini penulis menguraikan tentang apa itu sertifikat ganda, apa saja faktor yang mengakibatkan timbulnya sertifikat ganda serta penyelesaian pihak berwenang dalam hal ini Badan Pertanahan Nasional dalam menangani permasalahan sertifikat ganda. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis sosiologis yaitu pendekatan melalui penelitian hukum dengan menggabungkan fakta-fakta yang terdapat dari bahan hukum kepustakaan maupun wawancara kepada pihak-pihak terkait. Hal yang paling penting dalam terjadinya sertifikat ganda adalah ketidakjujuran pemohon dalam hal ini pemilik tanah yang mengajukan permohonan pengukuran dan pembuatan sertifikat kepada pihak BPN, dengan memasukan data-data yang tidak sesuai dengan yang ada dilapangan. Serta kurangnya sumber daya manusia dan kurang modernnya teknologi yang dimiliki pihak BPN dimasa lampau juga merupakan faktor lain yang menimbulkan munculnya sertifikat ganda. Namun BPN bukannya tutup mata dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sertifikat ganda ini. Melalui proses mediasi, BPN mencoba mencari jalan keluar dan menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan sertifikat ganda yang muncul. BPN juga mengizinkan pada pihak yang besengketa untuk membawa permasalahan sertifikat ganda ke pengadilan negeri jika tidak terdapat titik temu dalam proses mediasi.     Seiring perkembangan teknologi, manusia mulai beralih menggunakan material baja dan beton, tetapi di daerah yang sulit untuk membuat bangunan dari beton atau baja, solusinya dapat menggunakan material kayu. Kayu memiliki kelemahan yaitu mempunyai panjang yang terbatas sehingga diperlukan sambungan. Sambungan baut dan paku telah diatur dalam PKKI 1961 NI-5 dan disempurnakan dalam SNI 7973:2013.Struktur yang ditinjau berupa sambungan batang kayu dan diasumsikan sebagai atap rangka batang yang terlindung dan balok yang terlindung. Beban yang diberikan berupa beban terpusat dan beban merata, yang terdiri dari beban mati, beban hidup di atas atap, beban hidup, beban hujan, dan beban angin. Semakin besar diameter baut dan paku yang digunakan maka jumlah baut dan paku akan sama dengan peraturan PKKI 1961 NI-5 dan SNI 7973:2013 (untuk DTI). Sedangkan semakin kecil diameter baut yang digunakan dengan SNI 7973:2013 (untuk DFBK) maka jumlah baut akan lebih sedikit dari PKKI 1961 NI-5 dan semakin kecil diameter paku yang digunakan dengan PKKI 1961 NI-5 maka jumlah paku akan lebih sedikit dari SNI 7973:2013 (untuk DFBK)

    Histopathological Lesions of Buffalo Omasum (Dome) in Nineveh Province in 2013

    This study is unique as this part of gastrointestinal tract in ruminant is highly neglected and the reason might be to the principal mechanical digestive role of this part (Omasum). This does not prevent spotting- light on this part and recognizing the lesions that might be found from randomly collected samples from butchers. Gross lesions varied among lack of omasal villi, necrosis of omasal epithelium, and congestion. Histopathological results confirm the previously mentioned gross findings by revealing some necrosis (hyalinization of smooth muscle fibers), edema noticed by lack of muscle fiber bundles under the microscopic field, vacuolar degeneration of some other smooth muscles, proliferation of polymorphonuclear inflammatory cells with loose connective tissue among muscle bundles..     Ameliorative Effect of Folic Acid on the Neurological Changes in Rats Treated with Methotrexate

    Methotrexate (MTX) is an antimetabolite of the normal folic acid produced by human and animal bodies. MTX antagonizes Folic Acid which is vital for purine and many vital amino acids. Treatment with MTX has been widespread all over the world recently. Physicians usually prescribe folic acid together or following treatment with MTX. Some patients minimize the importance of having folic acid with MTX or after it regarding it as a not essential drug as MTX. From here it comes, the value of this research to clarify the important role of folic acid in minimizing the side effects of MTX. In fact this effect applies on most systems in the human and animal bodies; however, authors prefer to focus on the neurological aspects as references are somewhat scarce especially in the veterinary aspect and found some behavioral changes which coincide with brain histopathological findings.     Effect of aggregates with high gypsum content on the performance of concrete

    Sulfates in fine aggregate are a major problem when it exists in excessive amount especially in the Middle East and Iraq. Most of sulfate salts in fine aggregate are composed of calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium sulfates. Calcium sulfates is the most common salt present in fine aggregate. It is usually finding as gypsum. It is difficult to obtain the specific sulfates content in fine aggregate within standard specifications. This research was conducted to investigate the effect of adding different contents of gypsum to fine aggregate as a replacement by weight on some properties of two types of concrete {self-compacted concrete (SCC) and high strength concrete (HSC)}. In these work three bases mixes of each type of concrete are used: mixes with different contents of metakaolin, mixes with different contents of gypsum and mixes incorporating different contents of metakaolin and gypsum. This study is devoted to determine the allowable content of sulfates in fine aggregate. Three levels of gypsum were tested (0.5, 1, 1.5) % by weight of fine aggregate and three levels of metakaolin were tested (5, 10, 15) % by the weight of cement. The experimental program is devoted to produce concrete with different levels of metakaolin and gypsum and determine its mechanical properties such as compressive strength and splitting tensile strength. The results arrived from this work show that the optimum gypsum content was 1.5% by weight of fine aggregates for mixes of SCC which gives increases in compressive strength and tensile strength, and 1% gypsum for mixes of HSC, results showed also that the metakaolin improved the properties of the two types of concrete and increased the loss which caused by sulfates. The best mix ever in SCC is 1% gypsum with 5% metakaolin, and 1% gypsum with 10% metakaolin for HSC
