The alloy was obtained by directional solidification method.     The service unit moreover is considered from the point of view of functioning in the text. The relevance of the study is due, on the one hand, to the inclusion of the research in the study of the linguistics of the text and linguistic units that serve as means of communication in the text, on the other hand, to the lack of special descriptions of text clips in research and lexicographic sources. The novelty of the research is seen in the fact that an attempt was made to describe the general regularities of the functioning of the bond moreover in the text, characteristic contexts were identified. The description of this word in scientific literature and lexicography is analyzed. In the course of the analysis, it was revealed that the unit also functions as a text bond with the value of attachment. A total of 5 contextual modifications have been established. Three modifications are related to the degree of significance of the information in the attached comment. Two more modifications relate to the text-forming function, which is performed by the bond moreover. To identify the features of the functioning of the studied bond, examples of its use in various journalistic and literary texts were analyzed

    The subject of this research is the concept of a child’s legal capacity in an interdisciplinary context and the validity of various approaches for determining the essence and scope of a child’s legal capacity in terms of Russian public and private legislation and to provide suggestions for improvement.Methodology: The authors’ general research methods for cognition are: analysis, synthesis, and abstraction. This research is also based on legal acts and judicial practice, as well as on the opinions of scientists.Results: On the one hand, differentiations in terms of the essence, structure and scope of a child’s legal capacity within the branches of Russian law are justified according to the specifics of their subject and methods of legal regulation. On the other hand, the differences in approaches presented in them, especially according to age criterion, are far from universally justified, and this is especially characteristic of the active component of legal personality – or legal capacity. Thus, 14 and 16 are the ages of legal capacity in terms of constitutional law; 6, 14 and 16 for civil law; 14, 15 and 16 for labour law; 15 for medical law; 10, 14, 15, 16 for family law; etc. The law on education does not indicate any age benchmarks, being oriented towards the school education periods. At the same time, the lower boundaries of ‘minimal legal capacity’ are established only for the sake of civil legal relations and administrative and criminal liability. In other cases, in the assessment of a child’s ability to make legally significant decisions, the law enforcement officer considers a child’s individual psychological characteristics. Typically this approach proves to be correct. Psychological data indicate the development of an acceptable level of cognitive ability by the age of 12; therefore, the formally enshrined concept of child consent to certain legally significant acts beginning at the age of 10 requires discussion and possible adjustment. The ages of 14 and 16 as starting points for basic elements of the legal capacity (legal personality) are reasonable and must be applied systematically; other intermediate solutions are not justified. In terms of a generally correct decision with regard to the moment when the age of legal capacity begins, it would be reasonable to correlate this with the protection of a child’s interests before his/her birth. There is no unified approach to understanding a child’s ability to perform legal duties: in civil law such ability is denied, while in other legal spheres it exists. As for family law, it should be assimilated into the general group. Conclusions: the concept of a child’s legal capacity requires systematization and enhancement as a prerequisite for a reasonable and justified arrangement of children's world – both within the family and in the public sphere.Исследуются актуальные правовые аспекты содержания правосубъектности ребенка различных возрастных категорий, прежде всего его дееспособности, относительно сущности и дифференциации объема которой имеются далеко не всегда обоснованные различия в отраслях российского законодательства – частных и публичных. Анализируется значение нормативно-правовых предписаний об охране его интересов до рождения. На основе обобщения норм различных отраслей российского и зарубежного законодательства, наделяющих ребенка определенными юридическими обязанностями, выявляется необходимость включения данной конструкции и в семейное законодательство. Выводы подкрепляются данными психологической доктрины об особенностях развития ребенка в зависимости от возраста и иных факторов

    The article presents the evaluation results of impacts of various strengthening mechanisms to flow stress. Such evaluations were made on the basis of the measured parameters of the dislocation substructure formed in monocrystals of [001]-Ni3Fe alloy deformed by compression within the stage II. It was found that the main impact to deformation resistance in the alloys with net substructure is made by the mechanism of dislocation impediment, which is caused by contact interaction between moving dislocations and forest dislocations

