Aperfeiçoamento de Abordagens para o Recrutamento de Pessoal na Indústria Hoteleira

The purpose of the article is to develop a recommendation system for hospitality enterprises using non-traditional forms of recruitment. The dynamism of changes in the environment is found to necessitate the use of innovative approaches based on the real needs and opportunities of modern hospitality industry enterprises. It is confirmed that the effectiveness of personnel recruitment depends on the mastery of up-to-date methods. It is established that implementing the totality of the proposed modern human resource management technologies will contribute to increased personnel productivity and efficiency of hotel enterprises. The introduction and implementation of innovative technologies of personnel management are found to bring changes to other resource areas – in the nature of the hotel product, in the way relationships with the key customers are constructed, and in the economy of the hotel enterprise as a whole in a digitalized environment.El objetivo del artículo es desarrollar un sistema de recomendación para empresas de hostelería que utilicen formas de contratación no tradicionales. Se considera que el dinamismo de los cambios en el entorno requiere el uso de enfoques innovadores basados en las necesidades y oportunidades reales de las empresas modernas de la industria hotelera. Se confirma que la eficacia de la contratación de personal depende del dominio de los métodos actualizados. Se establece que la implementación de la totalidad de las tecnologías modernas de gestión de recursos humanos propuestas contribuirá a aumentar la productividad del personal y la eficiencia de las empresas hoteleras. ENVIRONMENTAL CAPACITY AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF AIRPORTS IN UKRAINE

Abstract. Forecasting of development of the major airports of Ukraine indicates that further increasingof air traffic and approaching of residential areas close to airports will cause constraints of airportoperational capacity according to ensuring environmental requirements. At present, aircraft noise is themost significant factor among other factors of airport environmental impact. For ensuring sustainabledevelopment of civil airports the model of airport environmental capacity is proposed. The model in longtermconsideration allows determination of optimal (according to reduction of noise levels) fleet, choosingthe most profitable aircraft operational regimes in the frames of ICAO Balanced Approach to aircraft noisecontrol. The model is based on entropy optimization method. Using proposed approach needs taking intoaccount additional constraints: operational, environmental (emissions of aircraft engines). O Impacto do Marketing de Mídia Social (MMS) no Desenvolvimento do Negócio Hoteleiro: Experiência em Minihotéis Privados

