    Plagiarisme adalah penggunaan tulisan orang lain dalam tulisan sendiri tanpa memberikan kredit terhadap penulis asli. Tindakan ini membuat pembaca menganggap tulisan tersebut asli dan bukan kutipan. Plagiarisme melanggar kode etik dalam karya ilmiah. Untuk itu, adanya aplikasi yang membantu mendeteksi potensi plagiarisme sebuah tulisan sangatlah penting. Paper ini menguraikan hasil implementasi aplikasi berbasis web pendeteksi plagiarisme menggunakan algoritma berbasis himpunan kata dari Küppers. Oleh karena tidak adanya corpus Bahasa Indonesia untuk evaluasi algoritma pendeteksi plagiarisme, pengujian tidak dievaluasi menggunakan penilaian standar, seperti recall, precision, dan granularity. Hasil pengujian ditunjukkan dengan nilai yang menjadi ukuran kemiripan dokumen yang diuji dengan dokumen lain yang ada di basisdata. Secara rata-rata, didapatkan nilai potensi sebesar 0,8 untuk paragraf-paragraf yang sama persis, 0,6 untuk paragraf yang merupakan hasil pengubahan kata atau tanda baca, dan 0,4 untuk paragraf-paragraf yang merupakan hasil penulisan ulan

    Proses implementasi program KBR di Kabupaten Kayong Utara belum terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya kendala yang terjadi dalam tahapan proses kebijakan tersebut. Proses penyusunan RUKK oleh kelompok tani dalam penyampaian usulan kegiatan masih sering tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan yang tertuang dalan juknis dan proses pencairan dana kurang berjalan lancar karena melewati beberapa tahapan birokrasi yang rumit. Pada tahap pelaksanaan pembibitan, kelompok tani masih belum siap dengan media pembibitan karena keterbatasan pengetahuan petani dalam mengelola bibit. Proses pendampingan petugas belum memberikan pendampingan secara maksimal kepada kelompok tani sehingga kelompok tani masih kurang menguasai cara penyusunan RUKK, pembuatan kebun dan pemeliharaan bibit. Faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi program menunjukkan bahwa faktor komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap proses pelaksanaan peogram KBR

    Tahun 1999, tempat ini dikenal sebagai TPI Tawang, kemudian pada tahun 1999/2000 dibangun dengan anggaran SPL-OECF INP 22 menjadi PPI. Melalui Keputusan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Nomor 12/MEN/2004 tanggal 25 Februari 2004, ditingkatkan statusnya menjadi PPP, yang berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Pemerintah Daerah dan Direktur Jenderal Perikanan Tangkap, Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, yang mempunyai tugas pokok melaksanakan fasilitasi produksi dan pemasaran hasil perikanan di wilayahnya, pengawasan pemanfaatan sumberdaya ikan untuk pelestariannya, dan kelancaran kegiatan kapal perikanan, serta pelayanan kesyahbandaran perikanan.Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada di PPP Tawang kondisi fisiknya masih baik dan masih layak dipakai, baik itu fasilitas dasar maupun fungsional. Tingkat pemanfaatan didapatkan pada alur pelayaran adalah 55%, pada dermaga nilai tingkat pemanfaatannya sebesar 60%, dan pada gedung pelelangan (TPI) nilai pemanfaatannya sebesar 19%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi fasilitas dasar dan fasilitas fungsional seluruhnya belum termanfaatkan secara optimal. Hasil analisis SWOT didapatkan hasil penerapan strategi S-O (Strength-opportunity) yang artinya Strategi dalam penerapannya menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan suatu peluang.     Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gap antara harapan dan persepsi konsumen, tingkat kepuasan konsumen dan faktor-faktor mana dari lima dimensi kualitas layanan yang harus dibenahi oleh “tea house” Tong Tji Surabaya. Data - data dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif, indeks kepuasan konsumen dan important performance analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumen “tea house” Tong Tji merasa sangat puas akan layanan yang diberikan oleh pihak “tea house” Tong Tji. Beberapa faktor dari lima dimensi kualitas layanan harus dilakukan pembenahan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen keseluruhan