    Exploring the pre-immune landscape of antigen-specific T cells

    Abstract Background Adaptive immune responses to newly encountered pathogens depend on the mobilization of antigen-specific clonotypes from a vastly diverse pool of naive T cells. Using recent advances in immune repertoire sequencing technologies, models of the immune receptor rearrangement process, and a database of annotated T cell receptor (TCR) sequences with known specificities, we explored the baseline frequencies of T cells specific for defined human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I-restricted epitopes in healthy individuals. Methods We used a database of TCR sequences with known antigen specificities and a probabilistic TCR rearrangement model to estimate the baseline frequencies of TCRs specific to distinct antigens epitopespecificT-cells. We verified our estimates using a publicly available collection of TCR repertoires from healthy individuals. We also interrogated a database of immunogenic and non-immunogenic peptides is used to link baseline T-cell frequencies with epitope immunogenicity. Results Our findings revealed a high degree of variability in the prevalence of T cells specific for different antigens that could be explained by the physicochemical properties of the corresponding HLA class I-bound peptides. The occurrence of certain rearrangements was influenced by ancestry and HLA class I restriction, and umbilical cord blood samples contained higher frequencies of common pathogen-specific TCRs. We also identified a quantitative link between specific T cell frequencies and the immunogenicity of cognate epitopes presented by defined HLA class I molecules. Conclusions Our results suggest that the population frequencies of specific T cells are strikingly non-uniform across epitopes that are known to elicit immune responses. This inference leads to a new definition of epitope immunogenicity based on specific TCR frequencies, which can be estimated with a high degree of accuracy in silico, thereby providing a novel framework to integrate computational and experimental genomics with basic and translational research efforts in the field of T cell immunology

    Дыхательная реабилитация у больных вирусной пневмонией на фоне новой коронавирусной инфекции

    Pulmonary rehabilitation in COVID-19 patients with pneumonia is associated with better treatment outcomes. However, existing protocols have never been evaluated in randomized control studies. The aim. To evaluate the effectiveness of newly-developed pulmonary rehabilitation protocol compared to basic Russian COVID-19 guidelines for patients with oxygenation index (OI) between 200 and 400 points without IMV. Methods. Based on literature reviews and own clinical experience, standard rehabilitation protocol was designed and tailored for specific needs of low-OI patients. Two clinical centers participated in the study and included total 73 patients in main group. Control group included 73 retrospective patients based in propensity score; this patients received standard protocol of early pneumonia activation from official COVID-19 guidelines. Ten-days clinical outcomes were assessed based on parameter distribution type. Results. Evidence show significant difference in required time of continuous oxygen support in (5.1 ± 3.3 vs 8.0 ± 4.6 days for main and control group respectively. Main group also had mildly better functional. We’ve observed less mortality in main group, but attribute it not to the program, but for growing experience of health professionals and decreased loads on health system. Malignancy as comorbidity was considered a significant cofactor also. Conclusion. New pulmonary rehabilitation protocol improves clinical outcomes in critical COVID-19 patients by decreasing the demand fox oxygen support.При использовании дыхательной реабилитации при пневмонии, ассоциированной с новой коронавирусной инфекцией (НКИ), отмечено улучшение результатов лечения. Однако типовые протоколы дыхательной реабилитации для тяжелых форм коронавирусной пневмонии по данным рандомизированных исследований до настоящего момента не оценивались. Целью рандомизированного клинического исследования, проведенного в 2 клинических центрах, явилось определение эффективности протокола дыхательной реабилитации у больных с индексом оксигенации < 400 и > 200 при самостоятельном дыхании или кислородной поддержке по сравнению с пациентами, у которых реабилитация не проводилась. Материалы и методы. В исследовании приняли участие пациенты (n = 146) с ДН, отобранные методом ретроспективной псевдорандомизации среди больных, проходивших лечение ранее. Разработан протокол из 5 последовательных упражнений дыхательной гимнастики. Пациентам основной группы (n = 73) к лечению в течение 10 дней добавлена исследуемая реабилитационная программа, затем оценивались результаты. Результаты. Получено достоверное различие продолжительности непрерывной кислородной поддержки между группами (5,1 ± 3,3 дня vs 8,0 ± 4,6 дня). При анализе в подгруппах важной самостоятельной ковариатой исхода оказалось наличие онкологического заболевания. Заключение. При использовании комплекса лечебной физической культуры в остром периоде течения НКИ повышается эффективность лечения за счет раннего снижения потребности в кислородной поддержке, ускоренной нормализации индекса оксигенации, повышения толерантности к физической нагрузке

    Ebola treatment hospital was constructed within the frames of the West Africa support infinitive of the Russian Federation, in cooperation with the United Company “RUSAL”. Permanent building with bed capacity rated 60 and strict separation of clean area from hazard zone set this medical facility apart from tent camps, which are used by international organizations. For the first time ever, in West Africa, deployed was a strategy of waste decontamination using caustic. It is of note that due to biological safety procedure compliance, no case of nosocomial infection was registered during the whole time of operation. Commissioning of this hospital is an effective mechanism for Ebola virus disease control
