    The innovation approaches to providing construction companies with financial resources

    Effective innovative development of the construction industry is impossible without providing the companies with financial resources. In turn some innovation approaches both in banks, and in non-bank credit organizations were created concerning this issue. The authors define the type of the innovations, occurring in the sphere of financing and crediting of construction companies as improving innovations or modification, aimed at the improvement of service while preserving the main functions and principles of the services rendering. First of all the innovations are based on the use of information technologies, such as application of big data, artificial intelligence, information analysis of the clients’ social networks for the adoption of the credit decision; the development of online crediting, creation of the infrastructure of the alternate investments and credits for providing the companies with financial resources. The purpose of this research was the identification and characteristic of the top innovation trends in providing the companies with financial resources. The system approach, methods of groupping, statistic and comparative analysis were applied for the achievement of this purpose. The results of the analysis allowed to conclude, that the innovation approaches make financial resources more available for the companies. Some modern problems of the information technology development in the field of financing and crediting were considered as the debatable question. The matter of the role of banks in the creation of the innovation system of providing the companies with financial resources is also considered

    The principles of ESG in management as the basis of sustainable development of the company, industry and economy in general are considered in the article. The authors deal with the issue, whether the rupture of economic links and financial schemes, as well as the exception of the Russian companies from the international ESG-ratings can lead to refusal of the ESG-principles in management. The features, peculiar to each of the ESG aspects in the conditions of the anti-Russian sanctions in 2022 are considered. The problems and strengths of the Russian companies, the degree of prevalence of the ESG principles among the Russian entrepreneurs are revealed. According to the data of analyst companies, research and polls, the authors conclude, that the enterprises applying the ESG-principles have more chances to recover from the current crisis successfully

    Трифторацетат кальция: новый структурный тип

    Objectives. The study was devoted to considering the features of the synthesis and crystal structure of calcium trifluoroacetate Ca2(CF3COO)4·8CF3COOH and investigating the products of its thermal behavior.Methods. The compositions of the proposed structural form were characterized by various physicochemical methods (X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy), and the products of thermal decomposition were determined under dynamic vacuum conditions.Results. The reaction between calcium carbonate and 99% trifluoroacetic acid yielded a new structural type of calcium trifluoroacetate Ca2(CF3COO)4·8CF3COOH (I) in the form of colorless prismatic crystals unstable air. X-ray diffraction results confirmed the composition I: space group P21, with unit cell parameters: a = 10.0193(5) Å, b = 15.2612(7) Å, c = 16.3342(8) Å, β = 106.106(2)°, V = 2399.6(2) Å3, Z = 2. The structure is molecular, constructed from Ca2(CF3COO)4·8CF3COOH dimers. The end molecules of the trifluoroacetic acid were involved in the formation of intramolecular hydrogen bonds with oxygen atoms of the bidentate bridging anions CF3COO−. There were strongly pronouncedsymmetric and asymmetric absorption bands of COO and CF3-groups in the IR spectrum of the resulting compound in the range of 1200–1800 cm−1. The definite peak of the oscillation of the OH-group at 3683 cm−1 corresponds to the trifluoroacetic acid molecules present in the structure. The broadpeak of the valence oscillations in the range of 3300–3500 cm−1 is caused by the presence of intramolecular hydrogen bonds. Decomposition began at 250°C and 10−2 mm Hg with calcium fluoride CaF2 as the final decomposition product.Conclusions. We obtained a previously undescribed calcium–trifluoroacetic acid complex whose composition can be represented by Ca2(CF3COO)4·8CF3COOH. The crystal island structure is a dimeric molecule where the calcium atoms are bound into dimers by four trifluoroacetate groups. The complex was deposited in the Cambridge Structural Data Bank with a deposit number CCDC 2081186. Although the compound has a molecular structure, thermal decomposition leads to the formation of calcium fluoride characterized by a small particle size, which may further determine its applications.Цели. Работа посвящена рассмотрению особенностей синтеза и кристаллического строения трифторацетата кальция Ca2(CF3COO)4·8CF3COOH, а также изучению продуктов его термического поведения.Методы. Соединение охарактеризовано различными физико-химическими методами (рентгеноструктурный анализ, ИК-спектроскопия), установлены продукты термического разложения в условиях динамического вакуума.Результаты. Взаимодействием карбоната кальция с 99% трифторуксусной кислотой синтезирован новый структурный тип трифторацетата кальция Ca2(CF3COO)4·8CF3COOH (I) в виде неустойчивых на воздухе бесцветных призматических кристаллов. Строение I установлено по результатам рентгеноструктурного анализа: пространственная группа Р21, параметры элементарной ячейки: a = 10.0193(5) Å, b = 15.2612(7) Å, c = 16.3342(8) Å, β = 106.106(2)°, V = 2399.6(2) Å3, Z = 2. Структура молекулярная, построена из димеров Ca2(CF3COO)4·8CF3COOH. Торцевые молекулы трифторуксусной кислоты участвуют в образовании внутримолекулярных водородных связей с атомами кислорода бидентатных мостиковых анионов CF3COO−. На ИК-спектре полученного соединения в диапазоне 1200–1800 см−1 присутствуют ярко выраженные симметричные и асимметричные полосы поглощения СОО и CF3-групп. Четкий пик колебания OH-группы на 3683 см−1 соответствует присутствующим в структуре молекулам трифторуксусной кислоты. Широкий пик валентных колебаний в области 3300–3500 см−1 обусловлен наличием внутримолекулярных водородных связей. При давлении 10−2 мм рт.ст. разложение начинается при 250 °С, конечным продуктом разложения является фторид кальция CaF2.Выводы. Нами получен ранее не описанный комплекс кальция с трифторуксусной кислотой, состав которого может быть представлен формулой Ca2(CF3COO)4·8CF3COOH, кристаллическая островная структура которого представляет собой димерную молекулу, а атомы кальция связаны в димеры четырьмя трифторацетатными группами. Комплекс задепонирован в Кембриджском банке структурных данных, номер депонирования – CCDC 2081186. Соединение имеет молекулярное строение, термическое разложение приводит к образованию фторида кальция, характеризующегося небольшим размером частиц, что может в дальнейшем обусловить его применение