Today, social networks are becoming increasingly popular for the promotion of the hotel business. One of them is Instagram – a free service with which it is possible to save, edit, and publish photos, as well as distribute them on other social networks. The popularity of Instagram is growing every year. The purpose of the article is to evaluate the use of Instagram of the most mini-hotels in Moscow to promote their services in the hospitality market and determine the main problems of using Instagram to establish effective communication with customers. The article presents various approaches to the use of social media marketing (SMM) and discusses the features of the social network Instagram as one of SMM tools. Instagram accounts of mini-hotels in Moscow and the rating of mini-hotels in Moscow on Booking, Agoda websites were investigated in 2021, and the relationship between the content of Instagram accounts and the rating of mini-hotels in Moscow on the Booking and Agoda websites was analyzed. The results suggest that Instagram is a powerful SMM tool that allows effectively using and operating the versatile capabilities of a mini-hotel for successful organization and business, and the growing popularity of social networks contributes to the positioning of mini-hotel services through the Instagram network and becomes a reliable lever aimed at attracting the attention of potential customers.Hoy en día, las redes sociales son cada vez más populares para la promoción del negocio hotelero. Una de ellas es Instagram, un servicio gratuito con el que es posible guardar, editar y publicar fotos, así como distribuirlas en otras redes sociales. La popularidad de Instagram crece cada año. El propósito del artículo es evaluar el uso de Instagram de la mayoría de los mini-hoteles en Moscú para promover sus servicios en el mercado de la hospitalidad y determinar los principales problemas de la utilización de Instagram para establecer una comunicación eficaz con los clientes. El artículo presenta varios enfoques para el uso del marketing en mídias sociales (MMS) y analiza las características de la red social Instagram como una de las herramientas de MMS. En 2021 se investigaron las cuentas de Instagram de los mini-hoteles de Moscú y la valoración de los mini-hoteles de Moscú en los sitios web de Booking y Agoda, y se analizó la relación entre el contenido de las cuentas de Instagram y la valoración de los mini-hoteles de Moscú en los sitios web de Booking y Agoda. Los autores creen que Instagram es una poderosa herramienta de MMS que permite utilizar y operar eficazmente las capacidades versátiles de un mini-hotel para una organización y negocio exitosos, y la creciente popularidad de las redes sociales contribuye al posicionamiento de los servicios de mini-hoteles a través de la red de Instagram y se convierte en una palanca fiable dirigida a atraer la atención de los clientes potenciales.Hoje em dia, as redes sociais estão se tornando cada vez mais populares para a promoção do negócio hoteleiro. O objetivo do artigo é avaliar a utilização do Instagram dos mini-hotéis de Moscou para promover os seus serviços no mercado hoteleiro e determinar os principais problemas de utilização do Instagram para estabelecer uma comunicação eficaz com os clientes. O artigo apresenta várias abordagens à utilização do marketing das mídias sociais (MMS) e discute as características da rede social Instagram como uma das ferramentas do MMS. As contas Instagram de mini-hoteis em Moscou e a classificação dos mini-hoteis em Moscou nos websites Booking e Agoda foram investigadas em 2021, e foi analisada a relação entre o conteúdo das contas Instagram e a classificação dos mini-hoteis em Moscou nos websites Booking e Agoda. Functional reserves of students related to a special medical group for health reasons

The relevance of this work is determined by the high prevalence of physical inactivity among students assigned to a special medical group for health reasons. The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of physical education in a special medical group on the functional reserves of students’ body. A group of 20 first-year students was observed. Girls were engaged in physical culture during one school year. The examination at the beginning and end of the observation period included anthropometry, physiometry and functional testing. The heart rate and respiration rate in most girls exceeded the upper limit of the physiological norm; the vital capacity of the lungs did not reach the lower limit of the norm during initial testing. Functional tests showed low results. Statistically significant decrease heart rate and respiration rate increasing the lung capacity was found on re-examination. The results of the functional test have improved. The results obtained led to the conclusion that body’s functional reserves are reduced in students assigned to a special medical group for health reasons. Feasible physical culture classes are accompanied by the expansion of the body’s functional reserves. &nbsp

On the statistical indicators of the effectiveness of teaching methodologies

The article is devoted to the problem of carrying out a proper educational experiment. A critical analysis of the conventional approaches to an educational experiment is given. The author argues that the majority of methods, assessing the results of educational experiments, were borrowed from sociology and psychology which, in turn, led to the misinterpretation of the results of these experiments. The criticism of the author is primarily aimed at the incorrect use of central tendency measures and the selection of tests for checking the probability of significance of samples. The qualitative approach, based on the percentile values, was proposed as one of the most relevant results of an experiment. The lack of universal measure with could allow comparing results of multiple educational experiments and meta-analyses was argued. The term «effective learning hours» was coined. The methodology of defining «effective learning hours» and corresponding them to the levels of the acquisition was proposed

