Studying the formation of the charging session number at public charging stations for electric vehicles
The energy industry is a leader of introduction and development of energy supply technologies from renewable energy sources. However, there are some disadvantages of these energy systems, namely, the low density and inconsistent nature of the energy input, which leads to an increase in the cost of the produced electric energy in comparison to the traditional energy complexes using hydrocarbon fuel resources. Therefore, the smart grid technology based on preliminary calculation parameters of the energy system develops in cities. This area should also be used to organize the charging infrastructure of electric vehicles, as the electrification of road transport is one of the global trends. As a result, a current task of the transport and energy field is the development of scientifically based approaches to the formation of the urban charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of the application flow formation for the charge of the electric vehicle battery. The results obtained provide a basis for building a simulation model for determining the required number of charging stations in the city, taking into account the criteria of minimizing operating costs for electric vehicle owners and energy companies. © 2020 by the authors.Ministerstwo Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego, MNiSW: 0825-2020-0014Government Council on Grants, Russian FederationAcknowledgments: The work was supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, contract № 0825-2020-0014. Anisotropic relaxation in NADH excited states studied by polarization-modulation pump-probe transient spectroscopy
We present the results of experimental and theoretical studies of fast
anisotropic relaxation and rotational diffusion in the first electron excited
state of biological coenzyme NADH in water-ethanol solutions. The experiments
have been carried out by means of a novel polarization-modulation transient
method and fluorescence polarization spectroscopy. For interpretation of the
experimental results a model of the anisotropic relaxation in terms of scalar
and vector properties of transition dipole moments and based on the
Born-Oppenheimer approximation has been developed. The results obtained suggest
that the dynamics of anisotropic rovibronic relaxation in NADH under excitation
with 100~fs pump laser pulses can be characterised by a single vibration
relaxation time laying in the range 2--15~ps and a single rotation
diffusion time laying in the range 100--450~ps a subject of ethanol
concentration. The dependence of the times and on the
solution polarity (static permittivity) and viscosity has been determined and
analyzed. Limiting values of an important parameter describing the rotation of the transition dipole
moment in the course of vibrational relaxation has been determined from
experiment as function of the ethanol concentration and analyzed.Comment: 14 pages, 13 figure

Synthesis and tribological properties of new fluoro-containing oligomers
Oligomers based on (polyfluoroalkyl)methyl oxiranes and thiiranes was first synthesized by the cationic polymerization in the presence of boron trifluoride etherate. Molecular weights of the products were defined by cryoscopic method. It was found that synthesized oligomers can be used as additives to industrial lubricants and sulfur oligomers are of the greatest positive tribological effect. © Pleiades Publishing, Ltd., 2013
Current Approaches to Demonstration of Therapeutic Equivalence of Locally-Acting Gastrointestinal Drugs
Evolution of knowledge about pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of locally acting products, and an increase in the number of generics and medicines under development have laid the ground for the development of new scientific approaches to planning and conducting of therapeutic equivalence studies of medicinal products acting locally in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. To date, many international guidelines on planning and conducting of bioequivalence (BE) studies of locally acting GI products have been updated, however, there are still no such guidelines in the Russian Federation and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Therefore, elaboration of common methodological approaches to the planning of clinical studies of these products is of particular relevance for the EAEU. The aim of the study was to analyse foreign approaches to planning, conducting, and evaluation of therapeutic equivalence studies of locally acting GI products. The paper analyses the guidelines of the European Medicines Agency and the US Food and Drug Administration on the planning, conduct, and evaluation of BE studies of locally acting GI products. The analysis demonstrated that BE clinical trials are giving way to in vitro studies providing a sensitive and accurate assessment of the differences between a locally acting GI product and the reference product, based on careful consideration of the medicine’s mechanism of action, dosage form, and site of action. The paper gives examples of test methods applied to medicinal products with a complex biopharmaceutical profile whose bioequivalence assessment is challenging, with a special focus on mesalazine products. The results of the analysis may be used for elaboration of a harmonised methodological approach to planning and conducting therapeutic equivalence studies of locally acting GI products in the Russian Federation and EAEU