    Objective: to evaluate the efficiency and the safety of treatment with injectable chondroitin sulfate (ICS) in combination with dosed physical exercise (exercise therapy (ET)) for hand osteoarthritis (HOA).Patients and methods. A study group consisted of 68 patients with HOA; the diagnosis of which was established in accordance with the 1991 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) criteria. The investigators identified two groups: 1) 36 women and 4 men; mean age, 62.2±3.4 years (a study group); 2) 20 women and 8 men; mean age, 61.7±6.5 years (a control group). Group 1 patients received treatment with 25 intramuscular ICS (Chondroguard) injections per cycle and underwent ET under the guidance of a trainer. In the first 3–5 days, the patients could take nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Group 2 patients were prescribed a magnetic therapy cycle (alternating pulsed magnetic field, 15–20-minute hand exposure, a total of 10 sessions). They could also take NSAIDs within the first 3–5 days. A visual analogue scale (VAS, mm) was used to analyze hand pain severity over time: at baseline, at 3 weeks, and at 3 months after the start of treatment.Results and discussion. The dynamics of VAS joint pain was statistically more significant in Group 1 than in Group 2: 69.1±2.83 and 71.1±2.15 mm at baseline; 42.6±1.16 and 57.14±1.96 mm at 3 weeks (p<0.05), and 36.4±2.96 and 62.8±3.26 mm at 3 months (p<0.001). Similarly, Group 1 versus Group 2 showed a greater improvement in indicators, such as a decrease in the duration of morning stiffness in the hands and an increase in their grip strength. No adverse reactions requiring discontinuation of treatment or special therapy were noted in both groups.Conclusion. The investigation showed the advantage of ICS used in combination with ET over magnetotherapy in the treatment of patients with HOA.Цель исследования – оценка эффективности и безопасности лечения остеоартрита (ОА) суставов кистей (СК) инъекционной формой (ИФ) хондроитина сульфата (ХС) в комбинации с дозированными физическими нагрузками (лечебная физкультура, ЛФК).Пациенты и методы. Исследуемую группу составили 68 больных ОА СК, диагноз установлен в соответствии с критериями Американской коллегии ревматологов (American College of Rheumatology, ACR, 1991). Были выделены две группы пациентов: 1-я группа (основная), которую составили 36 женщин и 4 мужчины (средний возраст 62,2±3,4 года), и 2-я группа (контрольная), в которую вошли 20 женщин и 8 мужчин (средний возраст 61,7±6,5 года). Больным 1-й группы назначали лечение ИФ ХС (Хондрогард), 25 внутримышечных (в/м) инъекций на курс, и ЛФК под руководством инструктора. В первые 3–5 дней пациенты могли принимать нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты (НПВП). Больные 2-й группы получали курс магнитотерапии (переменное импульсное магнитное поле, воздействие на кисти рук 15–20 мин, всего 10 процедур). Они также могли использовать НПВП в первые 3–5 дней. В динамике анализировали выраженность боли в кистях рук по визуальной аналоговой шкале (ВАШ, мм) исходно, через 3 нед и через 3 мес после начала лечения.Результаты и обсуждение. Динамика боли в суставах по ВАШ была статистически более значимой в 1-й группе, чем во 2-й: исходно – 69,1±2,83 и 71,1±2,15 мм, через 3 нед – 42,6±1,16 и 57,14±1,96 мм (p<0.05), через 3 мес – 36,4±2,96 и 62,8±3,26 мм (p<0,001). Аналогично отмечалось большее улучшение в 1-й группе по сравнению со 2-й по таким показателям, как уменьшение длительности утренней скованности в кистях и повышение силы сжатия кисти. Нежелательных реакций, потребовавших прерывания лечения или специальной терапии, не выявлено в обеих группах.Заключение. Результаты исследования показали преимущество использования ИФ ХС в комбинации с ЛФК при лечении больных ОА СК по сравнению с применением магнитотерапии