In the situation of pedagogical theory focus on a new personality-oriented and competence paradigm of education and upbringing, it becomes necessary to develop design activities of all subjects of educational process in a preschool educational institution. The relevance of the study is due to insufficient development of pedagogical design processes in a preschool educational institution. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to improve pedagogical design process in a preschool educational institution to increase the level of teachers' readiness for pedagogical activity.Pedagogical design in preschool educational institutions is very important due to the following socio-economic, psychological and pedagogical requirements: the development of market relations; development of design taking into account innovative processes in education; need for social protection of a person, preparing him for life in future. The authors developed a model of pedagogical design that ensures unity of administrative, pedagogical, educational activities of the subjects of educational process, thereby improving the level of management activities organization, personal and professional development of teachers and pupils. The treated results will contribute to further improvement of pedagogical design.En la situación de la teoría pedagógica centrada en un nuevo paradigma de educación y educación orientado a la personalidad y competencia, se hace necesario desarrollar actividades de diseño de todas las materias del proceso educativo en una institución educativa preescolar. La relevancia del estudio se debe al desarrollo insuficiente de los procesos de diseño pedagógico en una institución educativa preescolar. Por lo tanto, el propósito del artículo es mejorar el proceso de diseño pedagógico en una institución educativa preescolar para aumentar el nivel de preparación de los docentes para la actividad pedagógica. El diseño pedagógico en las instituciones educativas preescolares es muy importante debido a los siguientes aspectos socioeconómicos, psicológicos y pedagógicos. requisitos: el desarrollo de las relaciones de mercado; desarrollo de diseño teniendo en cuenta procesos innovadores en educación; necesidad de protección social de una persona, preparándolo para la vida en el futuro. Los autores desarrollaron un modelo de diseño pedagógico que garantiza la unidad de las actividades administrativas, pedagógicas y educativas de los sujetos del proceso educativo, mejorando así el nivel de organización de las actividades de gestión, el desarrollo personal y profesional de los docentes y alumnos. Los resultados tratados contribuirán a una mayor mejora del diseño pedagógico.В ситуации, когда педагогическая теория ориентируется на новую личностно-ориентированную и компетентностную парадигму обучения и воспитания, возникает необходимость в разработке проектных мероприятий всех субъектов образовательного процесса в дошкольном образовательном учреждении. Актуальность исследования обусловлена недостаточной разработкой процессов педагогического проектирования в дошкольном образовательном учреждении. Поэтому целью статьи является совершенствование процесса педагогического проектирования в дошкольном образовательном учреждении с целью повышения уровня готовности педагогов к педагогической деятельности. Педагогическое проектирование в дошкольных образовательных учреждениях очень важен в связи со следующими социально-экономическими, психолого-педагогическими требованиями: развитие рыночных отношений; разработка дизайна с учетом инновационных процессов в образовании; необходимость социальной защиты человека, подготовка его к жизни в будущем. Авторами разработана модель педагогического проектирования, обеспечивающая единство управленческой, педагогической, образовательной деятельности субъектов образовательного процесса, тем самым повышается уровень организации управленческой деятельности, личностного и профессионального развития учителей и учеников. Dependence of the Russian Economy on Oil Prices in the Context of Volatility of the Global oil Market: Articulation of Issue

At the present stage, oil is not just commodity but also a kind of asset, the value of which is associated with multiple financial processes. The impact of oil prices is particularly strong in the countries where trade in energy commodities has reached a high level in total exports. Russia belongs to such countries as well. Oil industry is one of the most important areas for supporting the economy development in Russia. Therefore, there is a need to develop measures for proper functioning of the oil industry, as it provides a significant share of Russia's GDP and budget revenues. Besides, about 80% of foreign investment goes directly to the oil and gas sector. In addition, the long-term dependence of the Russian economy on energy resources has led to decline in incentives for the development of other industries and creation of new technologies. The article explores the issues of dependence of the Russian economy on global oil prices and factors that influence the situation on the global oil market; the increasing role of the financial market of oil contracts in the context of the current economic development is substantiated. This article examines the situation when the country's export is largely focused on energy, while other industries significantly lag behind; it is described in the economic theory as a phenomenon dubbed "Dutch disease". This phenomenon is described by increase in extraction and export of commodities; besides, the influx of capital from exports stimulates consumer demand, but the industrial sector fails to keep up with the growth of the household income due to the pressure of the "Dutch disease", which ultimately increases inflation. In addition, this results in lagging of the processing sector of the economy behind the extractive sector.
