    MANTLE-CRUST INTERACTION AT THE LATE STAGE OF EVOLUTION OF HERCYNIAN ALTAI COLLISION SYSTEM, WESTERN PART OF CAOB

    Altai collision system of Hercynides was formed in Late Paleozoic as a result of oblique collision of Siberian continent and Kazakhstan composed terrane [Vladimirov et al., 2003; 2008; Xiao et al., 2010]. At the late stages of its evolution (time interval from 310–300 to 280–270 Ma) the huge different mafic and felsic magmatism occurred at the territory (Fig. 1) [Vladimirov et al., 2008; Khromykh et al., 2011, 2013, 2014, 2016; Kotler et al., 2015; Sokolova et al., 2016]. It is evident about increased thermal gradient in lithosphere and about significant role of mantle and active manifestation of mantle-crust interactions.     The Study of Thermal Reversibility of the Freezing-defrost Process of Browned Onion

    The features and dynamics of the freezing-defrost processes of the studied sample of browned onion were established and studied. At the research it was revealed, that at freezing temperature –20 °С the value of maximal freezing speed does not change.The process of defrost of browned onion was carried out using calorimeter with the reverse connection on temperature and PID-regulator, on the temperature curve of its freezing. It was determined, that the process of defrost of the studied sample needs more heat that is educed at freezing. The modes of stepped defrost that testify to the possibility of thermal reversibility of freezing process were experimentally established.The direct dependence of educed and consumed heat quantity on the mode of thermal processing of studied sample was revealed. The more moisture was eliminated from the food product, the less heat must be consumed for defrost. The analogous dependence is typical also for the freezing process.The received data can be used for determination of the rational modes of freezing and defrost of the browned onion

    Optimization of the subject matter of profile training disciplines for bachelors' vocational education on the basis of occupational standards

    Applicability of the issue under study is conditioned by the need in development of principal educational programs by higher education institutions with accounting for requirements of appropriate occupational standards and necessity in reviewing of the requirements of occupational standards and reflecting them within the scope of competences formed. The paper is aimed at substantiation of the subject matter of profile training disciplines for vocational education of bachelors within the context of competence and process approaches and with accounting for occupational standards. The leading method of study of this issue is modeling which allows considering the issue under study as a process of recognized accounting of requirements of appropriate occupational standards wherein employers' opinions are fixed in the regulatory mode. The structural-functional model of selection of the subject matter of profile disciplines for the training program is developed; the following algorithms are developed: 1) of analysis of occupational standards; 2) of comparing of occupational standards with curriculum disciplines; 3) of analysis of the subject matter of labour functions, labour actions, knowledge and skills when developing working programs and assessment resources funds; the model has been successfully tested on the example of profile training of vocational education bachelors. The paper presents the structure-functional model of selection of the subject matter of profile disciplines of the educational program with taking into account of occupational standards requirements which define competences acquired by a graduate, i.e. his/her ability to use knowledge, skills and personal qualities in accordance with the occupational activity; the process approach to implementation of this model is applied. © Authors

    The Colour Vocabulary in Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury and its Russian Translation

Принята к печати 31.10.2018.Статья посвящена сопоставительному анализу колористической лексики в оригинале и русском переводе романа Р. Брэдбери «451° по Фаренгейту». Выявление своеобразия цветовой картины мира романа как компонента идиостиля писателя осуществляется на основе анализа особенностей функционирования цветовых обозначений в структуре художественного текста. Используемые автором цветовые обозначения служат не только средством прямой номинации цвета, но и выступают в качестве важного компонента поэтики романа, определяющего его стилистическое своеобразие. Количественный анализ колорем показывает, что произведение имеет специфическую цветовую палитру, которая связана с ключевыми темами произведения и представлена наиболее частотными в оригинале и переводе основными цветами черно-красно-белого ряда и их оттенками. Помимо прилагательных, выразителями цвета в романе служат имена существительные, глаголы и причастия, а также различные по структуре словосочетания. Среди последних особенно выделяются образные средства «объектной» номинации цвета, содержащие скрытое сравнение: такие сложные в структурном плане номинации содержат лексическую единицу, имеющую в качестве денотата объект материального мира, выступающий в качестве «эталонного» носителя соответствующего цветового признака. Анализ классического русского перевода, принадлежащего Т. Н . Шинкарь, показывает, что в русскоязычной версии романа использовано большее количество колорем, чем в оригинальном тексте, кроме того, более активно применяются сравнительные обороты с цветовым компонентом, что связано со стремлением переводчика более точно передать цветовые характеристики, в том числе имплицитные. В статье особое внимание уделяется способам перевода окказиональных авторских цветообозначений с использованием различных видов переводческих трансформаций.This article is devoted to the comparative analysis of colour vocabulary in Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury and its Russian translation. The author defines the uniqueness of the world colour picture of the novel as a component of the writer’s individual style referring to the analysis of features functioning in the structure of the literary text. The colour designations used by the author are not only a means of direct colour nomination, they also act as an important component of the poetics of the novel which determines its stylistic identity. Quantitative analysis of the colour vocabulary demonstrates that the work has a specific colour palette, which is related to the key themes of the work and represented by the most frequent black, red, and white colours and their shades in the source and target texts. In addition to adjectives, nouns, verbs, and participles, and even whole phrases of different structure are used to denote colours in the novel. Among the latter, it is important to point out figurative means of “object” nominations of colours containing a hidden simile: such structurally complex nominations contain a lexical unit having an object of the material world as its denotation, acting as a “reference” carrier of the corresponding colour attribute. Analysis of the classic Russian translation by T. N. Shinkar shows that the Russian version of the novel uses more colours than the original text. Moreover, comparative constructions with the colour component are more actively used due to the translator’s desire to convey colour characteristics more accurately, including the ones implied. The article focuses on nonce colour terms used by the author and methods of their translation with the help of various types of translation transformations

    Oxidative Modification of the Proteins of Breast and Cow Milk

    One of the important modern characteristics of the nutritional and biological value of milk and dairy products is the antioxidant properties. The high stability and sensitivity of the determination of carbonyl derivatives of proteins, as well as the informative value of the action of antioxidants, allow using them as the markers of oxidative damage. The purpose of this paper was to compare the level of carbonyl derivatives of proteins in breast and cow milk. The determination of the oxidative modification of proteins was based on the reaction of carbonyl derivatives of amino acid residues with 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine. The content of the products was determined during spontaneous and metal-catalyzed oxidative modification of the proteins. During the determination of the spontaneously formed carbonyl derivatives of the proteins, their significantly higher content in cow milk compared to breast milk was established. This increase ranged from 46% to 83% at different wavelengths. Thus, the determination of carbonyl derivatives of amino acid residues of the proteins made it possible to reveal significant differences in the antioxidant properties of breast and cow milk, manifested in a lower level of carbonyl derivatives in breast milk. The lower level of carbonyl derivatives in the composition of breast milk proteins is likely associated with the increased activity of the antioxidant system of breast milk or the increased rate of removal of damaged proteins upon activation of milk proteases.
