Model for discrete optimal control of enterpriseβs financial processes
The problem of financial resources planning under uncertainty of cash flow over time, coordination of inflows and outflows of financial flows of the enterprise is solved in the article. A critical theoretical and methodological analysis of foreign and domestic literature has been carried out. In analyzing the problem of financial modeling and building the operational financial strategy we used methods of system analysis, control theory and optimal control, methods of data processing under uncertainty. The model for distribution of financial flows has been developed. It uses the principles of optimal dynamic control under criterion of cumulative risks of non-payment, transaction and opportunity costs minimizing. The practical significance of the research is in developed model application, allowing to improve the financial planning quality, to increase the management efficiency and operational efficiency of an enterprise

It is studied the influence of biologically active additives namivit and a superprotamine on activity of antioxidatic protection system at pregnant rats Wistar at action of an acute hypobaric hypoxia. It is established that the namivit and superprotamine application strengthened antioxidatic protection and reduced influence of oxidative stress by an pregnant females organism. It is shown that introduction to rats investigated preparations substantially reduced the maintenance of the general and albuminous SH-groups, and also enlarged level of free glutathione SH-groups. Thus the namivit's antyhypoxia effect has been expressed in a larger measure, than a superprotamine.ΠΠ·ΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΎ Π²Π»ΠΈΡΠ½ΠΈΠ΅ Π±ΠΈΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈ Π°ΠΊΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΡΡ

Phase transformation under direct laser writing in a YAG single crystal
The transformation from Y3Al5O12 to perovskite YAlO3 crystal phase was observed during ultrafast laser writing in the bulk of a Y3Al5O12 single crystal. The control of the phase transformation was demonstrated by tuning parameters of laser writing. The phenomenon is interpreted in terms of structural changes in the overheated garnet melt under laser heating followed by rapid solidification, and at least 1-ms dwell time of overheated melt is required to start spontaneous crystallization. The appearance of the perovskite phase was confirmed by Raman spectroscopy, quantitative phase and polarization microscopies
Unwinding of a DNA replication fork by a hexameric viral helicase
Hexameric helicases are motor proteins that unwind double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) during DNA replication but how they are optimised for strand separation is unclear. Here we present the cryo-EM structure of the full-length E1 helicase from papillomavirus, revealing all arms of a bound DNA replication fork and their interactions with the helicase. The replication fork junction is located at the entrance to the helicase collar ring, that sits above the AAAβ+βmotor assembly. dsDNA is escorted to and the 5Β΄ single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) away from the unwinding point by the E1 dsDNA origin binding domains. The 3Β΄ ssDNA interacts with six spirally-arranged Ξ²-hairpins and their cyclical top-to-bottom movement pulls the ssDNA through the helicase. Pulling of the RF against the collar ring separates the base-pairs, while modelling of the conformational cycle suggest an accompanying movement of the collar ring has an auxiliary role, helping to make efficient use of ATP in duplex unwinding

Synthesis and oxidation of 2-furyl-4-R-substituted and furo[3,2-c]- condensed 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1,10-phenanthrolines and quinolines
2-Furyl-4-substituted and furo[2,3-c]-condensed 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1,10- phenanthrolines were obtained for the first time from 8-aminoquinolines using the Povarov reaction. Various oxidizing agents were shown to effect the elimination of the substituent at C(4) with subsequent aromatization of the tetrahydroquinoline fragment. HIV infection risk perception and stigmatizing attitude: Results of surveys of dwellers from the Central Administrative District of Moscow
Aim. To study human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection risk perception and stigmatizing attitudes in the dwellers of the Central Administrative District of Moscow. Subjects and methods. An anonymous survey was conducted using specially developed questionnaires. A total of 893 people were interviewed. Each of the given indicators was used to ask 98 to 254 respondents. Among the survey participants, there were 92 healthcare workers, including 66 physicians and 26 representatives of middle-level and junior medical staff. According to their replies, the respondents were divided into 2 groups: 1) healthcare workers; 2) representatives of the so-called general population. Results. 91.3% of the healthcare workers gave a negative reply to the question: "Should contacts (intercourse) with people living with HIV (AIDS) be avoided to escape infection?". In Group 2, 58.8 and 23.5% of the respondents answered negatively and positively, respectively; and 17.6% had difficulty answering the question. In the general population group, 44.1% of the respondents answered negatively and 32.2% had difficulty answering the question: "Would you agree to live in the same room with anybody whom you know or suspect to be HIV positive?"; 23.8% agreed to do this. Among the healthcare workers, there were 46.7% of the respondents who answered positively. When the question: "Would you agree to send your child (grandson) to the kindergarten if you would learn that a HIV-infected child goes there?" was asked, 48.6 and 18.7% of the respondents in the general population group answered negatively and positively, respectively; 32.7% had difficulty answering. In the group of healthcare workers, 66.7% answered positively. Among both the healthcare workers and the representatives of the general population, more than 60% of the respondents agreed with the statement that "HIV-infected people lead a loose life". Conclusion. The specific features of perceiving a HIV infection risk and showing stigmatizing attitudes towards HIV-infected patients make the forming less dangerous behaviors difficult and restrict an access to care and support in infected patients. The training of healthcare workers in issues related to HIV infection should involve the identification of stigmatizing attitudes and the application of destigmatization strategies