    We revisit the problem of dipole-dipole scattering via exchanges of soft Pomerons in the context of holographic QCD. We show that a single closed string exchange contribution to the eikonalized dipole-dipole scattering amplitude yields a Regge behavior of the elastic amplitude; the corresponding slope and intercept are different from previous results obtained by a variational analysis of semi-classical surfaces. We provide a physical interpretation of the semi-classical worldsheets driving the Regge behavior for (-t)>0 in terms of worldsheet instantons. The latter describe the Schwinger mechanism for string pair creation by an electric field, where the longitudinal electric field E_L=\sigma_T tanh(\chi/2) at the origin of this non-perturbative mechanism is induced by the relative rapidity {\chi} of the scattering dipoles. Our analysis naturally explains the diffusion in the impact parameter space encoded in the Pomeron exchange; in our picture, it is due to the Unruh temperature of accelerated strings under the electric field. We also argue for the existence of a "micro-fireball" in the middle of the transverse space due to the soft Pomeron exchange, which may be at the origin of the thermal character of multiparticle production in ep/pp collisions.     Surface Structural Analysis of the Layered Perovskite Ca1.9Sr0.1RuO4 by Low Energy Electron Diffraction I-V

    – The atomic structure at surface of the layered perovskite Ca1.9Sr0.1RuO4 has been studied by Low Energy Electron Diffraction (LEED) I-V. The perovskite Ca1.9Sr0.1RuO4 of single crystal was cleaved in ultra high vacuum chamber (the pressure in the chamber was about 1x10-10 Torr). The experiments were conducted at room temperature (T=300 K). The sharp LEED pattern was observed which indicates that the surface of Ca1.9Sr0.1RuO4 is flat and it is a well ordered crystal. LEED I-V data, nine equivalent beams of the layered perovskite Ca1.9Sr0.1RuO4 were recorded at room temperature. LEED I-V calculation was performed to fit experimental data to obtain the surface atomic structure. The LEED I-V analysis reveals that in the surface of the layered perovskite Ca1.9Sr0.1RuO4 the RuO6 octahedra are rotated (in-plane rotation) alternating clockwise and counterclockwise. The in-plane rotation at the surface is 11 degree which is smaller than that in the bulk (13 degree). The Ru – O(1) bond-length at the surface is found to be 1.936 Å which is about the same as in the bulk (1.939 Å). The Ru – O(2) bond length at the surface is 1.863 Å which is much shorter than that in the bulk (2.040 Å). The volume of octahedral Ru-O6 at the surface is reduced by 9% with respect to the bulk. This finding shows that the atomic structure at surface of the layered perovskite Ca1.9Sr0.1RuO4is significantly different than that in the bulk. These lattice distortions strongly influence its electronic properties

    The planning of multi-story steel portal frame needs to watch for the resulted structure response due to the planning of earthquake-resistant building is needed in the earthquake-vulnerable area such as Indonesia. One of the method used to predict structure response of multi-story steel portal frame is Artificial Neural Network (ANN). The structure used to get the structure response is 10-story steel portal frame, modeled with the help of a element software and earthquake spectrum response analysis method according to SNI 1726-2012. Analyzing is conducted on each capital city of the 34 provinces with 3 different soil types, resulting in 102 data sets. It is therefore concluded that biggest values of movement response and structure velocity are, respectively, 0,0497 m and 0,0292 m/s in the city of Palu, and then the biggest value of structure acceleration is 2,15932 m/s2 on Palu. The accuracy level reaches 99% with 816 training data sets and Mean-Squared Errors (MSE) value is 0,00485. Therefore, it is concluded that ANN can predict multi-story steel portal frame response on all capital cities in Indonesia
