    Family planning is efforts to take apart or to plan the number of child and pregnancy using contraception. The family planning aims to increase the prosperity of mother and child in addition to realize a norm of happy and prosperous small family as a base for realization of prosperous society by control the birth and growth of the population. This Reseach is a study using qualitative method in order to get a depth information about the behavior of husband to the male contraception (vasectomy) at Desa Ujung Pulo Cut subdistrict of Bakongan Timur Regency of South Aceh in 2013. The primary data is collected through indepth interview to the informan while the secondary data is collected by document study about village and sub district. Informan in this reseach are 7 persons. i.e. the population of Desa Ujung Pulo Cut with the background of education, age, number of child and different work. All of informan are Moeslim and etnic of Aceh. The results of study indicates that the informan did not know what is the Male Operation Method (MOP). 5 of 7 informans said that did not know this method. This is caused by the lack of knowledge and understanding of informan for the lack of socialization of MOP program. The guidance and training and socialization of Family Planning program specially Male Operation Method (MOP) must be implemented continuously by PPLKB, Community Health Centre to enable husband understand this method

    Survei terhadap Terjadinya Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga (Kdrt) Wanita Karier di Daerah Istimewa YOGYAKARTA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase wanita karier di wilayah DIY yang mengalami KDRT ditinjau dari keempat jenis KDRT yang ada dan persentase wanita karier di wilayah DIY yang mengalami KDRT ditinjau dari usia perkawinan. Penelitian ini didesain sebagai pe- nelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei terhadap wanita karier yang ada di wilayah DIY. Variabel penelitian adalah KDRT pada wanita karier yang berprofesi sebagai pendidik (guru/dosen) dari lima Kabupaten yang ada di DIY. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pendidik (guru/ dosen) yang berasal dari lima Kabupaten di DIY, yaitu Kota, Bantul, Sleman, Kulon Progo, dan Gunung Kidul. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 wanita karier per Kabupaten yang diambil secara area purpossive sampling. Instru- men penelitian berupa angket yang dijabarkan berdasarkan keempat bentuk KDRT sesuai dengan UU Penghapusan KDRT No. 23 Tahun 2004, yaitu kekerasan fisik, psikis, seksual, dan ekonomi, sehingga memenuhi validitas logis. Hasil penelitian menunjuk- kan bahwa persentase wanita karier di wilayah DIY yang mengalami KDRT ditinjau dari kekerasan fisik, psikis, seksual, dan ekonomi berturut-turut sebesar 20,462%, 21,415%, 21,127%, dan 21,283%. Secara keselu-ruhan persentase rata-rata untuk semua jenis KDRT sebesar 21,072% dengan kriteria/kategori rendah. Persentase wanita karier di wilayah DIY yang mengalami KDRT mulai dari usia perkawinan 1 – 5 tahun, 5,1 – 10 tahun, 10,1 – 15 tahun, dan > 15 tahun berturut-turut sebesar 21,544%, 20,828%, 21,435%, dan 21,223%, semua dalam kriteria/kategori rendah. Data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sebagian kecil wanita karier yang berprofesi pendidik (guru/dosen) yang mengalami KDR

    Measuring frequency fluctuations in nonlinear nanomechanical resonators

    Advances in nanomechanics within recent years have demonstrated an always expanding range of devices, from top-down structures to appealing bottom-up MoS2_2 and graphene membranes, used for both sensing and component-oriented applications. One of the main concerns in all of these devices is frequency noise, which ultimately limits their applicability. This issue has attracted a lot of attention recently, and the origin of this noise remains elusive up to date. In this Letter we present a very simple technique to measure frequency noise in nonlinear mechanical devices, based on the presence of bistability. It is illustrated on silicon-nitride high-stress doubly-clamped beams, in a cryogenic environment. We report on the same T/fT/f dependence of the frequency noise power spectra as reported in the literature. But we also find unexpected {\it damping fluctuations}, amplified in the vicinity of the bifurcation points; this effect is clearly distinct from already reported nonlinear dephasing, and poses a fundamental limit on the measurement of bifurcation frequencies. The technique is further applied to the measurement of frequency noise as a function of mode number, within the same device. The relative frequency noise for the fundamental flexure δf/f0\delta f/f_0 lies in the range 0.5−0.01 0.5 - 0.01~ppm (consistent with literature for cryogenic MHz devices), and decreases with mode number in the range studied. The technique can be applied to {\it any types} of nano-mechanical structures, enabling progresses towards the understanding of intrinsic sources of noise in these devices.Comment: Published 7 may 201

    Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a contagious disease that can infect humans ,anyone , anytime and anywhere . Dengue disease transmitted through the bite of aedesagepty. The occurrence of dengue cases in various places can not be separated from people'sbehavior . Therefore, the behavior of the community in the prevention of DengueHemorrhagic Fever (DHF) become an important and urgent issue to be investigated .This study is a descriptive survey research and aims to identify and analyze thepicture of the behavior of the community in the prevention of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever inNagori Red Rambung Simalungun 2014. The results showed that the majority of surveyrespondents were in high school and most work as an entrepreneur. The knowledge of therespondent to prevent of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) were good. The attitude of therespondents to prevent DBD were quite well. The action of the respondents in quite well.Infrastructures to prevent Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) were less category. The role ofhealth workers to prevent Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) were quite good. The role ofcommunity leaders to prevent Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) were less. The suggestionsin this research were need to be improved knowledge, attitudes and actions ofthe communityto prevent Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) by more communication, information andeducation to the community on regular, improve the quality and quantity of infrastructure,the role ofhealth workers, and the community leaders in the future

    High Resolution BPM Upgrade for the ATF Damping Ring at KEK

    A beam position monitor (BPM) upgrade at the KEK Accelerator Test Facility (ATF) damping ring has been accomplished, carried out by a KEK/FNAL/SLAC collaboration under the umbrella of the global ILC R&D effort. The upgrade consists of a high resolution, high reproducibility read-out system, based on analog and processing, and also implements a new automatic gain error correction schema.     A Modern Ethernet Data Acquisition Architecture for Fermilab Beam Instrumentation

    The Fermilab Accelerator Division, Instrumentation Department is adopting an open-source framework to replace our embedded VME-based data acquisition systems. Utilizing an iterative methodology, we first moved to embedded Linux, removing the need for VxWorks. Next, we adopted Ethernet on each data acquisition module eliminating the need for the VME backplane in addition to communicating with a rack mount server. Development of DDCP (Distributed Data Communications Protocol), allowed for an abstraction between the firmware and software layers. Each data acquisition module was adapted to read out using 1 GbE and aggregated at a switch which up linked to a 10 GbE network. Current development includes scaling the system to aggregate more modules, to increase bandwidth to support multiple systems and to adopt MicroTCA as a crate technology. The architecture was utilized on various beamlines around the Fermilab complex including PIP2IT, FAST/IOTA and the Muon Delivery Ring. In summary, we were able to develop a data acquisition framework which incrementally replaces VxWorks & VME hardware as well as increases our total bandwidth to 10 Gbit/s using off the shelf Ethernet technology

    Tinjauan Faktor Air Semen terhadap Kuat Tekan, Kuat Tarik Belah dan Modulus Elastisitas

    Faktor air semen merupakan hal terpenting didalam pembentukan beton. Beton adalah bahan bangunan yang paling banyak digunakan pada konstruksi, karena konstruksi beton mempunyai beberapa kelebihan antara lain: bahan dasar mudah diperoleh, tahan terhadap berbagai cuaca, lebih mudah dan murah dalam pelaksanaan, serta perawatannya cukup mudah. Kekuatan beton tergantung pada perbandingan air semen serta memiliki ketahanan terhadap api yang lebih unggul dibandingkan material lain, sehingga mengalami penurunan kekuatan. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tinjauan 3 kelompok benda uji dengan kelompok 1 memiliki kuat tekan rencana 40 MPa serta dengan fas 0,4. Kelompok 2 memiliki kuat tekan rencana 30MPa dengan fas 0,5. Sedangkan kelompok 3 memiliki kuat tekan rencana 20MPa dengan fas 0,6. Pada 3 kelompok ini dilakukan pengujian terhadap kuat tekan, kuat tarik belah dan modulus elastisitas dalam campuran beton yang berbeda. Dari 3 kelompok tersebut diperoleh nilai hasil kuat tekan rata-rata, kuat tekan karakteristik, nilai kuat tarik belah rata-rata dan nilai modulus elastisitas benda uji. Jumlah benda uji sebanyak 108 benda uji berbentuk silinder dan diameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm kemudian dilakukan pengujian kuat tekan, kuat tarik belah dan modulus elastisitas. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kuat tekan rata-rata kelompok 1, 2, 3 berturut-turut 36,47MPa, 30,57MPadan 28,87MPa. Nilai kuat tekan karakteristik kelompok 1, 2 dan 3 berbeda campuran beton berturut-turut yaitu 32,09 MPa, 27,24 MPa, 19,80 MPa Lalu untuk hasil tes pengujian kuat tarik belah rata-rata kelompok 1, 2 dan 3 berturut-turut yaitu 3,562 MPa, 3,114 MPa, 2,902 MPa. Untuk hasil pengujian modulus elastisitas rata-rata kelompok 1, 2 dan 3 berturut-turut yaitu 7810,099 MPa, 6823,594 MPa dan 6543,058 MPa
