The search for the Hadith and understanding of the concepts and meaning is the important science. Moreover searching using concepts is a technique used with large data and purpose to obtain relevant results and more accurate. Accordingly the idea of building a search tool for Hadith by concepts to facilitate searches for users on the Web and make the Hadith is available in several ways. In this paper, we will design a concept search tool for Hadith. Our plan to work in three phases the first phase is select the dataset from Ahadith in Sahih Bukhari and define the concepts which will be extracted from the same book. Sahih Bukhari book is contains 100 concepts (book). Second phase generation of (HTML) files, each page will contain one Hadith text with four languages: Arabic, English, French, Russian, plus its concepts. The third phase builds a website to contain this tool

AbstractWe study the limit of the solution of a Semi-linear Variational Inequality (SVI for short) involving a second order differential operator of parabolic type with periodic coefficients and highly oscillating term. Our basic tool is the approach given by Pardoux [16]. In particular, we use the weak convergence of an associated reflected Backward Stochastic Differential Equation (BSDE for short)

Novel molecular targets in gastric adenocarcinoma.

Gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC) is the third leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide. A high mortality rate and resistance to treatment protocols due to a heterogeneous molecular pathogenesis has made discovering the key etiologic molecular alterations of the utmost importance. The remarkable role played by epigenetic modifications in repressing or activating many cancer-related genes and forming new epigenetic signatures can affect cancer initiation and progression. Hence, targeting the key epigenetic drivers could potentially attenuate cancer progression. MLLs, ARID1A and EZH2 are among the major epigenetic players that are frequently mutated in GACs. In this paper, we have proposed the existence of a network between these proteins that, together with PCAF and KDM6A, control the 3D chromatin structure and regulate the expression of tumor suppressor genes (TSGs) and oncogenes in GAC. Therefore, we suggest that manipulating the expression of EZH2, PCAF, and KDM6A or their downstream targets may reduce the cancerous phenotype in GAC

Nowadays, synthetic chemical antidiabetic drugs, besides their therapeutic effects, present adverse effects that could be hard to handle over time. In the last decade, studies reported new alternative molecules with more health benefits and less adverse effects. The goal of this study is to optimize a new antidiabetic formulation using plant flavonoids: Catechin, Epicatechin, and Rutin. They are also a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory molecules. A mixture design experiment will optimize their combination to obtain a new, safe multi-targets antidiabetic formulation making it a powerful combination for the management of diabetes and its complications. To study the variation of blood glucose level in response to the treatment over the time we performed an Oral Glucose Tolerance Test. The blood glucose level variations recorded as responses for the mixture design experiment. We used the molecules at a dose of 10 mg/kg. According to the software analysis, the prediction profiler showed us the optimum combination, and the result was a binary combination between Rutin and Epicatechin (25% and 75%, respectively). This combination prevented hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia, along with the best area under the curve, and after that, we validated it through a repeated oral administration on alloxan-induced diabetic mice for 28 d. Rutin, Catechin, and Epicatechin exhibit a potent antihyperglycemic activity, their synergistic combination validates a new formulation that could be a real candidate to conventional drugs. BACKGROUND: VS38c is a monoclonal antibody that recognises a rough endoplasmic reticulum (rER) intracellular antigen termed cytoskeleton-linking membrane protein 63. rER is typically found in viable tumour cells and is abundant in osteosarcoma cells. The aim of this study was to determine the diagnostic and prognostic utility of VS38c in the histological assessment of osteosarcoma and other bone tumours/tumour-like leisons. METHODS: Immunohistochemical staining with VS38c was carried out on formalin-fixed specimens of osteosarcoma (pre/post-chemotherapy) and a wide range of benign and malignant bone lesions. In addition, VS38c staining of cultures of MG63 and Sa0S2 osteosarcoma cell cultures. (±cisplatin and actinomycin D-treatment) was analysed. RESULTS: VS38c strongly stained tumour cells in all low-grade and high-grade osteosarcomas and in undifferentiated sarcomas and high-grade chondrosarcomas. There was little or no VS38c staining of low-grade chondrosarcomas or chordomas and variable staining of Ewing sarcomas. Osteoblasts in benign bone-forming tumours and mononuclear stromal cells in chondroblastomas, giant cell tumours and non-ossifying fibromas strongly stained for VS38c. VS38c staining was absent in cisplatin and actinomycin D treated Sa0S2 and MG63 cells. In specimens of osteosarcoma post-neoadjuvant therapy, VS38c staining was absent in most morphologically necrotic areas of tumor although some cells with pyknotic nuclei stained for VS38c in these areas. Most tumour cells exhibiting atypical nuclear forms were not stained by VS38c. CONCLUSIONS: Our findings show that VS38c is a sensitive but not specific diagnostic marker of osteosarcoma. Staining with VS38c identifies viable osteosarcoma cells, a feature which may be useful in the assessment of percentage tumour necrosis post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy

    Get PDF
Bee bread is a natural product obtained from the fermentation of bee pollen mixed with bee saliva and flower nectar inside the honeycomb cells of a hive. Bee bread is considered a functional product, having several nutritional virtues and various bioactive molecules with curative or preventive effects. This paper aims to review current knowledge regarding the chemical composition and medicinal properties of bee bread, evaluated in vitro and in vivo, and to highlight the benefits of the diet supplementation of bee bread for human health. Bee bread extracts (distilled water, ethanol, methanol, diethyl ether, and ethyl acetate) have been proven to have antioxidant, antifungal, antibacterial, and antitumoral activities, and they can also inhibit α-amylase and angiotensin I-converting enzyme in vitro. More than 300 compounds have been identified in bee bread from different countries around the world, such as free amino acids, sugars, fatty acids, minerals, organic acids, polyphenols, and vitamins. In vivo studies have revealed the efficiency of bee bread in relieving several pathological cases, such as hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, inflammation, and oxidative stress

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an epidemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2). Populations at risk as well as those who can develop serious complications are people with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and the elderly. Severe symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 infection are associated with immune failure and dysfunction. The approach of strengthening immunity may be the right choice in order to save lives. This review aimed to provide an overview of current information revealing the importance of bee products in strengthening the immune system against COVID-19. We highlighted the immunomodulatory and the antiviral effects of zinc and polyphenols, which may actively contribute to improving symptoms and preventing complications caused by COVID-19 and can counteract viral infections. Thus, this review will pave the way for conducting advanced experimental research to evaluate zinc and polyphenols-rich bee products to prevent and reduce the severity of COVID-19 symptoms.Peer reviewe