    Markers of myocardial injury and inflammation after radiofrequency ablation in children and adolescents

    Aim. To assess the severity of myocardial damage and inflammation after radiofrequency ablation in children and adolescents using biochemical markers.Material and methods. The study included 58 children with tachyarrhythmias (Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome, WPW phenomenon, atrial tachycardia, paroxysmal atrioventricular reciprocating tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia) who underwent catheter ablation from July to October 2019. Before and after surgical treatment (after 2 hours and 5 days), the blood concentrations of myocardial damage and inflammation biomarkers (myoglobin, creatine phosphokinase-MB, interleukin-8, C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor alpha, metalloproteinase (MMP)-2, MMP-9, heart-type fatty acid binding protein). During the operation, catheter ablation parameters (power, temperature, application duration), the localization of arrhythmogenic focus and the type of ablation catheter were recorded. Their relationship with changes in the concentration of biochemical markers before and after intervention was studied.Results. Two hours after the operation, the concentrations of myoglobin, creatine phosphokinase-MB, MMP-9, heart-type fatty acid binding protein were increased several times (p<0,05). Changes in concentrations of interleukin-8, tumor necrosis factor alpha after the operation was not revealed. On the 5th day, elevated levels of cardiac markers returned to baseline values. MMP-9 level also decreased, but was higher than the preoperative level. Using Spearman’s correlation analysis, a direct relationship was revealed between the application duration and heart-type fatty acid binding protein level.Conclusion. Radiofrequency ablation is a safe method of treating arrhythmias in children and adolescents, since there is low volume of damaged myocardium. There was a slight increase in the level of biochemical markers after ablation (myoglobin, creatine phosphokinase-MB, fatty acid binding protein, MMP-9), incomparable with their rise in acute coronary syndrome, as well as the rapid decrease in the early postoperative period

    ТУБЕРКУЛЕЗНЫЙ МЕНИНГИТ У ДЕТЕЙ: СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ТРЕБОВАНИЯ К ДИАГНОСТИКЕ

    Тhe aim: to analyze reasons of late diagnostics and course specifics of tuberculosis meningitis (TBM) in children in Saint Petersburg, Russia.Materials and methods: Data was obtained from the Russian official statistics on the frequency of childhood tuberculosis meningitis in 2000-2016. We also analyzed the frequency, the course and the diagnostic specifics of tuberculosis meningitis in children in 2005–2016 in Saint Petersburg.Results and discussion: In the Russian Federation the number of children diagnosed with tuberculosis meningitis per year was reduced from 51 in 2000 to 13 in 2016. In Saint Petersburg over the period of 2005 to 2016 there were seven registered cases of childhood tuberculosis meningitis. Unfortunately only three children out of seven in Saint Petersburg tuberculosis meningitis cases survived. The main factors associated with tuberculosis meningitis in children were young age, children three years old and younger (5 out of 7 children), the presence of a TB patient in the family (6 out of 7 children), lack of BCG vaccination (5 out of 7 children), and poor socio-economic situation (5 out of 7 children). Three out of seven children developed tuberculosis meningitis after becoming HIV positive. The following methods of tuberculosis meningitis diagnostics exist in Russia: Diaskintest, PCR, and Bactec culture tests for Mycobacterium tuberculosis. QuantiFERON-TB Gold and T-SPOT.TB are available but too expensive for most patients. However, a low prevalence of tuberculosis meningitis cases resulted in insufficient attention to TBM, late diagnostics and fatal cases. Three clinical cases were analyzed.Conclusion: To improve tuberculosis meningitis treatment outcomes it is necessary to raise awareness of TB infection among treatment providers, especially when evaluating high risk children population. It is critical to determine presence of latent Mycobacterium tuberculosis, use all etiological diagnostic methods, including PCR and Bactec, when analyzing cerebrospinal fluid and other specimen, and initiate anti-TB treatment immediately when tuberculosis meningitis is suspected. Цель: проанализировать причины поздней диагностики и особенности течения туберкулезных менингитов у детей на современном этапе.Материалы и методы: изучены данные официальной статистики частоты туберкулезных менингитов у детей по Российской Федерации за 17 лет (2000–2016 гг.), изучены частота, особенности течения и диагностики туберкулезных менингитов у детей в СанктПетербурге за 12 лет (2005–2016 гг.).Результаты: в Российской Федерации за 2000– 2016 гг. число туберкулезных менингитов у детей снизилось с 51 до 13 случаев в год. В Санкт-Петербурге с 2005 по 2016 г. имело место 7 случаев туберкулезного менингита у детей, из них умерли 4 ребенка, выжили – 3. Предрасполагающими факторами к развитию туберкулезного менингита были возраст до 3 лет (5 из 7 детей), наличие семейного туберкулезного контакта (6 из 7), отсутствие вакцинации БЦЖ (5 из 7 детей), плохие социальные условия (5 из 7). У 3 из 7 детей туберкулезный менингит развился на фоне ВИЧ-инфекции. В настоящее время появились новые методы верификации туберкулезной инфекции (Диаскинтест, QuantiFERONTB Gold, T-SPOT.ТВ), быстрые методы идентификации МБТ (полимеразная цепная реакция, посев материала на МБТ на жидкие питательные среды в автоматизированном комплексе Bactec). Однако редкость случаев туберкулезного менингита привела к отсутствию фтизиатрической настороженности, поздней диагностике туберкулезного менингита и летальным исходам. Приведены 3 случая из клинической практики.Заключение: для улучшения исходов туберкулезных менингитов необходимо повысить фтизиатрическую настороженность в учреждениях общей лечебной сети, особенно в отношении детей из групп риска; уметь устанавливать факт инфицирования МБТ, применяя современные методы; использовать все методы этиологической диагностики, включая новые быстрые методы ПЦР и Baсtec, как в ликворе, так и в других материалах; без промедления назначать противотуберкулезные препараты при подозрении на туберкулезный менингит
